Michael Jackson steals the show again

What should have been a special day for Londoners was overshadowed by MJ's funeral.

The unveiling of the 7/7 bombing memorial is kinda under-rated, with billions watching every celebrity and newspaper praise MJ (funny, a few months ago they were labelling him a joke), there seems to be little media coverage of the memorial to the52 people who lost their lives 4 years ago in London.

Just thought I'd give them a mention.

Game Purchases of June/early July '09

I've managed to acquire the followign games this month:

RoboWarrior - A weird NES game that plays similiar to Bomberman. Good concept, but a bit hard.

    Robo Warrior Boxshot

Bad Dudes vs Dragon Ninja - Whats not to love about this title? Maybe the gameplay, which I've found horrible. Still an awesome title for a game.

    Bad Dudes Boxshot

CoD: WaW on PC - A bargain at £2.50 from my local ASDA, along with Empire Total War and Premier Manager 2009 for the same price.

Call of Duty: World at War Boxshot

CoD 2 - Got this for £5 from the same ASDA, and it finally completes my CoD collection, (I have 1,2,3,4 and WaW).

    Call of Duty 2 Boxshot

Mass Effect - Same place for same price as CoD 2, am yet to play this but am REALLY looking forward to it.

    Mass Effect Boxshot

    R-Type Delta - A smashing game, and couldn't really complain at 50p.

    Super Stardust HD cheap!

Just a quick post, first of Super Stardust HD on the PSN network is £1.59 - a promotion to celebrate 2 years of PSN. This is available in Europe, and cannot confirm if its in the US or Japan.

In other news, I finally finished Ghostbusters - a good game with a written review in progress. Gotta say I'm now officially satisfied with my Ghostbusting dream
