ehh i really wanted to like the Beta(it's kinda open to everyone) I like EA there a really good company and make high quality games, and with Dawngate, it doesn't fail to hit that mark of a high quality game, the problem is like many EA takeovers, it just doesn't feel authentic enough and some design issues make it feel weird, also it feels like the game is going for a younger market, it's kinda weird a Company with so many IP's they decide to make a bunch of generic champs instead of going with there game characters.
The weird, the map is pretty much Coast City MArina from infinite Crisis and the champs also play like Infinite Crisis champs, the only difference is I am more drawn to the real Superheros than the generic champs of Dawngate, and some design issues make Ininfite crisis more rewarding, like the items are not as basic as "just use this for any damage champ like Dawngate) and the turrets and money system in Ininfite crisis help you and feel rewarding, In Dawngate I had guys nuke me out of turret range and I was behind the turret so it shows how bad and useless those towers are, most the time you get ganked and there just turret dive you in most cases early and it just feels fake and ofcourse new players will always fall for this as we all expect the tower to have more range than a champ and towers are usally strong.
All in all this game needs a lot more polish and even then, it feels to generic and uninspiring, ATM Ininifte Crisis is the best new MOBA I played, and this is the worst.

@dawgrejectx well EA is simple a money backing. They have very little influence on the game itself. As for generic champs, they have admitted their first few weren't as good as the later ones. But overall, I think the Shaper designs are incredibly unique. The map isn't even remotely close to IC's map, so not sure why you feel that. The bindings are a bit weak, and it's something the devs are addressing, but if you can get nuked from outside of the range than your opponents did something right and you did something wrong. As for feeling the tower should have more range, there is literally an indicator on the ground to tell you the range...
