I'm getting tired of this argument that it's good for companies such as Capcom to make 'lame' games that 'cash in' (like has been suggested about this game) as it give them more money to develop quality games. Yes it gives them more money but then if quality games don't give them the cash or as high profit surely they will keep releasing these cash-in (e.g. wii-makes) if they prove successful.
"I just dont get why Capcom made this, a game should become better not worse right? Shouldnt it make more sense for they to make a tuned up version of Dead Rising for the PS3 or PC? Instead, they just went cheap and recycled a lot from both RE 4 and the original Dead Rising Im starting to dislike Capcom" While I agree with you in principle the fact remains that if Chop Till you Drop does well then Capcom will get more money to develop quality games down the line and in this economy you need all the money you can get. Plus Wii currently has the largest audience though that audience consist of a different type of gamer that might not even give DR a second look. Still I really wish they would re-release it on PS3 but at least they're making the second one on PS3.
I am surpised that wii is getting a 360 downgraded port. I liked dead rising it was fun and all but what would drive someone to play this on the wii if its the same exact game with just less enimies on screen, and mostly annoying motion control. Capcom i just dont get it.

so basically, they're trying to cash in on the success of resi 4 and dead rising on the 360 cause if the same people that made them made this, it must be good... lazy wiimake is just lame
"Coming to your wii this winter" winter is almost over; this is very misleading, making you think it will be released in, like, December.
this game has lost totally his main attraction lowering so much the number of zombies on screen... but i wont say a word till i tried it ^_^
I love how they put the gun sounds from Resident Evil 4 in the Dead Rising gameplay section, Capcom is full of themselves with this game, it seems.
it looks like more time to be spent in the willaimette mall killing more undead, that's ok, i'll buy this game again, the game is supposed to be more streamlined and less random, which is good, thanks for the trailer guys
The graphics and sound effects are significantly better than they were in the last video I saw for this game.
