Well...ambitious,amazing and unexpectedly good game. Venetica is a nice german RPG-combination of two or three games like DAO or Divinity II: Ego Draconis and some TombRaider and maybe few others game and the results...i was astonished at what we saw.

First...the game begin in the fantastic world of old Venice with fall meeting of our heroine, Scarlet with hers fiance, discontinued approach at attack of some hostile and strange necromancers.Soon, achieve that it reads like a threat.This end fateful and from this moment the game begin with a great story of saving the world and not only, more adventures and more surprises.

With stunning visuals,amazing graphics and sexy Scarlet, Venetica become fun to play despite is a tragic game with drama actions.Is not a top-rated game like DAO, no, but in some moments is a great game and nice to play from start to finish without boring.In fact, the game start with 100% action and remains in that way all the time,amazingly. The fights are strange and hard from beginning with Scarlet in weak form and enemies very heavy-handed...but in time we learn how to move Scarlet to hit right and kill the enemy.With more enemies killed, kick and force of Scarlet become powerful and hardiness.This is the way of getting skills, melee combo with blocking and dodging in many ways till the end and some powers.

This RPG have puzzles, not so clever but exists.

About Venice, yes the game location, Venice is amazing processed like in real city Venice.The art concept is great with all buildings, bridging work. And is about realistic buliding like Santa Maria della Salute or other buildings from Venice. And The Grand Canal of course.All this make this game like a fantastic walk in and to Venice with Scarlet. Great job Deck13,true to life analogy and from all of us who don't go yet to Venice, well, this is a ocasion to dream to Venice :)

Venetica is a great game,of course with some minor flaws and this game like it because is fun and different from others, a must try for all fans RPG and not only.
