my level went DOWNHILL!!!!!

what happened??? does everyone else also have the same problem as I am??? the last time I check which is yesterday I was at LEVEL 6 (16%)and now, I'm at level 1(10%).. I haven't been able to log in today due to my university network problem.. but I don't expect this!!! I worked so hard towards level 6...can't believe this is happening.. twice already, the first time was when I'm at level 3, I went down to level 2..that's quite acceptable.. BUT THIS????????!!!
