Hey everyone. Hope you are all well.
So that was it. Prison Break has finished its four-season story arc, and the chapters of Michael Scofield are now closed for good. I am one of those who really, really enjoyed the Series Finale, and I think the death of Michael was portrayed beautifully. As I am sure many of you have noticed, this end game has been hinted to quite a bit this season, and in many ways it seems almost appropriate, albeit I don't know if I can elaborate on why I feel that way. It just seems like a natural consequence of his character that this would be how it all ended, and although it is sad, I still feel that Michael succeeded with what his intentions were from the very start.
Michael saved his brother from death row, risking his life in the process. After this, he has risked his life over and over again for the people he cares about. In the end of Season 2, he sacrificed himself for Sara, and returned to prison, this time in Panama and Sona. We all remember the famous line "You sacrificed everything for me once. Now it's time to say thank you." Over and over again, Michael has put others well-being and safety before his own. This is something which was touched upon already in the first season, when Sara visited Michael's psychiatrist. I think this is some of the reason why the writers felt that this was the right way to end the show.
The way it was written, with a four year gap in the last episode, was clever and contributed to creating a mood that was appropriate for a Series Finale. Everything seemed carefully planned, from the wonderful song choice (Lay It Down Slow - Spiritualized) to the small details such as the Gandhi quote on the grave stone (reference to when Michael and Sara first met) and the origami crane (reference to his relationship with Linc throughout all four seasons). The way Michael's death also seems to have tied the characters together, and the way they meet up at Michael's grave what seems years after his death, is also something I appreciated a lot. The fact that even though all of them are living their own lives, they still come together and pay their respects to the man they all cared so much about.
Prison Break has been such a great show, and Michael is one of the most memorable characters I have ever had the pleasure to spend my Tuesday evenings with. I won't deny that Season 1 was Prison Break at its peak, and I won't deny that I will miss the show now that it is over - but at the same time, four seasons seems to be a natural end game for the show. As several people have uttered: there are no more stories to tell. The story of Michael Scofield is over, and so is Prison Break. (Though we have one Final Break to look forward to come July! And have you seen the cover? It's HOT!)
Now, if you don't mind, I will go and mourn PB's passing together with my box sets.
Just kidding. I'm looking forward to a full four-season marathon soon enough though.Hope you all enjoyed the ending as well. And if you didn't, there is always Season 1.
My S1 box set is almost worn out, but they are on sale most places at the moment. If you don't own it, you should rob a bank (and get incarcerated, ey?) and go buy it. It really is timeless.Take care,
-Tommy.
EDIT:
The comment system is just utterly WEIRD, so I'll just answer you guys directly in my blog. Smart, right?
#Grace
We're so having a S1/2 marathon this summer, so you better keep in shape.

#avi01
Yeah, long time no see! That's my bad though, I haven't been around much in like, er, a year. But I like to pop by on occasion (usually big ones; like PB ending!), and then it's nice to see that some of the regulars are still around.
#vman85
Nice to see you again! And thanks, I'm glad you agree. So, Chuck's the new hot show? I have S1 on DVD, but I haven't gotten around to watching it yet. I guess I should. This summer, I say!

#ILUVSCOFIELD (aka ILUVMISA, am I not right?)
Yup, sad and fitting are the top key words for this Finale. Aww, I'm glad to hear that I've been missed. That's nice of you to say. And about the OTH Finale, sadly, I'm stuck on 6x06. I just don't know if I want to watch it anymore. For me it all kind of ended on the River Court in the end of S4. Is the rest of S6 good though?
#tursiopsseriesThanks for the add! I added you back. And I really do understand your bitterness. It's Michael Scofield we're talking about here. But you'll get to acceptance soon enough.

HEY!

I wanted to blog. But I dunno about what.I like trees.

And lyrics.
I read the news today, oh boy
About a lucky man who made the grade
And though the news was rather sad
Well, I just had to laugh
I saw the photographHe blew his mind out in a car
He didn't notice that the lights had changed
A crowd of people stood and stared
They'd seen his face before
Nobody was really sure if he was from the House of LordsI saw a film today, oh boy
The English army had just won the war
A crowd of people turned away
But I just had to look
Having read the bookI'd love to turn you on...
Woke up, got out of bed,
Dragged a comb across my head
Found my way downstairs and drank a cup
And looking up, I noticed I was lateFound my coat and grabbed my hat
Made the bus in seconds flat
Found my way upstairs and had a smoke
And somebody spoke and I went into a dreamI read the news today, oh boy
Four thousand holes in Blackburn, Lancashire
And though the holes were rather small
They had to count them all
Now they know how many holes it takes to fill the Albert Hall.
I'd love to turn you on...And Prison Break.
Season 4 is ace.
I wonder if there's anyone left from the old crew on this site anymore.
I guess we'll see about that.Take care!

Hey everyone! (Or those left on this site anyways...)

As usual, it's been ages since my last blog. January, I think. But I'm waiting for Hundred (OTH) to finish downloading, so I thought I'd just as well do something useful. Although I find it disturbing that I see writing a blog as something useful.

We've got some great news lately, especially great for me. All my favourite shows have been renewed for a new season, Prison Break, Heroes, Supernatural and One Tree Hill. Respectively for Season 4, Season 3, Season 4 and Season 6. So that's just great.

One Tree Hill has been great so far in Season 5, and hopefully this 100th episode will be as great as I think and hope it's going to be. Poor Lindsey, she's done nothing wrong - she's gonna be run down by the massive passion that is Leyton. She's not even gonna know what hit her.
Oh, the dl is finished!

And by the way, blog title is from a track on Panic At The Disco's new album Pretty. Odd. I downloaded it a couple of hours ago, and it's great! 100+ times better than their debut.
See you later, I'm off to see One Tree Hill!

Hey!

Once again, quite some time since my previous blog. I'd like to say that I just have too little time on my hands, but that would be a lie. I just forget, and everytime I'm about to do it, something comes up.

Anyways, a new year is here, 2008. A year for new seasons of the TV shows we love. Unfortunately, the strike is still ongoing, which sucks big time. I still support the writers, but my patience only go so far. Sooner or later it has to end - either it's with success or not.

We still have some episodes left of most shows though. Prison Break returns tomorrow, which is great. Boxed In is the ninth episode of the season, and the last one before the Christmas hiatus (Bang&Burn)ended with Michael being transferred. We've seen that one before - then he was "rescued" in the eleventh hour by Warden Pope. Who knows what happens this time around.

One Tree Hill is already back, and I'm still amazed, four days after I watched to two first episodes of this fifth season. Mark and his co-producers have done an outstanding job, and both episodes were simply awesome.I found myself smiling for absolutely no reason during the episodes - with the thought "this is so fukcing awesome" in my head. I can't wait for the next episode. Sucks that we only get 12 episodes this season, but with this start - the sky's the limit. We'll go on forever.

And the music, THREE songs from The National's bloody brilliant "Boxer", how could anyone ask for more? I have a feeling that Mark has quite a few aces up his sleeve also this year, when it comes to the magnificent music on OTH. Hopefully, there will be some band appearances this season.
Hmm, what else to write... My life is great at the moment. I'm happy all the time, so happy that I'm actually a bit afraid that something uncool's gonna happen soon. It usually does when I'm too happy. But for now, I'm enjoying it in full lengths.

Most played on my iPod this week: Lucky You - The National
I'll blog again soon, hopefully.

Hey guys!

It seems like I haven't blogged in forever, and it has been a while actually. I don't spend as much time here as I used to, much because of the fact that the Prison Break Forum here on TV.com reaches new lows everytime I visit, so I sort of got sick of it. If anyone wants to know where I discuss Prison Break now, it's at the one and only PBreakFans Forum. Great place to be.

Life is good at the moment, school's just school - not particularily exhausting, just boring as always. I have my core of TV shows that I watch (Prison Break, Heroes, Supernatural, Cold Case), and I think the new seasons of all these shows are outstanding. Sucks that PB is on hiatus already, but the three others are going strong.

There's a lot ofstuff going on with this Writers Strike, but I want to stress that I am 100% on the writers' side. They deserve to get what they want, because without them, I would not have the shows I know and love. The studios are the ones who are greedy, and I think the writers should strike as long as they have to, because this is an important battle. So go writers!
It's come to my attention that it's Ana's birthday today, so obviously I have to say: Happy Birthday, Ana! I hope you are having a blast!

I don't know what more to write, or if anyone even visit my profile anymore.
I'll try to come around a bit more, to comment blogs and such.
And yeah, before I forget - I'm really excited about S5 of OTH! It could be fantastic, and it could be just weird. I'm hoping for fantastic. Hopefully, the strike won't cause any delays, so that we'll get our show back Jan 2nd.
Most played on my (very new and shiny) iPod the last week: Naïve - The Kooks.

Some YouTube videos worth watching:
PB: A video about Sara's drug addiction
Heroes: Tribute, Season 1 footage
I'll try and blog again soon!

Hey ppl!

FINALLY! The long wait for Prison Break's third season is over, and we have already seen the first episode of this season!

My review: 10/10
Season 3 of Prison Break seems to be everything I hoped for, and more. Orientación served perfectly as the first episode of Prison Break's third season, and I have to say that this really looks promising. I gave it 10/10 because I was thrilled by how well it met my expectations, though many episodes have been more nerve-wrecking and adventurous.
To everyone who has been talking about Prison Break jumping the shark and such nonsense: I think we really can say that Paul T. Scheuring and his guys have proved you wrong, cause Season 3 looks outstanding. The plot is marvelous, and though the Sara/LJ kidnapping seemed somewhat sudden, it was a good solution to the SWC problem, IMO.
I have great faith in this season, and though the ratings for the first episode was rather poor, I don't doubt the quality of the upcoming episodes - I know that they will be great.
In conclusion, Orientación was a perfect start to what seems to become a perfect season. Prison Break is not what it used to be - it's different - but no one in their right mind can say that it has lost its touch, or quality.
If so, I beg to differ with those of that opinion. And especially to you, I wish to say: Don't give up on PB, cause if you do - you'll regret it...
~ * ~
Next episode is Fire/Water, and you can watch the promo already. It really looks like an amazing episode! Watch the promo here! Only 5/6 days to Monday/Tuesday!!

"My name is Michael Scofield. I was sent to get you out of here."
Gotta love that line!

Most played on my iPod: Prison Break's new opening theme!

Short PB blog this time. Be back stronger than ever - soon...

Hey everybody!

It's been ages since my last blog, and for that I am sorry. It's just not as much fun as it used to be. Everyone seems to vanish from TV.com and then the point of the blog sort of vanishes too.
So if no one read it, then I don't take the time to write them either. Which is wrong, I should write them anyways - and that is what I am doing now.
I'd like to keep the tradition and give you a great quote, or a voiceover really, from One Tree Hill. This one is one of my favorites, and is used both in Season 1 and in Season 4. Obviously I'm talking about the Shakespearian quote from "Julius Caesar"
"There is a tide in the affairs of men. Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune. But omitted, and the voyage of their life is bound in shallows and miseries. On such a full sea are we now afloat, and we must take the current when it serves -- or lose the ventures before us."
We really need to grasp the opportunities as they lay before us, and by doing so we can live without regret, and not 'lose the ventures before us.' By the way, my friends seem to think I'm a bit pompous because I like quotes, but I really aren't! I just like the way they make me think.

OTH returns in January with an all-new season - their fifth. But more presently, in only a week PRISON BREAK, Season 3 premieres, which is totally awesome! There are rumours about the season that I don't like, but I try not to believe them - they can't be true, they just can't...

From September 17th, and also September 24th, my Tuesdays are gonna be so awesome. Prison Break AND Heroes. I really won't get much else done those days.

I don't know what more to write really. I've made a new OTH Forum though, it's gonna be awesome, but we really need more members to make it really good. The address is: http://www.othboard.proboards104.com/

I've also made a new Prison Break fanvid, which you can take a look at here (contains Season 3 footage, so watch out for some spoilers!)
: http://youtube.com/watch?v=ZIG9pM3b9wU Have a brilliant week, and remember, Sept 17 is not far away, so do your preparations, have a PB Season 2 marathon. I sure will.

Most played on my iPod today: Whatever - Oasis
What the heck, I'll throw in one of my favorite Prison Break quotes as well. Said by Michael in Fox River:
"If you think I'm leaving my brother behind, you have massively underestimated me..."
Hopefully Linc is as loyal as Michael. Though I think that's pretty obvious. As Bill Kim (do not rest in peace) said, such fidelity in families is uncommon, but certainly a strength to any relationship.

Can't wait for Season 3! We're gonna rock TV.com, Grace! Be here all day discussing! WOO!

-Tommy.

PS: Blog title is PB Season 3 quote!
And, I just passed 3,000 posts!!!

Hey everyone!

My blog title is a quote from my favorite song at the moment, Oasis - Live Forever. One of the greatest songs ever written. Noel Gallagher really is a genius, and with Liam's voice, no wonder they ruled the 90's.

Then what could be more appropriate than a quote from one of the best songwriters in history:
"We're not arrogant, we just believe we're the best band in the world." - Noel Gallagher
And he was right, no doubt about it.

~ * ~
I saw some pictures on Serena's blog today, of the OTH cast. I have to say that Hilarie Burton just keeps amazing me. She is stunningly beautiful! So is Sophia. I'm so glad OTH is blessed with such a good-looking cast, though I'm not all shallow either.
Because they are good actors too, so that combination is awesome. Can't wait for Season 5, WOOO!
Speaking of new seasons, today it's 37 days left to Season 3 of Prison Break! It's gonna be so brilliant, though it's a pity that Sarah Wayne Callies won't be a part of the first handfull of episodes. We'll hear her voice in what I believe is 303 though. I guess that's something.

I have made a new Prison Break fan vid too, which you can find following the YouTube link (I still haven't figured out how to embed it, if it's even possible.
I'm pretty happy with it, seems appropriate seeing that the Season 3 theme is Redemption.

~ * ~
By the way, todayI'm going to a football (soccer) match, to watch the two best teams in Norway fight for the trophy. It's gonna be awesome, I just hope my team pulls it off, and wins it. Speaking of, today Premier League 07/08 starts too, and unfortunately, I don't get to see Liverpool play, because of the mach I'm going to, but I have ordered live updates on my cell phone, so that's something at least.

I guess that was all for now, have a great day ppl!

Hey! I'm back, after a little HP break from TV.com!

First of all, could Deathly Hallows be any better? Don't think so! It was awesome! By far the best book in the series, she answered nearly all of my questions - and that's really an achievement. I'm going over in a spoiler box now, just to avoid spoiling anyone, though the book is released ages ago (or so it seems.
)Wait! I almost forgot my traditional quote! Here's a non-spoiling DH one:
"Harry is the best hope we have. Trust him."
I'm already re-reading it, and enjoying it as much as the first time.
To all of you that haven't read it, you really have something to look forward too!~ * ~
Over to another of my obsessions, Prison Break. As I'm sure you have realised, Season 3 is delayed with about three weeks, and the new premiere date is September 17.
And if some of you read that about them recasting Sara, relax! It's just for the three first episodes (while our Sarah is still on maternity leave), and we'll just see shadows of her, and her walking. No harm done!Speaking of Prison Break, I just made a video with clips from Sona episode, so I thought I'd post it here for you guys to see, enjoy!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ovxlTOK60KQ
Hope it was worth your time.
And maybe you OTH fans recognise the song? One point added to your caption score if you can tell which episode it was present.
~ * ~
Think that was all for now. I'll be back stronger than ever soon. Still a bit exhausted after Deathly Hallows!
Blog title inspired by Severus Snape's storyline in DH, and the Coldplay song with the same title.
See you soon, take care.
-Tommy.

PS: Anyone know how to embed the YouTube video?

Hey ppls!
Long time no see, but hey, it's summer holidays!

Thought I'd keep up my tradition and post a quote in the beginning of my blog, but this time it's not collected from One Tree Hill - though it very well could have been one of Luke's voiceovers.

"If you limit your choices only to what seems possible or reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you truly want, and all that is left is a compromise."
~ * ~
So, my blog title (as some of you might already have guessed) indicates the end of an era. An era which has lasted for the last decade. I'm talking about the Harry Potter novels. July 21st it's all over, Harry has reached his destination point, and we will learn whether he is strong enough to conquer Lord Voldermort, or if the Darkest wizard of all times will take down The Chosen One. Though my theory (well, it's not really mine - seeing that it's shared by millions of fellow obsessees) is that both of them will have to die, to make the ending glorious. I don't see any other ending possible at this point, but Jo has surprised me so many times before - I take nothing for granted.
I don't know whether I should cry because it's over soon, or feel a certain euphoria that I and so many others have been allowed to take this journey with Harry. I can only imagine the mixed feelings Jo must have. The only thing that is certain is that it's gonna be a hell of an emotional ride July 21st - with laughter, fear and not least, tears.
I probably won't blog again before the day comes, so I wish everyone good luck - this is gonna be extraordinary, guys! And if you're not in "Harry mode" yet, then you can watch the fifth film first, just to get in the mood again (though I doubt anyone's not).

Think that's pretty much it. Leaving for our cabin on Wednesday. Gonna go fishing, relax you know. Take my Harry Potter books with me. The final preparation...

Have a great summer, and enjoy Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - I sure will.

Haley: So, Luke...what are ravens? I mean, you know, more than one. Luke: An Unkindness...
~ * ~
Hey everyone! Just thought I'd start out with a quote from the Pilot of OTH. Which later turned out to be Luke's book title.
Sometimes Mark's such a genius, it amazes me really.
I actually miss how Luke and Hales were in Season 1, geeky Haley and uncool Lucas. Good times...
I've finally gotten summer holidays, but the great weather has yet to come. Now, eight weeks with relaxation lies ahead, with nothing to do at all. Seems like heaven to me.
Tomorrow I'm going to the city with a friend, and I can't wait to visit the record store! That will be as awesome as the huge ice cream I'm gonna buy!
I haven't seen her in a while, so tomorrow's gonna be great. She wanna see Ocean's 13, but I wanna see HOT Sophia Bush in The Hitcher. Wonder if I manage to persuade her...

Yesterday I bought Fall Out Boy's newest album, Infinity on High - it's great! I recommend it!
I'll probably buy some CD's tomorrow too. I'm torn on whether to buy Season 1 of OTH on DVD or two good CDs. I'll have to do some seriously brooding about this (inspired by Mike and Luke's broodiness.)
Anyone knows what Special Features the OTH DVD's contain? Today's most played song on my iPod: Thnks fr th Mmrs - FOB.

Have an awesome day everyone, new blog on Wedn/Thurs.

Hi everyone!
It's been a while, I know. But here it is, a new blog, with captions!

I'll kick off this blog with another OTH quote, once again a Lucas voiceover. This one is from the school shooting episode, to be specific 3x16.

"Does this darkness have a name? This cruelty, this hatred, how did it find us? Did it steal into our lives or did we seek it out and embrace it? What happened to us that we now send our children into the world like we send young men to war, hoping for their safe return, but knowing that some would be lost along the way. When did we lose our way? Consumed by the shadows. Swallowed whole by the darkness.
Does this darkness have a name? Is it your name?"

My week and plans for the summer
The last seven days have been great. School's out for summer, and 8 weeks with total relaxation is ahead.
Today I had a barbeque withthe people from school and tomorrow we'll have a day at the beach with both the freshments and the seniors.
My computer is still broken, but now it's like 300 miles away,in Oslo, to be repaired. It'll probably take all summer - so happy wehave another computer too!

This summer I'm not going anywhere, except maybe a short trip to our cabin. The rest of thesummer I'll be at home. I don't mind though. Cause July 7th the Tour de France starts, and July 21st Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows arrives! I seriously can't wait on the final battle between Harry and Lord Voldemort, it'll be totally awesome!

I've already pre-ordered the book, so it's probably in my mail box on the 21st!
And hey, on July 13th the fifth film premieres in Norway!I'm almost finished with my 4 Season OTH Marathon now. I'm at 4x07! I'm taking a break, cause it's weird to go back to 4x07 right after watching the Season Finale, 4x21! The Finale was awesome! It wrapped the whole four years great together, and began a new era in OTH's history.
Really funny for a HP fan that the babies were called James and Lily. What a coincidence! (Or??)
-
Caption contest
I'll post two new pictures in this blog, but first- the winners from last contest and the leaderboard!

Picture ONE: The winner is Roisin (farmergeorge) with the following caption:

Lucas: for the last time mum, no butterfly pictures!
I didn't even notice the butterflies at first!!

Picture THREE: The winner is Luvos_United with the following caption:

-
Leaderboard
With these points, the leaderboard is as follows:
1. Roisin (farmergeorge)- 4p.

2. Rachel (no1bean) - 3p.

= Enekuri - 2p.

=-Vesper- - 2p.

3.Raf (Sucre-Fan) - 1p.

The competition is still open as hell, so keep posting captions.

New caption pics
Here are the two new pics for this week's competition!

Knock youselves out! Be creative!

Hey!

Thought I'd start this new blog with one of Lucas's many voiceovers from OTH. There are some really good words here, my personal favorite:"Sometimes I wonder if anything is absolute anymore. Is there still right and wrong? Good and bad? Truth and lies? Or is everything negotiable? Left to interpretation and grey. Sometimes, we're forced to bend the truth, transform it. Cause we're faced with things that are not of our own making. And sometimes, things simply catch up with us."
"Truth is still absolute. Believe that. Even when that truth is hard and cold and the most painful thing you've ever imagined. And even when that truth is more cruel than any lie."
L.S, OTH.My week
This week has been exhausting. There's been so much homework that I've been feeling lightheaded all week. It's all over now though, just delivered three assignments, last of the year! So after next week we'll have 8 weeks with summer holidays, can't wait!

My laptop is still broken, but I talked with the store where I bought it, and they're gonna fix it.

This week has not only been exhausting though. I'm having a 4 Season Marathon of OTH, and this week I've seen half Season 2. Which means I have more than two whole seasons left!
And also, Prison Break's season premiere is getting closer, now it's somewhat more than 2 months!
The weather has been awesome here in Norway all week! Sunny and 25 degrees all the time!
I'm going for a swim after doing this blog actually.
Caption contest
I won't post the leaderboard in this blog, but it's still a very close race, so it's important to post captions this time! (That goes for you too, Grace!
). This week I'll post one picture from PB and two pictures from OTH. Here are this week's pictures:

Have fun with these, and come up with some good stuff for me!

I'd like to end this blog with talking a bit about music. Grace wrote a blog about it, and I just wanna say that I think music means a lot to many people's lives. I know it's a huge part of mine.
I listen to my iPod every day, and one of my favorite activities is to download new music and discover new artists and bands that I like. Favorite tunes right now: I Dare You To Move - Switchfoot, Before I Fall To Pieces - Razorlight and the new Travis album. Try them!
And if you're in the mood of going back a decade or two, give Definitely Maybe with Oasis, Nevermind with Nirvana and Grace with Jeff Buckley a shot. Though I guess all of you have heard many songs from these guys before.
Have fun and enjoy the summer! Speaking of which, there are so many songs that reminds me of summer, here's five of 'em!
Two Princes - Spin Doctors, Brimful of Asha - Cornershop, Runaway Train - Soul Asylum, Bad Day - Daniel Powter and finally - the ultimate summer song: Dani California - RHCP.
You guys know of any cool summer tunes?

Hi ppls!

I have some bad news. My laptop's broken.
Dunno how it happened, it just did. I'm so glad we have another computer, though it's not the same. Hopefully I'll get it fixed soon enough.
As I did in my last blog, I'll post one of Mohinder's great monlogues from Heroes in this one too. Here we go:
When evolution selects its agents, it does so at a cost. It makes demands in exchange for singularity, and you may be asked to do something against your very nature. Suddenly, the change in your life,
that should have been wonderful, comes as a betrayal. It may seem cruel, but the goal is nothing short of self-preservation. Survival.
I'd also like to post another quote from him, one of my absolute favorites:
You can run far, you can take your small precautions, but have you really gotten away? Can you ever escape? Or is the truth that you do not have the strength or cunning to hide from destiny? But the world is not small, you are... and fate can find you anywhere.

~ * ~

And now to the caption contest from my latest blog. This time there were loads of contributions, which makes my decision harder than usual.

The winners are as follows...
Picture 1: I've given it a lot of consideration, and the winner is Roisin (farmergeorge).

Here's her caption:
Lincoln: I said...stay here!
Michael: (childishly) But i wanna come with you...

Picture 2: I don't know what to say, but this one goes to Roisin as well. Hehe.

Here's her caption:
Caroline: What did she say? What did you say? What did she say? What were you wearing? What was she wearing? Really?!
Michael: Never figured you for the sorority girl type Caroline.

Picture 3: This point was a no-brainer. The winner is -vesper-

Here's her caption:
Michael: "You see this five bucks in my hand? It's yours if you do me a tiny favour. Ok, go to the lake, dive into the water. There's loads of mon.. I mean a certain bag that I need you to get for me. So no biggie. Understood?"
Boy: "No parla Inglese.."
Michael: "Crap."

~ * ~
With these points, the leaderboard is as follows:
1. Roisin (farmergeorge) - 3p.

2. Rachel (no1bean) - 2p.

= Enekuri - 2p.

= -Vesper- - 2p.
3. Raf (Sucre-Fan) - 1p.

The competition is still open as hell, so keep posting captions.

~ * ~
That was all I had time for today, new blog on Sunday with all-new captions.
Until then, take care and have fun!

Hi everyone!

This week has been really exhausting. I got through my maths mid-term, and it went OK. I'm glad. The weekend has finally come, and we also have Monday off.
I have now watched the Season Finale of Heroes, and I loved it!
Won't spoil it for those who haven't though. At the moment I'm trying to finish Season 2 of Supernatural. Yesterday I saw Hollywood Babylon and Falsom Prison Blues, so now I only have three episodes left, including the double episode All Hell Breaks Loose.

And also, I've got to a new level, Holy Level 10!

~ * ~
Heroes
I'm really thrilled by Heroes, and I am definitely gonna buy Season 1 when it comes on DVD. I think Mohinder's monologues are so great, and thought I'd post the one from the Final here, if you don't want to hear it, just skip the next paragraph or two.

Where does it come from - this quest, this need to solve life's mysteries when the simplest of questions can never be answered? Why are we here? What is the soul? Why do we dream? Perhaps we'd be better off not looking at all. Not delving, not yearning. But that's not human nature. Not the human heart. That is not why we are here.
So much struggle for meaning, for purpose, and in the end, we find it only in each other. Our shared experienced in the fantastic and the mundane. The simple human need to find a kindred, to connect, and to know in our hearts that we are not alone.

New PB caption contest with leaderboard!
I'll start with the leaderboard in my captions thus far:
1. Rachel (no1bean) - 2p.

= Enekuri - 2p.

2. -Vesper- - 1p.

= Roisin (farmergeorge) - 1p.

= Raf (Sucre-Fan) - 1p.

~ * ~
And here are three new pictures, the competition is still totally open, also for those with 0 points so far! One with 0 points now can actually be in the lead after this one

Good luck on these, I'm sure you're gonna come up with something good.

~ * ~
And finally, the reason for my blog title. I was feeling kind of bad yesterday, so I went for a run. It really helped! Just me, my iPod and metres and metres of road.
I know you agree with me, Grace, but all you others should try it too, when you're feeling down.

Have a great weekend!

Hey guys!

It's Sunday morning here in Norway, and my long weekend is coming to an unavoidable end. I should definitely be working with maths, but I thought I'd do this blog first.
After all, the mid-term isn't before Tuesday...
It's gonna be a busy week with loads of tests and such, but I'll survive. Hopefully...Enough about my worries.

As some of you probably have noticed, I've got both a new avatar AND a new banner. Both of them I have made myself. So with my non-existent artistic skills, be nice! I'm actually quite happy with them. It's not dj_mrt quality, but it's mine!

The theme of the banner and the avatar is Prison Break. Surprise, surprise.
Today it's 98 days till Prison Break, Season 3 arrives (Aug 27). Which is great! Time is flying by when you're having a blast. No doubt.
And I just read that the writers have started on Season 3 already! They've written 4 or 5 episodes of Season 3 already, and the shooting is to start in June.

As always, I'm in the middle of a PB marathon. Right now I'm in Season 2, episode 6.
I have quite a few Supernatural episodes to watch as well. The Season Finales; All Hell Breaks Loose, have been aired in US now, and I downloaded them yesterday. I'm still five episodes behind though.
Can't wait for Sammy vs. the Yellow-eyed demon.

~
I hosted a caption contest in my last blog, but sad to say - it seems like people have lost interest for these contests. I think I have three contributions so far. And with three pictures it's hard to decide. I'll try nonetheless.

Picture One: Hard one, but I think the winner has to be Enekuri. I liked that one. The pie with a pinch of crack didn't even cross my mind when I saw this picture.

ENEKURI's winning caption:
Kellerman: All right Sara let me tell you something about that pie with a pinch of crack, it's going to be all for me, so shut up. Sara:Mmmmfff mmffffiehrskdfh(you f***ing bas****)..

Picture Two: Not as hard as the previous, the winner is without doubt Rachel (no1bean). Two right hands, well, I think T-Bag would have deserved it.

RACHEL's winning caption:
T-Bag: Hm, god. I just noticed that the doc sowed on the wrong hand. I now have 2 right hands. CRAP!

Picture Three: This one was extremely hard to decide, I laughed my ass off reading Rach's caption, but Raf's and Enekuri's was good too. I've made my decision though. The winner is Raf (Sucre-Fan)

RAFAËLA's winning caption:
Michael: Bellick are you done yet?! You've been sitting there for hours now!!!

New caption pics. and leaderboard in my next blog (probably not before Friday)

~
And what better way to end this blog:
To ROISIN, HAPPY BIRTHDAY ON MONDAY! I wish you'll have a great birthday, and knowing what Rach's gotten you. Well, you're a lucky girl.

See you all around.

Hi everyone!

Today's Wednesday, and the long weekend has started. Tomorrow it's the Norwegian National Day, which means that I finally get to use the suit and tie which have been collecting dust since Christmas Eve.
There will be a parade and loads of other stuff. I'm too old for the parade though.
School starts again Monday, and Tuesday I have my maths mid-term!
Next week's gonna $uck big time, so I better enjoy this weekend to the fullest.
Huge day on Saturday! Then it's just 100 days till Prison Break airs with their third and perhaps final season. Seems like a long time, but I think the time will fly by - or so I hope anyway.

Speaking of Prison Break, I think it's time for a new PB caption contest. Since there are four people tied for the lead, I will post three pictures this time.
So here we go:

Look forward to see what you can come up with for these pictures. Remember, you don't have to answer all of them.

I'll probably post a new blog on Sunday, see you then!

Hey guys!

Has been a few days since my last blog, and during those days great things have happened.
I am proud to say that I now have reached more than 1,000 forum posts!
I can't believe that I've posted so much in less than two months. Wicked!
Think my goal has to be 3,000 posts before Prison Break returns in August. I'm starting to feel like a veteran in here.
No, seriously, 1,000 posts is great, but I still consider myself a newbee here at TV.com.

I've also got a new Heroes/PB banner, which dj_mrt was kind enough to make me. Love it!
I think I'm kind of addicted to banners now, so I might try to make one myself. Be warned though. My artistic skills are, um, let's say non-existent.
And guess what? I got my English mid-term back today, and I aced it!
Great, cause it totally decided my grade in English.
Regarding last weeks caption contest, there really wasn't any doubt who the winner was.

Congratulations to Rachel (no1bean) with the following caption:
Michael: Where did Linc go?
Sara: He fell in the water, but I don't care. Take me now Michael you sexy beast.
Think that was the last contest in a while, and now there are four(!) people tied for the lead:
Rachel (no1bean) - 1p.
Enekuri - 1p.
-Vesper- - 1p.
Roisin (farmergeorge) - 1p.
A happy message to end this blog: Soon there's less than 100 days to Prison Break's return. We have endured almost 1,5 months and there's just a little more than 3 months to go. Which means that we'll soon be half-way there. Good work guys!

Morning peoples!

It is a great day here in Norway. Weather's just so poor that I can sit here with a clear conscience
. Don't have any plans for today, so I'll probably be here most of the day. Still have a couple of OTH and Supernatural episodes to watch, and I have loads of candy to keep me company.
Later I might take my bike and pay the gym a visit, been a long time now. I guess my friends are still exhausted after Spain, so I might have to go without them. Those lazy bastards.

And yeah, I've got a new avatar! It's Peter Petrelli from Heroes, a great series! Picture's a screencap from the latest episode, S01E20. What do you think of it, guys?
Heroes is getting real good now, and the Season Finale called "How to stop an Exploding Man" will probably be awesome. The excitement is slowly building up to A REAL FACE OFF between Sylar and the good guys!
And hey, Claire has colored her hair! She's HOT! Me like!
While I still remember, here is the new picture in the caption contest I'm having:

It's only around 114 days till Season Three of PB, and then we'll have more of MiSa.
At least after a while. Cause Sara's not going to be a part of the first eps. due to her pregnancy.
I'll end this blog with the fact that we got a dog yesterday!
I tried to convince the others to name it Mike or Scofield, but they refused. The name we ended up with was Lucas. I'm an OTH fan, so that was OK with me.
Have fun guys, and remember - just have some faith.

Hi guys!
Long time, no see.
I just got home from my one-week soccer camp in Spain. Though I liked it there, I have to say that I have missed my laptop, my bed and obviously my TV.
I have a lot of episodes from different shows I have to watch, especially this Monday's Heroes episode.
I've missed Prison Break too. It just wasn't the same watching an episode with Spanish voices. It was quite ridiculous actually.
I'm so happy that they don't do that here. Subtitles are so much better.
The shooting of PB Season Three is close, and soon the spoilers, pics. and so on will start coming. We have a wonderful time ahead of us.
I've had a caption contest in my last blog, and the winners are as follows
: Picture One: -VESPER- won this one with following caption:
SARA: Argh, Michael, which part of this don't you understand?? You, me, train bathroom, NOW!
Picture Two: FARMERGEORGE won this one with following caption:
CAROLINE: Did you just say my face looks as if it's melting!
Which makes the leaderboard a tie between three people
:Enekuri - 1p.
-Vesper- - 1p.
Farmergeorge (Roisin) - 1p.

I'll post new captions in my next blog, which I'll write tomorrow I think.
Now I'm off to watch Heroes, see you later!
