By far the best trailer released this year at E3 was obviously MGS4. The trailer brought in some light on the plot, Snake is obviously on a mission to eliminate Liquid Snake. But lets get passed the obvious. It seems the story is set in 2014, which would make it five years after the events of Solid Snakes last debut which was Metal Gear Solid 2 and it takes place 9 years after Solid Snake was injected with FOXDIE at Shadow Moses Island. So a lot of you may ask, why does Solid Snake appear to look so old? it is due to faulty cloning which has sped up his aging process by around20 years. This leaves Snake roughly around 5-6 months to live (at the least). Another big part of the plot is the increase of mercenaries across foreign land used to fight battles for business purposes called PMC's (Private Military Companies). It also appears that the five largest PMC's are owned by a single company called Outer Heaven, which non coincidently is the name of Big Boss's mercenary company and nation in the original Metal Gear game. The company is operated by Liquid Ocelot, which if you can't remember is the merging of Liquids arm on Ocelots body to ultimately bring back Liquid Snake through Revolver Ocelot as the host. As seen in the trailer, Liquid Snake seems to posses the technological power to control nanomachines, which activated the sudden outburst of pain to the mercenaries (as seen in the newly released trailer.)Liquid now has the military equivalent in manpower compared to the United Sates and they are planning to launch an armed insurrection. (insurrection, is an armed uprising, or revolt against an established civil or political authority. Persons engaging in insurgency are called insurgents, and typically engage in regular or guerrilla combat against the armed forces of the established regime, or conduct sabotage and harassment in the land in order to undermine the government's position as leader.) Then that brings us to our trailer where we see Solid Snake who is deployed by none other than Roy Campbell (not officially sanctioned by neither the UN nor the United States as heard in the trailer) to eliminate Liquid Ocelot.

Eastern Europe

it is also apparent that Meryl Silverberg (as seen in MGS1 and MGS Twin Snakes) is leading the new FOXHOUND unites into the battle to aid Snake on his mission.

So this is what we have learned from the new trailer,

Liquid is attempting to control the soldiers using a type of nano-virus known as FOXDIE,

Snake is on a mission to eliminate Liquid Ocelot by an unknown party,

Meryl is now leading FOXHOUND,

Raiden is immortal????

I was overall pleased with Microsofts E3 conference this year i thought it was well done. That Halo 3 trailer they made with real people was tight and etc. etc. but to get past my thoughts on the conference here are the games I am most looking forward to for my 360 at the moment.

Alright so Pokemon Diamond and Pearl are coming out real soon and I'm sure all of you have already reserved it so does anyone know what starting pokemon they are going to choose?

I'm either choosing Piplup or the grass dood cuz the monkey is kinda retarded. P.S everyone is getting their @$ses handed to them online and I sware to that. Beware!!! PEACE.

Alright so I chose Piplup but I really want a Chimchar too but I chose the water guy because he can learn flying attacks which are super effective to grass plus he can learn ice attacks which are super effective to grass as well and water type are at the end of the dead my favorite but I really want a chimchar so if anyone is willing to trade I can give them a Cranidos if they have pearl version. Thanks, I'll try to keep you posted on my Pokemons progress and I'll post my friend code so you guys can battle me and trade info. Also does anyone know what creating a group does? if so please reply and if your friends can join them ill join anyones if you want some friendly competition.

I know that this holiday season everyone is going to try to get the PS3 and the Wii in both the U.S and japan but does anyone here actually have a secure order for any one of the systems and how did you manage to get it?

I'm just going to wait until the whole holiday stuff is over to purchase a wii because I doubt they will have enough in stores.
