  Something charming this way comes

  And so it did. Charmed has started its 8th season, here in Latin America. What can I say about its first episode called "Still Charmed and kicking"?. Let me put it in a number: 10. It's been long time since I have enjoyed a charmed episode that much like this one. I mean, i've liked all episodes since 1st season, but this one i enjoyed it a lot!.
  Fist I gotta tell that the acting part was incredible as usual. Holly always impresses me and the shoes part in P3... COOL!. I've always liked her sense of humor. Then I gotta tell that Phoebe's hair this season got really but really better this season. I mean, finally she got a good haircut. Because what she did in season four was... well you know...
  Paige really got me. I mean, she was the only one that's still conected to the Charmed one legacy. Since she cannot pass a call from somoene who needs help, she's still like "Are we doing things right?". And this was the first time i really enjoyed Rose's acting part. She surely has grown up.
  The new witch in town: Good entrance. We can figure that she's been doing this demon hunting since long time ago. Her kicks, flying in the air, and the way she handled the fire ball, impressed me. Kaley Cuoco is one of a hell actrees. I liked her work in "8 simple rules..." and i hope she can make me proud. It's still to be seen if she really deserves to be in this show.
  The story: I gotta tell that the writers did handle well the fake identity part of the charmed ones. They didn't decide unanmasked the girls and resolve this identity part in one episode. Good for them!
  Special efects: I didn't feel the budget cut thing. It was like seeing an episode from season 7. The only thing that bothered me was the Elder part, the way his lights appeared. In that part i felt the budget cut, but then for example... the cinema part... realle great! I was like "Awesome!, did they really cut their budget?".

  The O.C - A fake world

  Last Wednesday was the season premiere of The O.C in Latin America. It´s one of the shows that i like he most. I was hoping for this episode, because of what happend in the season finale. I was like " Ok, what´s gonna happen to Marissa?, or Ryan?, Their lives was never be the same.
  As the episode starts I was like jumping. Finally i´ll get to see everything. And what happend? I got dissapointed. They got the solution in a really fast way. Besides they show showed me a happy world. I know that they weren´t ok, but I didn´t feel that. When they were sailing i was like "what the hell is going on?, they are sailing??? i´d never do that". And then, when they were playing on the beach...oh my god! I couldn´t believe that. I mean, i don´t blame them ´cause they wanted to get distracted, but it was too much. And then, the final, Ryan´s brother leaving The OC. If you got shot and stays in coma like 2 months, you don´t get out of bed that easily. I mean, c´mon!. Maybe they authors wanted to end this storyline in this episode, which i find it very ridiculois (i think i didn´t write the right word). But well, they´re the writers of this show. But the atmosphere of this episode wasn´t the one i was expecting. I got a little bit dissapointed.
  But maybe the next episodes will erase that feeling from myself.

  Science Fiction going up...

  What´s going on that television is bringing more science fiction to us?. What´s the catch behind it?.
  Science Fiction (shows like Smallville, Charmed, Invasion, etc) has always got the interest of people. Why?, because it could happen what in real life can´t. How often do we have the oportunity of watching three hot girls kick demon´s butts without losing its make up?, how often we can see the daughter of the devil coming to a little town to fullfile a destiny?, and how often we can see aliens coming to our planet?. I mean, this things only happen (at least a lot) on tv. And tv lets peoplo go to other worlds, invites people to disconect from the real world and travel through magical ones.
  Science Fiction is what I love the most. I love watching to worlds where people have powers and use them to save innocents. I´ve always been fascinated by the supernatural. I don´t know why, it´s my nature. Since I was a kind and I can remember, I´ve always wanted to have powers, like for example, telekinesis. And I thank to the writers and Tv for creating those kind of series, where anything can happen.
  
  NOTE: I also like normal series like Gilmore Girls, Desperate Housewives, The O.C, but the supernatural ones are my favourites.
  
  Science Fiction is the best that could´ve happend to Tv. Because its ratings, because you never know what could happen, what´s going to pop up.
