Well unfortunately I have not gotten to play any of these games yet, but based on this video I have to say Mass Effect 2. There's just something immensely epic about a ship on the brink of total destruction that gives you that "oh damn" feeling all over lol.
Whats more memorable than watching yourself die in a surprise attack and get rebuilt. With all due respect to other games they don't even stand a chance against ME2
@chppxbx: not sure. Don't get me wrong. At most everytime I come to GS from the email about the news I subscribed for I find myself in the green pages. And be sure I didn't ask for news from here. I search a video, look for HD and I find myself in the X360 section. Again. Marketing has millions of bad faces. But this is a sneaky one very recognizable. Then I said my point. Anything that involved big events should go to a special section. Oh, BTW. Marvel Pinball for PS3 here in GS is called Pinball FX2: Marvel Pinball: http://uk.gamespot.com/ps3/puzzle/marvelpinball/review.html?mode=web&tag=scoresummary%3Bcritic-score&tag=stitialclk%3Bgamespace Too bad that Pinball FX2 is only for X360. In the PS3 there is Zen Pinball and Marvel Pinball (same studio, and in the Sony consoles separated products).

those are the memorable moments of 2010 gaming? WTF it can't be!!! Splinter Cell Conviction alone have better moments than those ones. Black Ops have better moments. Don't know who to vote,
Typical of Gamespot. 2 exclusive PS3 games and the nomination are where? In the XBOX section!! Get a clue GS. These things should be in a special neutral page.
Heavy Rain hands down .. the other moments are great no doubt , but they're nowhere near as "intense" as the cutting your finger part .. I have never reacted to a scene like that before .. I screamed in pain as he did it ! :) It was amazing ..
Mass Effect 2 because of the great cinematics and dialogs...It's opening scene was great, altough, I also had some ''dirt in my eyes'' during the end. It just is the most epic game of the year. No doubt. It's like a movie.
Im goin with Mass Effect 2 because it had an intense start and still managed to keep the game epic throughout...
The blinding of Poseidon was nasty & the perspective changes were well done, but there's nothing like having to search a burnt-out apartment for something to cut off your own finger with, only to come back with a pair of scissors (which admittedly weren't as bad as using the saw, that was just horrific).
