  Anime Review: Pandora Hearts

  

  ooo it's been a while since I've done one...anyway:

  Story:

  Oz Bezarius, heir to one of the duke houses, has just turned fifteen. His life is rich and carefree, darkened only by the constant absence of his father. At his coming-of-age ceremony, however, everything changes. For no reason that he can discern, he's cast into the prison known as the "Abyss", only to be saved by a "chain" known as Alice, the bloodstained black rabbit. It is unknown why was he cast into Abyss, how does Alice factor into it all, and what does the organization known as "Pandora" want with him. (from:animenewsnetwork )

  hm...how to describe...its very interesting, gripping, and actually addicting LOL. After the third episode I couldn't stop watching. Although some of the story is a bit predictable...it didn't stop me from wanting to know what happens next...

  9/10

  Music:

  The music is amazing! Filled with strong violins and vocals backed with some piano pieces, it creates a "sad" feeling which of course supports the dark atmosphere of anime.

  10/10

  Characters

  Most of the characters are very colorful a lot with their own "dark side," but otherwise most are likeable. They're all slowly developed throughout the story giving you a good amount of knowledge of each character.

  Animation

  The animations are (again) colorful...except the "Abyss' which is appropriately "dark." Characters are well designed. Creatures however are very simplistic...Also throughout the anime you'll be seing a lot of dolls and rabbits

  Overall:

  I really enjoyed the anime. Obviously both the story and music were its high points. THe music was so good I actually bought the OSTs LOL. If you like anime with a heavy based story with a "decent" amount of action then you should give this anime a try!

  Currently...I'm addicted to BlazBlue XD (I play it 7+ hours a day O_O)
