All About tennis12master
Recent Blog Posts
Hello everybody. This is my blog, obviously. I mosly talk about games, but I may talk of other interesting things on the news or the like as well. The systems I play are PS3, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, and occasionally PC (But that is very unlikely because my PC is terrible in terms of gaming). If you post on my blog, I will most likely post a comment on yours as well. Happy gaming, everyone. -Tennis12master

New Game, New Updates, ....Life Is Good (Also, Ask Me Anything)
Hey guys, Matt here, with some new updates, since I havn't posted a new blog in a few days or so. First of all, I recently went out and purchased Prince of Persia for PS3. Why? Well, my local GameStop was recently having a huge sales event on a lot of games, so I went online and checked what they had on sale. Some of the games available were good, but most were mediocre. The one game that I remember got decent reviews was Prince of Persia, so I decided to buy that. It only set me back $20, and I even had a gift card at the time so I went for it. And now, after playing it for a bit.... It's an okay game. The graphics are pretty nice; I really like cell-shaded games, so this is a treat. Some of the trophies available in the game are really easy though; I must've earned around 6 or 7 trophies in the first hour of play. Talk about a total cake walk, huh.
In related news, I played a ton of Fallout 3 today. I earned 6 trophies, 3 of them for completed quests. One of the others was for reaching level 20 with Good karma, and the other 2... I can't remember right now
But it was a damn good time. Now I realize how addicting the world of Fallout can be... and it really makes me want to experience the first two games, see what they were like. But I hardly doubt my computer would be able to run it, seeing as the games were released awhile ago... and I also doubt I'd be able to find a working copy. But, maybe someday I will play the first two Fallout games.I was recently on Pierst179's profile reading his blog, and I decided to make my own blog entry asking you guys to ask me any question about myself. (I didn't make this decision without asking Pierst first, though.... Thanks man
)So, you all can ask me any question you wish to be answered, and I'll try and answer your questions as best I can in my next blog. Happy Gaming Everyone!
Peace,
Matt
P.S. I also found THIS to be quite hilarious

Bit Of A Problem
Hey guys, I just wanted to say... I have a bit of a problem when it comes to listening to music. When I download a new song/album onto my iPod, I listen to it many times. No harm there. But the problematic event kicks in when I get sick of the song/album, and never listen to either ever again.
Take for example, the Metallica album, '...And justice for all', I used to listen to this album every day, for about a month or so, when I finally got sick of the same music over and over. Now, I havn't listened to a single Metallica song, or that album, in about.... I'd say about 5 weeks. 5 WEEKS. If I was asked to do that back when I listened to Metallica every day, then I think I'd rather wipe my right arm against a cheese-grater (That's where I currently have a lot of mosquito bites)

But you see, there's nothing I can really do to prevent this from happening to the music I listen to. Why? Because sometimes, when I get a new album/song, it's just so damn good, that I feel like I have to keep listening to it, because it's such a good song/album. You get what I'm sayin? It's like... an addiction, but once you get over it, you never want to return to the stuff again. Normally, that's a good thing, BUT NOT WITH MUSIC! Argh. And, the next target of this accursed problem is....

(For anyone who knows of this album and has listened to it before (And liked it), then huzzah we have another A7X fan here
)For anyone who doesn't know, the album that I pictured up there is called 'Sounding the Seventh Trumpet' and is the first studio album released by Avenged Sevenfold. How I never listened to this, being the huge A7X fan I am, I havn't a clue.... but I finally downloaded it a couple days ago, and I'm pretty impressed by some of the songs found on it. In particular, the songs "To End The Rapture", "Darkness Surrounding", and "Streets" were among my favorites. I'll probably give a more detailed description of the entire album after I'm finished listening to it.
But this is a problem, indeed. So far I'm really liking this album, and I don't want it to fall under the forces of boredom like so many others. So what do I do? Should I:
A. Just listen to other music and don't get bored of this, you pansy!
B. Listen to it anyway; It's Avenged Sevenfold, you'll NEVER get bored of it!
C. Play some PS3 instead.So.. yeah. Those are my choices. And guys, really... I would appreciate it if nobody chose C, because I like to listen to music too ya know! But I shall tally the votes you guys give, and show everyone the results in my next blog. For now... Good Day To You Sir! (And Ma'am)!
Peace, Matt

Birthday Blog, Hoo-Rah :D
Hey guys, as most of you may know yesterday was my birthday (By the way thanks everyone who commented on my last blog wishing me happy birthday
)Well, yesterday didn't go exactly as planned. You remember when I said my girlfriend and I were gonna throw a softball around for a bit? ...I didn't mention that? Well, we did. And then it started to rain ten minutes after we started
It was insane. So, we decided to leave and go back to my house. Once we got there, the sky cleared up and it was sunny again. Talk about the luck I have, eh?
Well it doesn't matter, we'll try that again some other day when it ISN'T raining ten minutes after we start.
So anyway, we went back to my house. I had told my girlfriend a few days earlier that she didn't have to worry about getting me a gift if it was too difficult, but she went ahead and got one anyway. Which I find to be quite nice

So I opened up the gift, and inside was a pretty shnazz t-shirt
and some home-made cookies, which look damn delicious (I havn't been able to try one yet, my stomach hasn't been agreeing with me the past few days). And she also made a card for me, and the card was quite funny actually
So yeah, then later after my girlfriend left, my family and I celebrated my birthday. The cake was pretty yum, but I couldn't finish it

Well for my birthday, I got a PSN Card ($20)
Some money
A Barnes and Noble gift card
New ipod headphones (Just what I needed....thank you mom and dad)And surprisingly enough, a new phone. My mom had told me a few weeks earlier that I wasn't able to get a new phone until February, since I accidentily broke my other phone. Long story... But anyway, I got a new phone yesterday. It's pretty shnazz, it has a nice camera as well, but it's simple. And that's what I like about it
There was even a Micro SD card included with it, so I can store my photos onto the card and upload them on the computer. Yay
So, now that I have $20 on my store wallet for PSN just lying around, what do you guys think I should spend that money on? (A game, preferably. I don't normally ever buy movies or tv shows online).
Youre opinions are much appreciated. Thanks everyone!
(P.S. I found this picture to be quite interesting, if I do say so myself)-

Peace,
Matt
