We will just have to wait for some good new headsets made for PS4 and XBone
At least Sony offers more options for people to use
I have the P4C for the PS4 as of now cause I absolutely hate the headset that came with the PS4. Can't wait for Sony to patch in bluetooth so I can use my official bluetooth headset I was using on the PS3. It was comfortable and worked flawlessly.
cause game spot is bias towards ps4, and no one can say there not. this whole month there was always something negative about xbox but nothing about ps4 that's negative. I could go to there page and list ever post that's been ps4 bias. Not surprised they failed to mention anything that X1 has, or is better then ps4 at this point right now. They fail to mention BT on x1, but have no issue saying they have BT for ps4. its like they haven't even played on a x1 at all . . . .with all there failing to mention anything . . . .
Hey, I know I am in the minority here, but I hope I am not the only one who bought the move+nav+camera+sharpshooter for the PS3. I am almost exclusively a PC gamer, but that experience of shooting the Helgast with the sharpshooter cannot be replicated by any other hardware combination so far. Having no move support in KZ Shadowfall was the dealbreaker for me on the PS4. I find no reason to buy it since the exclusives are not a big deal for me and I am very, very bad with the dualshock, to the point where I can't shoot a thing in BFBC (singleplayer!).
I think I heard that the ps3 camera will not work for ps4 too.
I guess I will stick with SOCOM, KZ3, Resistance 3 and Bioshock Infinite for now...
My Siberia V2s work fine (for audio) on my Xbox One. They don't work for chat as there's nowhere to plug the connector into the pad but that's not too much of a bother for me tbh.
No actually the turtle beach headset does work on the XboxOne so this is bogus. Yeah is Sony paying you or are you just Sony fanboys?
Fighting game players on Ps4 need to apply some serious pressure to devs to support legacy fight-sticks. Unless they somehow come up with a control system that needs the touch-pad, there's no excuse to not support Ps3 fight-sticks- every button you could conceivably need is right there.
There was more missed in this video than there was said. Guessing the PS4 ad that lead this video was a pretty clear indication of where this was going. Like what about the fact the XB1 adapter that is coming for the controllers will be capable of surround sound? They've already said that the port on the XB1 controllers support 7.1 surround. Or the fact that most TB and other surround headsets have an adapter (the same MS one as above) available so you can use your existing gear with the XB1? Also there is a BT chip in the XB1 as well, MS unlocking it to use BT headsets... who knows... but one of the "experts" seemed to think only the PS4 had BT.
@grbolivar took me a little while to get used to it, but it works for this sort of stuff, still hate fast fps for films
@PupilsDilated I'll sell you mine if you live in the uk for £600
@SavoyPrime completely agree, i don't honestly know what they was thinking, i mean it is the cheapest thing i have ever seen i can't even get them in my ears for a nice fit they just seem to hang in there so i just don't bother, honestly the ps4 might aswel not come with a headset it's that bad, a very bad move by sony in my opinion
basicly that cable you get in the box to hook up 2.5-3.5 audio N stuff
works on the PS4 if you keep your headset off (microphone works)
@sol_invictus55 I guess it depends on the type. Mine uses the coloured ports that you plugged into your TV, so unless THAT plugs into the Xbox One then it won't work.
BUT the microphone is proprietary. So unless I have the adapter the microphone won't work. But I rarely use that any more anyway.
