  Bill 9.78 To Shut Down Gaming Videos, Streams, Etc. On The Internet

  I found that out by watching this video.

  Did you know already? Does it affect you in any way? What's your opinion?

  I could understand, to an extent of not allowing anyone to realease movies, or shows on the internet. But Video Games? Heck, even here on Gamespot, people are Gaming footage. EVERY site has to delete all of their gaming footage from users who haven't had permission to post it.
