Assassin's Creed: Revelations Top Five New Features
Adreane Meunier takrs us through the top five awesome new features in Assassin's Creed Revelations.
I played the first 1 and liked it but it got very repetitive so i skipped out on 2 and i just got Brotherhood and i am loving it there is so much to do and since MW3 will suck i will be getting this in November instead
I was pissed when that lady started speaking as the song "Iron (by Woodkid) was playing.... But then I saw her face..... I was pleased
@kos_maverik LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL Don't worry! 50 level cap in Brotherhood is very small compared to Revelations level cap of 50... BUT!! READ-> "you can loop through the 50 levels of progression up to 99 times." So that means Revelations' multiplayer will have a level cap of 4950. I guess that is enough for you?
For multiplayer. I thought they were at least going to show some new features if any for single player. Not complaining though, it looks interesting.
@darkspectre87 But if you stop to think about it... Brotherhood and Revelations are expansions from AC2... We don't expect very inovative things from them... The main objective of those two games is to tell us the story of an assassin named Ezio. If you are expecting a completely different game in the Assassins Creed's World then you'll have to wait until AC3
One of their true strengths is the story line that they draw from some historical facts.. If that's done nicely.. I'm not complaining.. The game-play is pretty comfy.. The action sequences are neat.. Lets c how this turns out.
@BionicBrando Its not milking bro. They probably had it all figured out shortly after the release of the first game. These yearly installments are crucial to the story, plus BrotherHood and Revelations are massive expansions of Assassins Creed 2, not full sequels, so the next AC will be AC3. I like it better this way, now I dont have to wait 2 years for AC, especially with AC's amazing storyline.
please stop yearly releases i would much rather wait and have an amazing game that I could go back to the story was lacking in brotherhood so please focus on that as far as multiplayer goes it is something that the true fans of the ac series do not care about and would much rather see an amazing story. However the multiplayer does bring more replay value to the game but it SHOULD NOT BE THE MAIN FOCUS
Wow all they did was new mode and little mechanic improvements for multiplayer that lasted for few seconds the rest of the video is bull crap there are no top five new features theres only 2 features and with all honesty these features had to be in this game. just because it is a sequal they had to improve it.
I agree... true AC players don't give a crap about multiplayer, and these additions are certainly not worth making a video over...
@daub11 I dont think this is the last AC game. I think they just said its the lat one as Ezio but they plan on making more.
all the assassin games were some of the best games ever but now they are coming out with the last one which is kinda sad cause we all know that ezio is getting old but hat dosen't that they have to stop making the game.
can't wait to play this game, though i am interested in the future of assassin's creed once they wrap up the ezio trilogy
I just want 1 feature: servers. As for me whenever i try to go online, it says brotherhood servers are unavailable.
I love games like Arkham City because the game shows some MP potential but the makers stick to the singleplayer to make it awesome. This game should've done the same, even though the MP isn't bad at all.
very nice improvements to the multiplayer excited for this. but im more excited for the single player. nothing beats that.
I enjoyed ACB MP enough to pick this game only on MP, but so far this looks more like an expansion pack than full game. I think I'll wait for its price to drop or some GOTY edition to come with all content... or just wait for AC3 which should be more SP and have all the MP features of Revelations.
@calevenice: You realize that the kills et al in such videos are kinda planned? I am very sure the knight knew assassin was coming [most likely other player in same room told him/her] and/or the assassin just didn't try to kill, came in running to be stunned.
I'm not happy with the back stun... At 2:49, you see the black knight on the roof stun an assassin jumping at him that he could not see. :( Either that or the assassin was riding the failboat when he jumped at him
All of these features look like they could easily be added with a patch. Yearly releases are killing this game. And is it just me, or is the voice of "You scored" etc absolute garbage?
not interested in multiplayer, thought it was a video about singleplayer, they should clear that its not in the tittle, but i must admit i enjot seeing that pretty girl talking about assassins creed
@JakeX28 Luckily, there's one developer on multiplayer and a different dev on the single, so both game modes will be fully developed and not wasted. Not sure if you already knew that, but I thought that what they did was a good idea.
These all seem like small and fairly insignificant addititions/ improvments to the game that don't make so much difference. (apart from the mechanics I guess) The gameplay looks very similar but I don't care about that, I just want a great story that will build on it's already amazing foundations. Multiplayer just seems like to much wasted effort when it could be spent on the single player. Single player is the reason people get this game!
i will buy games like halo4, Bf3, mw3 for multiplayer...please keep the AC series focused on Singleplayer because thats what i love it for.
Pass.... looks exactly like brotherhood. Ubisoft can place whatever little symbol above the characters head and call it whatever game mode they want. You're still doing the samething from any other game mode. Hide, kill, escape. Doesnt really matter why the person is the target or not. Lame.. seriously. These minor "ADJUSTMENTS" could have been placed in a multiplayer patch. Yet we have to settle with brotherhood (for those who own it) and then pay for a new game. I'm tired of paying for devs learning curves.
although multiplayer looks great and the have made some major improvements to it i hope that ubisoft does not forget that this is a SINGLE PLAYER GAME please focus on making that perfect. I do fully enjoy multiplayer in assassins creed brotherhood but i think it is a novelty that the game has and not the main purpose of the game. What I am saying is that if developing the multiplayer takes away time that could be put towards making an already great campaign better than please put focus on campaign.
Was hoping for some juicy bits about single player. Because, you know...Assassin's Creed was a single player game way before it was a multiplayer game. And last I checked it was still that way.
