Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons Teaser Trailer
A teaser trailer for Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons, coming to Xbox 360, PS3 and PC in 2013 from Starbreeze Studios.
Thats why there is a "Teaser" in the title guys. It "teases" you to find out more for it. Well it has nice graphics etc and the animation is smooth. Looks nice all around.
This looks absolutely gorgeous. The scenery looks genuinely peaceful. And it looks purely adventurous.
Interesting teaser trailer gives the viewer a small taste of whats to come. Personally this game brings back memories of ICO on the ps2 inwhich isn't a bad thing but not really a game I'm interested in buying for my game catalog honestly...
Haunting music....check....taste of visuals....check....absolutely nothing of value to be gained by watching this...check....wasted moment in time....check.....yep thanks for that.
WHat's it gonna be RPG , FPS or 3rd PERSON SHOOTER or above of all an amazing SIMULATION which world has been waiting for in a brilliant manner but hasn't been provided yet !!
It's in Spring 2013 , Lot of time. Good engine, all they need is some better gameplay and story to make me buy. I say Good Luck.
This totally sounds like a title for a movie rather than a game. I doubt that will make it either good or bad, though.
Hopefully with Starbreeze behind it, it will end up great. I just couldn't shake the "man, these graphics remind me of Dungeon Siege" vibe.
Wow, the Sweeds sure know how to capture an American's attention. "You mean we can jump over rivers annnnnd climb!!!!! " I was going to save my money for GTA 5, but now this?!!!...
@MrFarquar doesn't look like Fable at all, Fable was also such crap game
@ihateds2 Yeah but teasers tend to leave you wanting to know more. This doesn't really do the job of teasing that well...
That's really not a lot of time especially in the video game world. It may be enough time to wrinkle out a few kinks and polish it if that's all they have left to do.
@jchristenberry It showed a lot more than just about any teaser I've ever seen
@sirkibble2 My thoughts exactly.
The point, which you have obviously missed, is these trailers/teasers that have little or no value to the buying public, was there anything to be gained by making/showing this? Do we have any idea what the game/gameplay is about? NO....unnecessary reply...check
I think it does a good job. Unless it's the music that kills it, I wouldn't know, my cpu's speakers are busted.
@Chaos_Dante_456 Exactly my point mate, it's a bit like every years E3 where they show you little screen shots and 10 seconds of pre-rendered trailers....if they want' to show gamers their games and wan't us to buy them give us some meat (figuratively) and let us make up our own minds, sometimes it's like they don't wan't us to see the final product untill we have bought it...Personally I don't buy games on release untilll some reviews are out with some gameplay etc.
@DAMSOG @epic542 Gotta say I agree with you man. I can understand established franchises having teasers as usually the mere mention of a sequel is usually a tease in itself which draws attention. A trailer like this for a new ip doesn't do much of anything but annoy. In some ways it seems pretentious
