This game sure has a lot of hype. I have really high hopes, and being that Bioware generally makes great RPG's, I can't wait to get my hands on it! I might even pre-order it... the DLC Content looks promising also...
This is a must buy. I've been debating on it, and am definitely going to pre-order this weekend. As expensive as gaming has become, that says a lot, not to mention coming from me; a natural born cheap skate. You don't want to know how long I've waited just to buy a console this gen.
looking foaawrd to this one coming out....just hoppe we are not gettin set up for the big payback....cuz heads will have to roll....until someone comes out with something more promising....
Release is coming soon, hopefully this isn't another over hyped let down. Here's to crossing fingers!
This game really isn't going to be for everyone. I've read two reviews now that have both complained about it being too difficult. This is Bioware returning to it's hardcore RPG roots. Unless you expect to meticulously think about every aspect of every character in your party, you'll have trouble at any difficulty setting. Just the way it should be.
EA and the surgical remains of a Black Isle-less Bioware doesn't sound promising, but these guys are taking it seriously and it'd be very pessimistic of me not to give it a shot. Buying on release. Don't disappoint me ;)
Hmmm, I saw Nevarrar in there. Looks like they took some inspiration from the Elder Scrolls Universe. Specifically Morrowind.
This looks to be an awesome game. I love the setting, and all the new additions to make this game fresh in a sea of mediocrity. I am buying this on Launch day :D
great, so this game should push us, to do more exploring and then reward with amazing visuals.. impressive!
It sounds like a giant place where nothing happens. It's supposed to be a game, and these guys act like they're writing epic literature bound for canon. All this coupled with the generic World of Warcraft gameplay, you might as well play around in Microsoft Excel while listening to Sword of Shannara on tape.
I like Ferret Baudoin's statement at 2:18 "... Every inch of a level is an opportunity to engage you in combat, tell a story, or to take your breath away." I eager to see lots of all three. 8)
Thank god they didnt use the nwn Aurora engine. I still shutter when I think about the insane amount of time I spent looking at a loading screen in Nwn2 and the witcher.
