  (Cusomer Service) Sony is way better than MS *Updated*

  So I finally called Sony. While the waiting music was a bit annoying, the whole thing went pretty well. I was on the phone for all of ten minutes, tallking to a friendly guy who cut the PR crap and could speak Fluent English.

  When I called to get my 360 fixed I was on the phone for the better part of maybe 2 hours, talking to a woman that barely could speak English, that was about as snobby as could be.

  He said it would take 10 to 15 business days to get here (how am I gonna play Demon's Souls ), but that still doesn't compare to the 8 months my 360 was out of commision. Oh well, at least I can finally play those PS3 games I still haven't got to play soon.

  In other news I went to court monday. Sat in there for about 3 hours with about 100 other people before he finally got to me. Compared to all the other people who were there, I was innocent (technically I was anyway but you get the point). He dropped the ticket but lucky me he gave me the maximum penalty possible; 8 hours community service and 4 hours driving school. To add insult to injury after I left I went to get some food and ended up spilling all of my fries (my favorite part ). I should've just payed the fine. Here's me at community service.

  Unknown: So what are you here for?

  Guy 1: I assaulted somebody

  Guy 2: I stole a bunch of stuff at gunpoint

  Guy 1: what about you?

  Unknown: I had a wreck.

  Guy 1 and 2: .........................

  Also I'm probably quiting my job today so wish me luck!

  *UPDATE* I just got back from quiting (actually giving a 2 week notice but yeah). The job had gotten too slow and too random to keep up when I need a ride every time I work since I'm now carless. So yeah, I'm both releaved and sad , It's been a good few years there but I gotta move on to a more stable job.

  My diabolical plan

  It is so crazy it just might work. Either that or It'll crash and burn.
  
  As most of you know my PS3 broke. As most of you might also know I know longer have a car. I've got the whole car thing worked out so I'm done paying for it but I'm now dirt broke and have all but given up getting my PS3 fixed anytime soon.
  
  I've pretty much got nothing to do now. I only got one day of school a week now (and that doesn't start for a few more weeks) and because of this WONDEFRUL economic crap I've gone from working 6 days a week to a whopping one. Also a lot of my friends have moved away, some leaving for college while others leaving from it. Needless to say I really have nothing to do.
  
  So instead of staying bored for months (cause at this rate that's how long it'll take to save up), I think I'm gonna wait to get my PS3 repaired until Christmas, and just buy the games I want coming out this year with the money I make. I mean, I have all 3 systems and only 1 thing I want this year is a PS3 exclusive. And mostly what I want is not the type of games that drop price. This way I have something to do until I get the PS3 fixed. Either this or I stay broke and bored trying to save up and end up waiting about just as long to play it. I also would like to buy Christmas gifts for others and I'll have much more money to buy gifts for others this way, about $70 more.
  
  So what do you think? Am I stupidly brilliant or brilliantly stupid?

  That's just great

  Things were looking up. I got paid today and finally had enough money to get my PS3 fixed, in fact a little extra. We were having a party today too (not because I was getting my PS3 fixed though lol). It was just my luck that something had to ruin everything.

  Bare with me hear, it's a little hard to explain. I was on my way home from the bank, and in quite a good mood. I was on a major road in rush hour traffic. Some idiot (who was turning left from another street onto my road, but he was going in the opposite direction if that makes sense) in his fresh cadillac w/ the '22 in rims cuts out in front of me, with me having to swirve to barely miss him. Up ahead was a pretty backed up redlight (from all the traffic) that just turned red. After barely missing that dude, I look back in front of me to see I was about to hit the dude in front of me and slam on the breaks and try to swirve out of the way yet again. Since my old piece of junks brakes and tires suck, they lock up and I hit the guy at 45 Miles per hour.

  Luckily he wasnt hurt at all, and I only had minor injuries. Since I swerved out of the way alittle only the ends of our bumpers hit instead head on(My right front hit his left back), which kept his car from being totalled and me from in the hospital (mine was still totalled). Still my arms and hands were bruised/burnt all the way up to my elbows, and my chest/head were burnt/bruised. I hit my head pretty hard and they said I might have a concussion, and I've been having trouble breathing as well. Actually I might end up going to the hospital if it doesn't get better in the next couple days.

  Anyways, even though it technically wasnt my fault it still kinda was, once again if that makes sense (the policeman understood, kinda like if someone in front of you suddenly stops at 50 mph and you jit them even though it wasn't your fault its still your fault). The idiot that caused it didn't even stop btw (you aint seen crazy roads and stupid drivers until youve been to memphis), at least the police and the dude I hit were nice and were cool about it. Still I'll have to go to court now, and end up taking a 4 hour driving class and doing 8 hours of community service (what kind of crap is this?!?), not to mention I'll probably be paying $2000 in the end. That means my PS3 isnt getting fixed anytime soon. Oh well, at least we're all alive. I was kinda in a bad mood when I got home and my parents party already started. You haven't had a headache until your head slams into something at 45MPH!

  But yeah. My head hurts and I cant sleep at the moment even though Im exhausted because of it. Oh well back to bed! Posting here would cheer me up immensely
