I dunno why but I still miss AC after those great games and when I am saying AC I mean the first one it has just been stamped in my brain I know it was repetitive and the other ones have better gameplay (climbing, gadgets, armor, air assassination, etc) but I'm still stuck were it all began at the beggining of this great and epic series... stuck at altair and now I'm really excited that ubisoft is bringing altair back I really wish now the date is Nov 15 xD
@REPNthe10 its funny how this trilogy is releasing its forth and working on its fifth game but i'm glad hear they're going to answer the questions that the three previous games left us with.
@AutomaticASDAN they are actually working on AC3 as we speak and the reason why they made revelations was to answer every little detail that everyone keeps wondering about. AC Revelations will answer any questions or mysteries that all the previous games left you. Eziosend to the series, what happen with Altairs life after AC1, why Desmond stabbed Lucy, who picked him up after AC brotherhood, what the profits meant when she said "It is done now" so on so forth. If they made a full length game with a new assassin and a new time period then those answers would come to us so its clever to make a full scale game to answer it for us and on top of that leave us with new questions to lead up to AC3.
@nzranga ezio will relieve key points from altairs life the same way desmonds does to theirs. IDK for sure but i think they mentioned he finds certain artifacts that allow him to do so. as for ac3 being current time, they did announce that AC1 was desmond Altair, AC2, Briotherhood and Revelations is Ezios trilogy, and that AC3 will reprrsent Desmond and a new assassin. After hearing that, i dont see it being all about desmond and current time but they never said the assassin will be used from the animus so it is possible that It can be all about Desmond. Makes sence.
@ryzrocks Ezio and Altair lived like 300 years (Can't remeber how many) apart... how could they possibly meet?! It'll probably just be the bleeding effect or you'll have missions to do as both of them in seperate time periods... Whatever it is, this game is going to be EPIC!!
Looks good. I found brotherhood to be almost identical to AC2 and if not for the multi player wouldn't have liked the game. I hope this one adds more to the series than brotherhood. :)
Oh God... I already want it. Best get working on Brotherhood.... Living at uni without a PS3 sucks...
@RavenXavier I think this will be the last past-era AC game. Considering the event this all leads up to happens on December 21, 2012 in the game's universe, I'd think Assassin's Creed III will come out during holiday season 2012 where Desmond is the main playable character. Also, I've heard this music before. What other trailer was it in?
It is said that a new object known as the hook blade has been included in this game which could increase the navigation by 30% (cool).
Cool trailer.. But I'm hoping for another CGI trailer during E3. They had 2 awesome ones in the last 2 years during E3
You can tell that the developers couldn't think of a new period of time to set the game, because now we have three games all set in the renaissance. Still looks like a cool story though.
Can't wait till this comes out! This trailer just makes me hungry for more info on the game. Good thing E3 is around the corner since this will probably be Ubisoft's crown jewel.
man!! i was inhaling so fast with a unusual smile on my face when i saw the update.... cant w8 for this game and cant w8 for 6th june
Holy mother... Was that Altair on 00:30? Maybe he used the aple of eden and he is immortal!! Well... anything can happen in assasins creed now.
I was hoping the 3rd game would have you playing as the guy who's always in the Animus (can't believe I can't remember his name atm). I'm waiting for a Modern Day Assassin's Creed. I'm thinking something like a cross between Splinter Cell and Assassin's Creed with a little gameplay style of Batman:AA thrown in for good measure.
Full Trailer coming June 6th, D-Day. The day history changed and the fate of the world was revealed.
So the trailer is basically a teaser... for the next trailer. ... You know what? I'm so excited for this game that I don't care. Though I'm going to be perfectly honest, I was hoping the next game would be about the 3rd ancestor. I like Ezio, but I feel like Ubisoft's beating us over the head with him.
Before the release of Assassin's Creed: Revelations, I will have to play the 3 previous titles, to refresh the full experience.
