Reminds me of how I tried to play my melee assassin at first . . . that didn't work very well either.
come on guys this character is supposed to a challenge for hardcore BL2 player who knows this character might be fun
It appears that this guy might be Tiny Tina's father, for anyone who is interested. My wife didn't like him at first, but after she found that out she thought she might actually want to play as him.
i payed 10 for the last one i will not be buying this one this has to stop . we pay 60 for the game 30 for the season pass. now we have to pay 10 each for add on characters that is a big 110 for everything. fuck that just release the whole game at 80 all dlc and extra players on lunch day .
Watch the video over at IGN. I feel they do a much better job as Krieg and you can really so a better representation of his potential.
I know the idea is that he takes a lot of damage and that charges his skills faster, but man was he dying A LOT especially considering how much higher a level he was
doesnt seem like a good enough character to be worth the money to me im sorry to say
Next DLC should add more enemies and more enemy types... things are getting a little redundant now days in the land of BL2.
I want to link your videos do not know how to
This is my web
Make sure to specify the source from inside you
This was a nice stealthy game, with good story and grpahics for the time. I would like to see aother sequel to this on this gent consoles or next gen consoles
ok, I must admit that this class is freaking awesome. Its designer is a genius. Gearbox should put their talent on every game they develop, not only on their own IP.
I've had a great idea! This is a FPS game right? Let's build a melee character.
Said no one ever.
Correction - said no one with a brain ever.
@thelolzhere Well, look at what game he's playing.
@ViciousRDS I'm incredibly intrigued by that statement. What is the evidence supporting that? If that's true that's pretty awesome stuff :D
@RAD_RADIO well grab a copy of fraps or something and make a video reply to show him how to do it properly....
@RAD_RADIO thats just what i was thinking
Knowing how gearbox treat the Borderlands franchise i hesitently puchased it knowing that there would be a plethora of DLC, and have not purchased any of it.
@lilcurt1978 You don't have to buy anything. Just wait and get the goty edition if you don't mind the wait.
@lilcurt1978 Be patient and wait for PSN/XBOX Live/Steam sale. Thats what I did, got me the season pass for 11 quid.
@lilcurt1978 Still better than $100+ of extra content for a 5 hour shooter.
@NoDzombie its not that kreig is a bad character its that the guy playing is shit
@b74kd3th That's a major problem with DLC. Too early and fans won't buy it because they'll say that it should've been on the disc and too late and people won't be playing the game anymore. It's a shame because DLC is sometimes really awesome, but is often too expensive like this one. I'd probably get this character and start playing the game again if it was $4 instead of $10
@Panda-Pat I play my mechromancer up close without any problems.
@Panda-Pat he can still fight at a distance and as shown here has abilities for ranged combat.
@DarkFrankhs Considering Brick was very popular in the first game clearly people disagree with you.
Hmm... I replied a while ago, but maybe they didn't post it due to links I tried posting? I'm not sure.
Anyway, I thought this was a possibility after reading some of Krieg's possible lines (especially one that his inner voice can say when idle that says something like, "Did she make it? Is she alive?") Also, do a Google search for "Krieg Tiny Tina" and there should be a result that has a blog post by someone that outlines some of the evidence. It's not airtight, by any means, but it's an intriguing possibility.
I arrived at this conclusion after reading some of the possible lines he can say in certain situations. Then I looked it up and it appears to be a theory some others have already thought of.
Look at this blog post: http://theultimatesynner.tumblr.com/post/49359309221
And see his possible lines here: http://borderlands.wikia.com/wiki/Krieg
The line that really made me think this was possible was the one he can say when idle (Where is she? Is she still alive? Did she get away?). This is spoken by his inner voice (the normal person inside of Krieg). It would make sense, knowing what happened to Tina's parents and how she got away.
Also, note his complexion and compare to Tina's. This last part is kind of a weak piece of evidence, but they are similar. :P
@vallee05 Then just delete it.
Also, a couple of his major skills include the use of dynamite and the use of dynamite was how Tina escaped and presumably how she fell in love with explosives. This one is also a somewhat weak connection. However, everything taken together is a compelling argument for Krieg being Tiny Tina's father post-experiment.
You may be entitled to an opinion, but that doesn't make it an intelligent one.
@Eraldus BL1 was not very balanced character wise.
The siren was OP compared to the others cause of the phase-walk and ridiculous dmg outputs at times. The soldier was well rounded and easy, the hunter had some interesting fun gun specializations and Mr brick was awesome at one time and just useless in other situations.
I must admit i had some good times with brick with bazooka's and punching ppl to death but overall i was not completely satisfied. Brick vs Crawmarex for example, ya half of the things in your skill tree just became useless.
@ViciousRDS @phoenix1289 @DarkFrankhs No, it isn't.
Brick was awesome. The problem is that noobs that, just because they doesn't know how to play with a certain class, they start bashing it, saying it sucks.
If you build him properly for melee you can deal 130% bonus melee damage just with skills. As well as having the best defense, extremely quick health regen, and very high health.
If you build him focused on guns counting gear you can get him to almost 5x damage output as well as being able to tank massive amounts of damage and still having great health regen.
In fact overall Brick has the highest dps in the entire game.
@DarkFrankhs @phoenix1289 hahaha your kidding right. Try learning how to play brick. I played through the whole game as him multiple times and he was one of the most powerful characters I have ever played.
Many other people love playing as brick. On the official message boards he has a huge fan base.
