  Comparison...

  I got Super Mario Galaxy 2 just a couple weeks ago and I want to compare them. The gameplay is about the same, but what confuses me is the storyline! Aren't sequels supposed to happen after the first game? The Star Festival is every 100 years right? And at the end of the first game, it's the end of the Star Festival right? So how come: 1. The story takes place at the beginning of the Star Festival? 2. Mario seems to not know the Luma from the first game? 3. Luma's a prince now? I don't get it! Has anyone else noticed this?
