I think its quite risky to go from rock to DJ. Huge step, huge risk, but honestly, i think this might work, seems like alot of time and effort has gone into this. And the amount of tracks/remixes definitely will get you into it. I think it will go very far, well done.
Awesome!!!! But i hope we're allowed to choose our own samples because the whistle and the horn was a bit iffy, mostly the horn
Wow, I honestly wasn't expecting DLC, and especially downloadable sample packs... Hopefully for the Wii as well, because the lack of DLC compatible games on the Wii makes me sad T_T
this looks better than guitar hero for 1 reason...i actually listen to the music in this music...itd b great if u could put ur own music in the game...thisll prolly consume SOOOOOOOOOO much of my $ if i buy dis tho
yeah i think the best approach is to convince your friend to buy it, and then play it at his house once in a while. This isnt worth buying if you already have rockband and guitar hero, in my opinion.
Nice. nirvana foo fighter and beck! sweet...sweet game Me & My Brother think that easy is WWWWAAAAYYYYY too easy!
Looks very unique.Might be and probably will be a great game.............:DBut It might fail.Hopefully not.....:(LOL
DJ Z-trip! this game sure brings back the old school vinyl dj feel by the looks of it, its kinda lame how most djs nowadays use mp3s a laptop and a mouse. i hope there is a freeform mode that allows you to mess around with different accapellas and beats.
This one looks like to play it once or twice then it will be left in a box to die hehe..... it looks cool but i don't know if its worth it.
Seems alot more dj like compared to beatmania. Both are tight. This one is hard, despite the simple controls. I'd better practice.
Wow i can't believe people are complaining about it being like real "DJING" it is not supose to be real thats way its a VIDEO GAME my point being my some don't have the time or even paitence to learn, practice,or mix a few tracks when you can turn on the which is likely to cheaper then a real "DJ" setup and have preloaded mixes and have a blast if u like real "DJING" then be a real "DJ" for the rest of us i think fiction DJing is just fine jus look at it this way alot of us play cod would u really want to get shot with a real gun
it would be interesting i want to try it i like guitar heros i have them i like metal and rock but also new things are cool sometimes so lets get started
this looks like so much fun, i'm a bit sceptical about the music included but on the higher difficulties this will go insane with the number of notes. Guitar hero cramp is a killer for me but this looks quite relaxed
They better have the roxbury song on there. LOL What is Love, Baby don't hurt me, Don't hurt me, No more
Also, djericj is right. This isn't really what a DJ does. A real DJ needs to be able to mix songs on the fly and read the crowd. I actually kind of laughed at the effects because I don't think I've heard a loud fog horn go off in a club since rave parties in the '90s. Although some of the mixes sound sick. When he said Boom Boom Pow vs. Satisfaction I nearly J.I.M.P.
First off, the guy of the left never says anything and it just seems weird. Secondly, I know every single one of my friends who play guitar always said playing Guitar Hero is a really weird experience for them. It's not exactly a 1-to-1 translation. So, when they said that people who have actually worked with DJ tables will be able to easily pick up the game I was a bit skeptical. I guess I'll be able to actually see if that claim is true since I do work as a DJ a bit.
Why don't people just go out and buy a REAL turntable....gosh. /sarcasm (Just trying to make fun of the people that always say go buy a guitar) Maybe now they will understand why people don't want to buy the real thing.
When he was explaining the peripheral, I couldn't help thinking how complicated it sounded. This game could definately win. The demo player wasn't too impressive though.
ah i dunno, this game is gonna be a love it or hate it game, and right now i dont know what to think. But one thing is that the choice of music in this video stinks, we need some classic house and trance!
