Child of Light Shows There's More to Ubisoft Than Neck Stabbing
Child of Light is a downloadable title from Ubisoft Montreal that shows the softer side of the publisher.
i would actually prefer the combat to be action based, something like Guardian heros. Still my favorite side scrolling game of all time. Get a great story with rpg elements, beatiful art, transendant music, fun gameplay, and im there day one.
It's marketed as a rip of of 2 other games. And now its a big deal its not an AC game. It will be a c game at best.
Oh Gamescom...I cannot wait. Child of Light is a game I'm very eager to know more about...but please no random battles.
It's a word filler.. like when someone says.. "ummm"... "ummm" like.. "uhhh." Some people aren't as articulate. Nobody's perfect! At least it's not an annoying clown voice.
@hateyourface There's nothing like listening to an expert talk with passion about their subject, is there? :/
@hateyourface Wait, I thought those were males doing the interview.
@da_chub Nostradamus reviews
@frozen-silence it looks like they actually woke up from one
as much as i love JRPGs, especially the older ones, i've had the realisation that random battles are nothing but a massive annoyance.
I recently replayed Dragon Quest 8, and my god, i wanted to throw the controller at the screen when confronted with the umpteenth battle to try to get out of a cave. Very annoying.
Listen, if it's just me and you having a conversation about video games and you use "like" or "ummm" every other word, I won't give you shit about it; but if your job is to sit in front of a camera and speak in detail about things going on in the gaming world, you better damn well be able to articulate yourself well. This isn't Wayne and Garth in their fucking basement on public access. This is pro. Be a professional.
@hateyourface I know because like, teenage girls are like sooooo smart! LOL.
