indeed rome had a lot of empty space and that was getting on my nerves such a big city but without a playground the I hope in this one they make districts and buildings more like AC II and I do not mean the renaicance era of AC II but the tall buildings which motivated u to climb and start great platforming secounces not just putting buildings in the map without any conection like beams the hookblade will make running on the rooftops more fun .............. I hope
Excellent interview, Alex Amancio is a great creative director, I'll be following him because I think he has the potential to become one of the best.
Hats off Janes, good interview. Wish you did more interviews but being a part of UK crew that unlikely to happen. Always love Assassin's Creed, I'm sure will be a great game, Just wish they don't have WTF ending this time
omg! i bought brother hood last week and i want to start and play that.but new version is coming.what i've done?
I tought assassin's brotherhood map was too big and since I like to do all the sidequests before finishing the main quest I got tired before reaching the end of the game and quit. But still I recomend that game. Maybe will be playing again in about a year.
I love everything about this franchise, especially that cool t-shirt he's wearing. Anyone knows where to buy? :D
I'm so confused! Who am I? WHO AM I!!!! I just want to stab people with my hidden blade and jump around like a monkey-man assassin shooting hidden poison darts from my wiener. Damn I should work for Ubisoft :)
She is the best interviewer yet on GS. Great job on the Far Cry 3 interview as well. It feels more like a conversation, but without the journalist's (obnoxious) opinions *(Geoff Keighley). I'm far behind in AC. Only halfway through AC2, taking a long break although I love the game. Still gotta buy Brotherhood. Ubi-Soft, slow down, it's not the end of the world. ;)
Sounds like they are improving it a whole lot more this time than from AC2-ACB! If they include some sort of stealth cover system I am sold. This is one of my favourite franchises, I love the conspiracy-riddled story the series has.
all games are coming out on november.......sorry as much intersting you look AC but the lord of all games is coming out that month....SKYRIM.
So you play as Altair through Ezio through Desmond. An assassin through an assassin through an assassin. Assassinception.
isn't there a continuity issue here, how can you play as altair at an older age, didn't his genes get passed to his kid in ac 2, therefore losing any of his memories after that point.
This is becoming a tradition, every November a new Assassin's Creed, and every time it kicks ass, its amazing how good a game they can create in just a year.
@hybrid7asian7 um Altair is Asian :P. The Middle-east is also asia. But I think you mean like a, Chinese/Japanes ninja assassin. wouldnt that be awesome.
guess i need to play brotherhood before this comes out. this series has got to be one of the better story driven games that has come out this gen. its seldom that i am more riveted about learning what is going to happen to the protagonist(s) than i am by the actual gameplay. kudos ubisoft. cant wait to see what their take on 2012 is.
@crazyleftykid this isnt the in game engine, its the cinematic engine they use for all of the E3 trailers
Yo dawg, I heard you like stories. So we put a story in yo story, so you can be blown away while being blown away.
This game sounds amazing with all of these updates he was talking about! I felt with Brotherhood that the rebuilding of Rome, though it played a good role in the game, was distant from the actual gameplay. I would reconstruct the buildings, getting revenue for it, but then I would keep getting revenue that eventually had little buying power when I had bought and upgraded everything. If they fix that issue, that would be quite awesome.
