I never did understand many people's apparent need to customize characters. I can understand a little more when you're dealing with a MMO where there are hundreds of characters that can be in one place, but you usually end up covered up so much that you can't tell the difference anyway. i just play games for the gameplay, and I've never been particularly worried about aesthetics in most things I do. Also, I'm not really planning on buying this game unless they fix the online only and no mods thing, which they won't so I won't be buying it, but I am kinda curious if the end-gameplay can live up to Diablo 2, that's where that game really shined, that and the fact that I could use mods.
I'm hoping the character creation screen is made to look more like Diablo 2's by the time the game is released.
I think that the gender selection is a feature that most of the fans missed in Diablo 2. At least, I missed. =)
I'd say I wanted more customization, but I'm sure I'll be so overladen with armor and knee-deep in corpses that I won't much care.
A lot of characters are getting older this days....first Snake from metal gear, then Ezio and Altair of Assassin's creed then this barbarian's of diablo. LOL's there is no Paladin..."Knighthood had fallen"
If they were going to force people to play this on line all the time they should have given us the option of making our character look the way we want. No character creation options??? Blizzard you dropped the ball on that one.
@187umKILLAH He's supposed to be the barbarian from Diablo II I believe. This game takes place decades later so he is older. Not sure why they made that choice, but that's the explanation. Nothing wrong with being old and grizzled anyway...
The barbarian looks like an old man, pity you can't change their facial appearance too but other than that they all look pretty damn cool
