  • My name is Yian. I was born in Taiwan and came to the United States in 1999. I like drawing and watching action and sci-fi movies with lots of special effects. I also read a lot of history books; Crusades, History of Buddhism and Christianity, Mongol Empire, Third Reich, Persian, Greeks, and Egyptian history are some of my favorite subjects. I also research a great deal about Rosicrucianism. Video game used to be a very big part of my life but recently I have become focused on producing artworks. I hope to start a studio and together with talented people I would like to create a series of strong graphic novels that focus more on story and creativity. I am currently attending graduate school at AAU to get a master degree in illustration. Life has been very busy but rewarding and I have made many friends. Hopefully I will continue to do well!

  • It has been a while since I posted on my blog

    A lot of things has changed since the last time I posted something here. I am still attending school, and everything is going pretty well there. I passed my mid-point review, so that means I am 50% done with the program. I have also become involved with a few comic projects, and they have kept me busy.Other than tons of work, there is really nothing new to report.
