WARFRAME in FPS !!! Seriously all the customisation aspects, RPG and missions layouts reminds me of warframe ! But definitely looking out for this game.
Not really bought into the hype for this as yet. Game looks very impressive though. Enemy AI need a lot of work though they seem to be cannon fodder in this footage.
Don't know if they adjusted the sound mixing for the trailer, but the weapon sound volume is super low, making the weapons feel very underwhelming. Other than that, I guess I'd play a larger scale Borderlands
they might as well just call this game "halo with ADS" and be done with it. looks exactly the same as halo. I`m not sold at all
Looks pretty cool. It would be nice to play a fun co-op adventure. The only thing I don't like is you have to wait for other players to revive you. You should be able to spawn back in after a few seconds without depending on other players to save you.
Early preview press say that Destiny plays like Halo, after all these years of PlayStation fanboys criticizing Halo on Xbox
well after now knowing the Halo/Destiny comparisons are you PlayStation fanboys ok with this?
i remember reading that there will be no randomized loot. i find that dumb being that randomized loot is part of the adventure and judging from this video in a sense it will be open world but missions will be in smaller almost corridor like sections. i think this game is being to over hyped.
While I have nothing against "more Borderlands", this really does look like Borderlands with less flair.
I think this is the first video of this game I've actually watched. Sad to say, it didn't impress me. To me, it looks like a combination of Halo and Borderlands, but in a bad way. I'll wait for it to be released before I make my final decision, but at this point in time, it doesn't look like I'll be picking it up.
For me, it has a bit too much of a similarity to borderlands. Doesn't mean its bad. But, doesn't truly grasp me as a must buy. Borderlands 2 is cheaper and is renowned for its gameplay.
I'm feeling the vibe of this game. Like Borderlands but different at the same time. This will be a definite buy from me no doubt along with Watch Dogs this year.
@BenderUnit22 I would say that it is halo with rpg elements. Borderlands may have focused on loot, but it lacked customization for your equipment.
@gottago42 Halo had loot, inventories, dungeons and massive TES style exploration?
@HaRdNiPs I really hate corridors :). But most games are like that now, they gotta push you into their cinematic sequences and stuff :P.
@dominoodle Isn't that how a robot usually sounds.
@dominoodle in case you didn't know this is the voice ofPeter Dinklage from Game of Thrones
@ffspyda That's the problem with in the early days of a new gen. I especially have an issue with that when it comes to open world games. There, so much more can be done with all the extra memory, it's not just the graphics.
Giant robots? :P
@sammoth yep, i thought so too, i really wanted to like this game but all i can think of was .. "ehh"
@origkillmachine They were probably using uber high leveled gear.
