I typed this blog with one hand
I have jaw surgery next week and to have a LOT of blood drawntoday to put back in my body next week. My left arm stings still and I have a large, tight bandage around it making me unable to use that hand, for typing anway. My jaw surgery involves moving my upper jaw slightly forawrd. I don't know how they'll do that, but i'd rather NOT be given the details.
I feel a bit light headed right now yes i do. Drinking more water than usual. I may have to watch E3 09 live in the hospital for the 2ndtime in a row. The surgery will be on on the 27th this month.

Wiiware games that catch my interest.
It's been about 10 months since the first Wiiware titles have entered the available collection. Yet, I have downloaded none. It's not because I'm not interested at all, just simply more interested in other retail titles/VC games. I didn't receive any Wii Points in 2008, and got 5 retail games. I do not wish to continue to neglect Wiiware purchases. I probably (or most likely definitely) will not get all these Wiiware titles, but they have a certain "something" that I'm looking into.
Helix
A rhythm game featuring 26 songs, and similar to Guitar Hero, you have to match the pattern of the indicated gestures, except instead of pushing buttons and strumming, you position your arms to match the given pattern. You can use 2 Wiimotes to do it and it looks like a good work thing. Three levels of difficulty provides a learning/reflex curve, and I get burnt out after execessive playing of Guitar Hero on Expert mode after a long play through. 1000 wii points.LIT
The description is self explanatory: "Dark creatures have taken over Jake's high school, and it's up to you to guide him through each room in order to be reunited with his girlfriend. Existing light sources must be used smartly to create bridges of light for Jake to cross. One false step and Jake gets pulled into the darkness. LIT is a horror/puzzle game that requires the Wii Remote and Nunchuk controllers. It contains 30 levels, five boss battles, replay modes and several unlockables, including multiple endings, Dark Mode timed challenges and an unlockable character. 800 wii points.LostWinds
It's an adventure game with puzzle elements. You take control of the wind and use it to solve puzzles. My guess is that it goes a little more in-depth with the actual wind puzzles than Zelda: The Windwaker did
It's got a nice fairy-tale charm to it. 1000 Wii Points.Mega Man 9
Need I explain this? Blue bomber. Nostalgic. Took the series back in its best direction. oh yeah. 1000 Wii points.Onslaught
A FPS with hordes of bugs to shoot down.It does support online co-op play up to4 players. There's also a whip to lash bugs at a close range. I dig mindless FPS games
1000 Wii points.Tetris_party
Mass variety of game modes both single and multiplayer modes, both offline and online. It's Tetris to with a lot of depth to it. It has leaderboard rankings and tournaments too. 1200 wii points.World of Goo
Thisis the title I want most of all, absolute buy for me. It's won a lot of Game of the Year awards, has incredibly awesome physics and smart puzzles. Nintendo even messaged me on my Wii to reccomend this game (they are the publisher of it). I look very forward to picking this one up. The only problem is that it's 1500 freekin wii points! The only other title that requires that many (so far) is Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King.Strong Bad Episodes 1-5
The thing about these games: If I get one, I'd have to get them all, all five.I don't know if I want to go that route, but it would cost over $50, but these are some of the best reviewed Wiiware games out there. I'm a fan of homestarrunner and strong bad and of course the cheat, so I won't rule it out yet.
1000 wii points for each of the five episodes. And that concludes my list. If you have any other suggestion or if you happen to really enjoy/didn't enjoy any of the titles that I did/didn't mention do comment below.

A blog to the Madworld fans.
I am certain that at least 9 out of 10 people are buying Madworld for the wrong reasons. For almost all of you, you didn't buy it for it what it really is, but rather what it hides behind. I shall elaborate. Note that if you are in the "1 out of 10" category, then you're either in denial, or you really did see what Madworld is and bought for what it should be seen as. At this point, everyone here probably claims to be in "1 out of 10," and will continue to think that after they've read through, and some will continue to deny it therefore making them in denial about being in denial, or maybe not. It's your place to determine.
First, I'll begin with an issue that goes beyond Madworld, and about gaming in general: professional written reviews. It's becoming more and more common. The review, and to some extent, the ratings and the ratings only, solely determine whether users buy them or not. That's fine to be partially influenced to some extent of other opinions, but for many it's at a ridiculous extent. So why get on to specifically Madworld if this applies to mostly all the current gen games? The answer: Madworld is claimed by so many who think there hasn't been a great retail game in months, not since Smash Bros Brawl or Mario Kart Wii and such. I say they'd have to be either crazy or just plain picky, but Madworld is definitely one of the highest reviewed titles in so many months. I mean just look at these Gamerankings reviews. But this isn't the real reason or the real problem the audience set their sight on Madworld.
Before I get to the real reason, I just want to say that many who've already planned to get this game way ahead of its release date probably wasn't aware that Madworld was a mini game compilation. Yes, a mini game compilation. Mini game compilation titles are most welcome to the gaming world, and I hope to see many more in the Wii's future as long as they really are good and enjoyable. Now comes the question, "Did you buy Madworld because it was a mini game collection?" The answer is more than likely NO. You saw a game that contained insanely brutal deaths including the use of chainsaws, grinders, spikes, etc. Blood was also splattered all over the place. That's how Madworld was advertised, as an extremely violent, bloody game. I'm fairly Madworld has received more hype than any other mini game compilation on the Wii system. This is what is wrong with this picture. People are buying this game because they see it as a "hardcore game" or at least a game that is suited for the adult/mature audience.
The mini games that were always shown in trailers and game play footage before its release were indeed there, but they were hiding underneath the giant pools of blood and behind the meat grinders, not to be viewed as what it really was. The footages sure weren't shown as mini games, not until very near its release when all the hype was already built. Many have fallen under a very stupid concept of video games: buying a game based not only reviews which are nothing more than people's own opinions, but even worse, buying a game on their judgment of language, blood and gore, and violence.
I admit that I have never played Madworld, but I've studied it enough to determine its target audience strategy. Since I've never played it, I cannot judge how good the game actually is. Don't get me wrong, I love the art direction that Madworld has and it will be very remember able, and it very well could be a game that I like. I will not play because the content is way too strong for my standards. Do enjoy Madworld for those that will have it in their collection, but note that you more than likely bought it for the wrong reasons, or at least not in the way you think you did. Either way, it's a joke.
