Good graphics, good story and good gameplay. I can't say anything from this game, without comparing it to Zelda. A more dark Zelda-style game for a plataform (the PC version) that doesn't have much great games in that genre.
The graphics: Textures are not that high resolution, but water and illumination effects are great.
Gameplay: Simple, fun to play, unlike other games whose target are primarily over graphics. Some Soul Reaver-style elements, like the power to be in two dimensions. The boss battles are fun too. The day-night cycle contributes adding athmospheric elements to the game.
Story: interesting, and different.
World design: Great. Venice with its big architectural monuments. Dungeon design tend to not be repetitive.

All in all, this game is worth the waiting time for its english release, and one of the best in the genre ever released for the PC.
