  • Bowser Never Dies

    So I just beat the single-player NSMB Wii yesterday... quite a game, I'd say. Some parts were more difficult than others (I still remember spending 20+ lives in Iggy's Castle #2), but overall it's a decent game. Once my sis comes home and we have the chance to play more multiplayer, I'll put my thoughts down into a review. Also, let me just say the ending is rather silly, but I'm not going to spoil it.   • My Thoughts on New Super Mario Bros. Wii

    So I have been playing NSMB Wii lately, and I am almost done with the 4th world. The game overall is more of the same as other 2D Mario platformers, but in this case, it's a good thing. I do see many similarities with older games, such as New Super Mario Bros. DS (overall look, level design), Super Mario World (Yoshis, some level designs) and especially Super Mario Bros. 3 (Koopa Kids, the airship level, other level designs, usage of map items, some of the minigames, etc.), but I have to say the multiplayer is where it's at.
