i think blood will be one of the problems..to little,in AC2 and Brotherhood you could see it on Ezio's clothes and enemy's body.. from what i can see in this inside episode, the animation of the blood is just lame...
It's funny when they say "on one of the most anticipated title in history"...not sure about it, a great game it will be no doubt but it's not that anticipated, they post-poned it as usual and I didn't make a big deal out of it like it does sometimes, I'm pretty sure the fighting system is still the same, too easy and redundant and get boring after a week and the parkour system too no new moves or anything just like before, only the era/war is different the way I see it.
ok so i heard that Connor had native american heritage and all but the fact that he looks exactly as an indian...well to be completely honest i didn't like his appearance. But i am sure the game is gonna be awesome anwy so GO CONNOR!
I really hope that this lives up to the MASSIVE hype surrounding it. With all the press Ubisoft is giving this, and how unbelievably awesome it looks, a flaming bag of poop on their doorstep may result if this is a flop.
Also, that parkour guy looks like a total d-bag... Just saying...
We know this is a kick ass game, but I think these people kill the plot with so many trailers, please let something for the release date.....
They've added so many great improvements :) before, the terrain inbetween towns was boring and simply just a medium for travelling. Now the terrain is much more interactive. Also the movement of the assassin looks much smoother, and there are much more things that you are able to climb. ropes, trees, looks like about everything is climbable. smoother gameplay, combat, free running. I can't fucking wait for this amazing game.
Also loving how angry the americans are getting over him not being a proper 'true blooded' American. Youre a race made up of immigrants?! haha
this game looks so damn cool. cant wait for it, glad they finally stopped the Ezio story. there was no need for revelations. This looks great tho
Well, in the United States most people of Native ancestry have some European (or White) in them to varying degrees. They are considered Native American any way.
This is especially true of the tribes of and around New England. They were hit the hardest by Europeans hence most are not of pure blood.
Ironically, most of the people that we (Americans) refer to as "Latino" or "Hispanic" are of very pure Native blood comparatively. I guess we use those names to sort of hide their real race, but I digress.
Half American- Half European...... I thought he is a Native American which should mean he is full blooded american Indian (as most people call them)
To Jango - You're missing the context of my point. I'm not talking about all people around the world. Of course everyone around the world wants freedom and justice, but in this time and place of the American Revolution Connor's efforts effect the patriots and colonists the most from the rule of the British, who Americans of the time wanted separation from.
Secondly, I never claimed America had a "monopoly" on the ideas of justice and freedom. That's just ridiculous to suggest. They have been ideals to strive for since the beginning of man.
Lastly, I don't appreciate being demeaned simply because you think I'm wrong. If you wish to resort to name-calling then I have nothing further to say.
Essentially Connor is an American hero. He fights for Justice and Freedom. Who else is more affected by the result of those endeavors than the Americans? Thus, he's an American hero. And to Mikeangelo, you just contradicted yourself by saying he's native American but not American at all. He's not only American by spirit and deed by also by blood as well. You have no basis.
"...one of the most anticipated titles in gaming history."
I think that's exaggerating a bit. These kinds of videos are so pointless. Just quit overselling and overhyping it and let the game speak for itself when it comes out.
Personally, I'm cautiously optimistic, and will be getting this though not a day-one buy for me after I got burned with Revelations. Currently replaying AC2 and will be replaying Brotherhood as well to refresh my AC enthusiasm before playing AC3.
@Mikelangelo1 American hero? He's half European and native American... as I see it he's not "American" at all
For everybody out there complaining about something, grow up, life isn't fair. On pre order, stop complaining about game companies DLC propaganda, it's the new craze just put down the $5 or shut up. On historical inaccuracies, the designers have put a lot of work into this game and it can't be perfect, get over it. On killing British, like any Assassins game before you are killing people, did the Turks or Italians freak out? It's just a game, so stop being so pansy about it. On all looking the same, Assassins games get pretty repetitive after a while, but they are amazingly better than lame games like CoD. Everybody plays for different reasons, I personally like everything about these games, the story, the combat, the exploration, and how each new outing in this series and expanded all of those things. For everybody else that is super pumped about this game being an amazing GAME, I'm right there with you all, can't wait for next month.
am not concerned with the history and the war.. just want to know how connor is connected to the Assassin's Creed .
just shut up man it is probably the best series in gaming history and i want it to remain hysterical
The gameplay is looking pretty good, but the historical inaccuracies coming from the developers and creators is starting to get annoying
The story for this series is amazing, I love it. Connor is turning out to be a very well developed character. Can't wait to try out this game.
oh please, I just don't get why it is called Assassin's Creed. The protagonists are hardly assassins, more like one man army :\
would have been better next gen. gameplay looks good and i think the game looks better on pc then it did here. if this is xbox 360 then yeah i wish this game was on next gen.
@Slinqy The war was fought over the lack of representation in the British parliament and the imposition of taxes that the americans deemed unfair, not Independence from the British empire seeing as most of the colonists were either descended from the British or British themselves. The war only became about independence towards the end of the conflict. A move that was not supported by everyone in the the colonies.
@Slinqy "Who else is more affected by the result of those endeavors than the Americans?"
Y'know, justice and freedom are concerns of people all over the world. America doesn't have a monopoly on them - you might realise that if you pulled your head from your own arse once in a while.
@Mikelangelo1 Sorry but that's a bit of a dumb statement. Who do you think founded America? The majority of Americans are descended from Europeans. Hell, less than two and a half centuries ago America was populated primarily by Native Americans and Europeans. So you could even say that someone who is half Native American and half European couldn't BE more American.
@JasonBourne07 you kidding me its improved much over the previous games.
