I was just thinking, what if ubisoft redid the lord of the rings games? I could just imagine something like 4:11 looking out at the hordes of orcs at the battle of helm's deep.
@PumpkinBoogie I think they revealed it because of the fact that they want EZIO to reform/remake the assassins guild, so knowing that ezios uncle is dead means that he is not they're to help ezio remake guild, and that the player will be doing it. Also, since he died like very beggining of the game its not like your really spoiling something since its like 2 minutes into the game and you see him dead.
Well I'm certain mad excited for this....however, it would've been even better if dude haven't of blurted out the part about Ezio's uncle (Mario) getting killed. :( I think that takes a bit of the shock value out for the player b/c now everyone knows it's gonna happen. Mind you, it doesn't take away from me getting it (as I'm sure others feel the same way) but damn Ubi...use a little more discretion next time, will ya?
This game is going to be awesome and I'm getting it on release date I'm extied that we will be able to play more as desmond
this game is going to be really good but as for the multiplayer well if u suck at it definitely going to be frustrating as I kept dieing myself online playing the beta lol
people didnt like things about ac2? that whole game was great. Best animations ever better than CoD even. also lotsa sex Italian ladies
Looks sick but if they hadnt said it themselves that mario dies, it might have had more of an effect in immersing people into the game.
Did you see the altair armor, right in begining of the video, when ezio is "forced" out of his bed?! I wonder if it will be available on AC Brotherhood...
@wolf503 yes... and no... part of what you say I agree with.. but why not make the same for AC1 in the time then? I'd personally like to see more of Altairs story than Ezio's (hey Ezio is a great protagonist, but I just felt his story was told after I saw his grey beard lol).. instead they made a game for the psp that went past most of the fans.. And I didn't say they should release AC3 instead of ACB like this same holiday season.. I ment them to rather focus on making the third instead(be 2 or 3 years) and if the rumours were true about AC3 taking place in feudal Japan or Egypt it would be nothing like ACB
Just for fun, can you guys think of another phrase for "Strike first and strike fast!"? I wish they didn't confirm that Mario gets killed, it would've been more of an emotional shock when we first experience that scene. Yes!!! We can play as Desmond! I really want to know what's happening in the "current" time, If I remember correctly it's still a bit vague or nothing at all apart from stop the templars from taking over the world.
@sguint-eyed Why rush such an amazing franchise? Personally I want more ACs I don't want AC3 just yet, unless they intend to do a 4 or 5 (unlikely though). ACB isn't just a game to rack in the dough, this is actually a good way for developers and designers to test and progress into better ideas and methods for providing really good game play and stories to their fans in both SP and MP. If they rushed straight into AC3 I'm pretty sure it would be good (pretty much same as ACB but just named AC3 lol) but take a look at ACB and now imagine how good AC3 can be.
nice interview... I still dont see why they bother with this, if the majority of fans just want AC3 (money reasons apparantly)
