Hooray! I can legally gamble!..................sort of.

User Rating: 8.5 | Las Vegas Dream SNES
Without really much to do, this wasn't the best game on the SNES, but it was sure fun winning the jackpots at the slot machines. Realisticly, I don't think anyone can score the jackpot as many times at the slot machine that I and a lot of other people probably did in this game.

Gameplay: 24/30 The games are fun. You got 5 choices: Blackjack, Slots, Craps, Roulette, and 7-card stud Poker, which is the longest lasting and most intense. My personal favorite has got to be slots, though, mainly because it was really hard to lose money there. But you got those five games in one casino, and then you get a good amount of money, go to another, more expensive casino, and do the same thing about 3 or 4 more times. I'm pretty sure there are 5 casinos in all, but one of them you don't actually have to play in. It's a waste anyway. It's actually less expensive than the one you start in. It's probably there for those who are running low on money, and don't feel like taking too big of a risk. Seriously? GAMBLING IN GENERAL IS A RISK! Anyway once you reach $10,000,000, the game is over. You won, and then you get to say something in response to getting this far, and then it shows up at the end credits. My brother typed in something ridiculously funny once. I forgot what it was, though.

Graphics: 15/15 These graphics are competing with Donkey Kong Country for best on the SNES. They're amazing. Backgrounds are vivid and look like real casinos (for the time anyway. Nowadays, those graphics suck.), the people graphics are amazing. They put a hell of a lot of effort into this.

Sound: 8/10 Music is catchy. Only problem is that while you're in a casino, the music is always the same no matter whether you're playing a game or choosing one. So it can get kinda stupid. It makes up for being classic casino music, which I've been able to get into before.

Value: 10.5/15 Unless you're someone whose luck is constantly changing from good to bad in a matter of seconds, and you just seem to stay in one place as far as how rich you are, this game won't really last that long. With five simple games simply copied a few times, there really isn't much to do. Which is kinda why I stray away from poker video games today. Although online play for texas hold 'em is awesome, especially 'cause it's free with PartyPoker.

Tilt: 27/30 Despite shortness and lack of variety, it's still fun and slightly addicting. But then again, isn't gambling supposed to be addicting? Most of the games are easy to pick up. However, to this day, I still only slightly get Craps. Craps is just weird. Lets start with the name. Craps. Who the hell came up with that name? Did someone poop dice and say that he'll name a game with dice after crap? On that note...

Overall: 84.5/100 = 8.45/10 = 8.5/10

If you still play this game, then all I've got to say is enjoy gambling at ten years old. I sure did.
