Deus Ex: Human Revolution Three Ways Trailer
Different types of approaches produce different results. Check out this new trailer to learn about aggressive, stealth, and adaptive approaches.
@symptom_ser "I already see, that this game will lack in storyline and yes one can figure it out from a single trailer like this." No... you can't. Period.
The original Deus Ex was awesome. I think this game could still be fun to play, but it's nothing new. So many other games have used these mechanics and features that we're content with it. If this game had come out say five years ago, it might have made more of an impact. Still, it looks like it could be fun to play!
02:29 that late reaction by the enemy(right side) after being shot with the out-of-place turret looks kinda weird. He was like: *bullet pierce*bullet pierce*bullet pierce*............AH!
I don't see anything great about this game. Mix of Mass Effect and Crysis. I already see, that this game will lack in storyline and yes one can figure it out from a single trailer like this. Protagonist's moves are really awkward and slow. Many ways to complete the mission? - Hitman is still the best choice. Sorry, if I hurt someone's feelings, but Deus Ex 3 is nothing but one day chewing gum. Deus Ex 1 was the legend with many features never seen in any game. This one is usual.
this and battlefield 3 = me in my cave for months on end. and probably a divorce somewhere in between! thumbs up for original deus ex in 2000
not impressed. doesnt feel like its predecessor. sadness. animations look pretty bad... and like micro_mas said... very metal gear.
@SkyShot 'cause, unfortunatly now, there're a lot of people that only care about graphics and stupid phycis, that's why there's a lot games that are not fun anymore to play. People jsut want to look at the beatiful visuals, they forget about, gameplay, ai, ridiculous resist to head shots (that's for you crysis)
Why people still make comment's about design issues, and don't look the creativity of game level instead?! @BalkanBoyo, this dosen't matter for strategy gamers ^^
I agree with anime_gamer007. I was mildly disappointed with last weeks tutorial video so this effort brings welcome news. Keep feeding us the tasty stuff.
Looks like 1st person metal gear with some fancy gadgets, but I don't think the plot will be on par. Looking forward to more info.
Deus Ex is suppose to last more than 25 h. 25hrs with this type of gameplay. If true GOTY candidate.
If they can put that many options in for every level and the game isn't too short, this might push Mass Effect 3, Skyrim or Uncharted 3 off the Game of the Year throne.
i really don't see the point of non lethally neutralizing someone rather than killing them. Unless it avoids a blood stain that can lead to a detection of your presence, or avoiding the sound of a struggle or gun shot it is useless.
@ mattg90520 I'm pretty sure speech is only used in situations like at the end of the trailer; when there's a bad guy with a hostage, and you have the option of talking him out of it. Apart from that, I can't imagine "talking" your way through a warehouse full of bad guys.
Holy crap that was awesome. Every video gets better and better. August is too far away. I want this game NOW.
if this game lives up to my expectations... ill be ok with the fact that square enix put off kingdom hearts 3 for this
Now, THIS is what I wanted to see. Not that boring tutorial level they showed off a week ago. This totally renewed my faith that this game will be awesome. Jensen looks to be a badass character.
