This game IS a real chalenge! It puts you against so much factors that change contantly that you get as close as you can get to a "ruler" of a country. Facing all the aspects of economy, social conflicts, revolutions of ideologies to which we are bound to react and, what's the best part, diplomacy and research of new technologies.

Victoria 2 is a game for a specific recipient though, and If you like rather fast action game, where you throw armies arround and conquer countries in matter of minutes, it's not a game for you.
But if you like difficult and hard games that require every part of your brain working, and long term planning, executing some cunning ideas, than that's the game for you! It is extreemly addictive AND rewarding, aspeciauly when you learn how to manage all the features, you will feel that you actualy achieved something BIG!

besides it is a very eye-appealing game, that combines a unique simple, but pleasant graphic design of interface and maps, artworks and effects, which will toss you deep into atmosphere of pre-Great War period.

Amazing game, best of Paradox so far... but produced for hardcore macro/micro-management fans
