  Grilled Sea Bass with Mushroom/Asparagus Risoto

  YUM!

  I'm suprised that they even have a food category...oh well.

  WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  Risotto/Sea Bass/Asparagus/Mushrooms/Basil/Salt, Black Pepper and Garlic Salt/Grated Parmesan

  HOW TO MAKE IT:RISOTTO

  Saute one red onion with olive oil; then add chopped asparagus and mushrooms.

  While above is sauteing, add basil, salt, black pepper and garlic salt to taste.

  After few minutes of sauteing, ass one cup risotto and continue sauteing for two minutes.

  Turn down heat to simmer and add 750 ml. vegetable broth.

  Continue to stir for 20 minutes.

  When done, add grated Parmesan, mix & serve.

  SEA BASS

  Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper & fresh squeezed lemon. Wrap in foil & place on grill for 12-14 minutes (flipping every few minutes)

  Serve the above with steamed broccoli

  WHY ITS GOOD

  Sea Bass is low in fat and provides omega-3 fatty acids as well as a good deal of protein.

  Grand Theft Auto IV

  First of all, I hope this blog ain't weak. If it is, I disrespected Rock-star and myself I have an Xbox 360 and I believe it will probably be better then the PS3 edition. It's April 25 and there's only four more days until GTA IV launches! The graphics Will be the greatest to hit the 360 so far. Why wouldn't it be? I heard that there will be no load screens after the beginning load. Besides, New York (Liberty City) is a big place and from the screen shots and videos, they look next-next generation. Like Game Spots review, everything looks good right up close and personal. Due to the sand-boxed style game-play, you will be able to anywhere in New York or Liberty City. Midtown, Brooklyn, New Jersey and all the other parts of New York will be featured in the game. Since it's almost getting time for it to launch on Tuesday, I'm still wondering. I seen videos on you-tube of people unwrapping their GTA IVs only. Is it a crime to show game-play of an un-released game? I don't think so, it could be an ad for some company. I cant wait to un-wrap mine or see a game-play video. Hopefully if an OXM (Official Xbox Magazine) comes out before GTA does they might have a demo in their disc. I cant wait for it to come out, hopefully I will be able to sleep the night of the 28th!
