playing this let me remember how great shooters were in the 90s and a short time after till microsoft came with its crappy xbox and even more crappy shooters, bad controls, levels, gameplay mechanics, whatever - how bad are shooters now, guess the last good shooter was crysis, every console ported shooter feels like what it is, a (bad) port.

Look at Crysis2, max payne3, or deus ex3 or whatever, all those games are bad compared to the first games. Staff like steam destryoed the PC Market and most people like more to play a downloaded version then using steam or wlive or so - 2nd point is who wants to pay for a crappy port.

Today a shooter is mostly build like this, run through the game, kill enemies if not someone else already do it for you, look for a place to hide when your screen is more bloody then normal, enjoy the graphics if you have the time. Dont expact to much time to play or having fun, gameplay only repeats and campaigns are only 5-7 hours long, But no problem you can play always the same kind of multiplayer games.

Btw cant for the next f^cking call of duty - i am sure it will be a revolution in gameplay and masterpiece we all will remember in 10 years when COD 19 comes out.

Prob would be fun, if only for the nostalgia aspect.
