Yup. That's the main reason I haven't been on. It's freshman year for me and i've been trying to get adjusted and stuff. I've been getting so much more homework than I'm used to getting so i've been working on that stuff a lot. And my art teacher a psycho. I swear she's out to get me or something. I absolutely love art and she's kinda ruining it. She's telling me things I already know since i took real classes since I was like 8, talks really slowly, asks us to finush something quickly but we never can cuz she doesn't shut up and yeah...My parents even think she's a weirdo. Anyway, i've also been having a problem with a friend...as usual. We kinda had a disagreement...a big one and stoppoed talking for a while, which kinda distracted me from some things. We kinda fixed it, but there's still something she's doing that's ticking me off, but i can't really do anything about it. Whatever. Ok, now I'm done rambling. I'm gonna try to be on more, but i probably won't be here as much as i used to. At least not for a few months.

Hey everyone. Sorry I've been gone so long. Really busy with the whole end of the school year thing. I had to pick out classes for high school (freshman year...great
. Gotta remember there is no pool), get yearbooks, do yearbook signings,do all this stufffor the big eighth grade dance and some stuff happened a lot at the end of the year that caused a lot of drama, which kept me away because i was too busy venting but you don't wanna hear about that. And then i had a lot of plans and stuff which kept me away for a while. But i'm back and can't wait to start talking to everyone again.Later

Did you ever know someone that was so fake and lied so much, that you never know what they're lying or telling the truth about? If so, what do you do about it? I had a friend who used to love Hot Topic and punk stores and hated rap/hip-hop. Now all of a sudden, she's acting really preppy, buying clothes from Abercrombie, listening to rap and even giving away all of her Hot Topic stuff. She even said how she wanted to impress them and has been ditching me to hang out with them. Now don't get me wrong, i don't have a problem with some of the preps at my school. Some of them are very decent people, but i don't understand what's so great about them and why she'd want to impress them. and the other day she mentioned how she's always been preppy which is not true because i've just recently seen her wearing preppy clothes and having that preppy look. Now i really don't know what to do about her because i don't know which part of her was real: the punk girl or the preppy girl? How am i even gonna talk to her now because everything about her is changing? I won't be able to talk about things with her anymore because whatever comes out of her mouth could be a huge lie. Gah! It's so confusing.

I upset one of my friends today. She always corrects everything i say and interrupts me when i talk. Normally i'm fine with it, but this was the last straw. I was talking to some friends about what happened in fifth grade on the bus. We waved to a lady that was behind us and she waved back. then we did a peace sign and it was just hilarious. when we turned and and she didn't, she stuck her hand through the sun roof and waved. but when i was telling the story i accidentally said moon roof. when i said that, one of my friends said, "Don't you mean sun roof?" I just said, "Sun roof, moon roof. same diff." We all laughed. I was about to say something else, when the friend i'm mad at said, "there actually is a difference." I said, "whatever." because i thought that whole 'i accidentally said the wrong thing' stuff was over. then she kept going back to that. finally i said "SHUT UP! i made a mistake ok? i get it. so lay off!" Then she said, "it's not my fault you're stupid and need correcting." i said, "You don't always have to correct me b****" Then she smirked and said, "Yeah i do. so either deal with it, or stop being my friend." So i yelled, "Fine. I guess i'm not your friend anymore." later tonight i was online and she IMed me. She put how i shouldn't have gotten pissed at her. I explained how i held my tongue for so long and i just couldn't take it anymore so i snapped. that's the way i am and she can't change that. then she wrote, 'maybe if you changed, you'd actually get a boyfriend and the guy you like would actually like you.' i signed off and hopped into the shower and started crying. that really crossed the line. i cried for a while and it takes a lot to make me cry. normally i can keep the tears from falling, but it was too hard this time. and she knows how much i really like this guy. I don't understand why she had to say that.
I'm gonna cry again ='(

He was never gonna pull the prank on me. I was talking to him in homeroom a few days ago and said, "I heard about your little prank." He looked at me like i was crazy and said, "What are you talking about." We went out in the hallway and I said, "The one where you were going to ask me out and when i said yes, you'd say April Fool's." He said, "I never said i was gonna do that to you. It was just an idea for a prank. I wasn't actually going to do it. Who told you i was?" I told him the 2 people and then he said, "Don't listen to them. I think they're just mad at me since they think i consider them my back-up friends." I was so confused since some people said he'd do it and others said he wouldn't. so i said, "ok." then went to go back into homeroom. he said my name, so i turned around. Then he said, "I'd never do that to you." awe.
Now i have to kill the 2 people that lied to me.

What's the cruelest thing anyone's ever done to you? Well a few days ago I found out my crush might call me on April Fool's day, ask me out, and when I said yes he'd say April Fool's! Two of his friends told me that. That's so freakin' cold-hearted. I am definately telling him off tomorrow. Or maybe in a few minutes. What a jerk.

One of my friends told my crush I liked him. He found out who i liked when I had a few friends over lat weekend. Then he asked why I wouldn't let my crush know. I mean, come on, is it really that hard to know why? I don't want him to think I'm weird. And i'm not used to being rejected since I've never asked anyone out before. Anyway, he said he'd do it for me and wouldn't take no for an answer. He called my crush and said he had to tell him something really important later. So I thought he's tell my crush on the phone at his house. On Monday my crush asked me, "What was that really important thing?" I played dumb and said, "I don't know. I guess I wasn't in the room when they mentioned it." Later the friend that was supposed to tell him came up to me and I said, "I thought you were going to tell him. He asked me about it in homeroom." He said he's tell him later. Next period came and my friend said, "He's known for a while and he doesn't like you." Then I thought, You could have lied about that. Oh and you know what else? He told my crush that if i ever asked him out and he said no...I'd cry. Now that was not necessary at all. Then later i was talking to one of my best friends about this and she said, "He's lying. Your crush never said he didn't like you. I was standing right there." So I confronted my other friend about this and he said, "Oh I didn't mean that. I meant that I didn't think he liked you. I'm not totally sure." And that really didn't make me feel any better since he's one of my crush's closest friends so he knows my crush really well. Then he had the nerve to ask me if I'd ask my crush if he liked me. I swear that guy is an idiot. I don't know why i'm even friends with him.
Now I'm thinking, if my crush knew I liked him and hasn't asked me out by now, then he probably doesn't like me. When i told some of my friends this they said, "Not exactly." and left it at that. What? Do they think I'm stupid or something? I know they're just trying to make me feel better. At least my crush doesn't seem to mind the fact that i like him. Gah! I'm so confused.

sorry i haven't been on much. I just finished the GEPA's today. (GEPA stands for Grade EIght Proficieny Assessment.) Thank goodness it was easy. I only had trouble with the science since we didn't learn that stuff. The stupid state changede the test without telling our principal. The stuff that was on the test wasn't in our ciriculum. so i probably failed that part. I think i did well on the math and language arts part though...the best being language arts since i love writing. anyway i'm glad it's over. I don't want anymore big tests this year! The only bad thing is the fact that we'll actually have to do stuff during school. My teachers only made us watch movies and my science teacher even let us listen to our iPods. so awesome. We might do that next week though because the other grades are testing now. We'll see next week.

I had a bad weekend. I was so sick and couldn't do anything but lay in bed. I had an incredibly high fever (104.1) and i got so scared because i thought i was going to have to go to the hospital. my parents said if it didn't go down in thirty minutes i had to go. Luckily it went down 3 degrees in 15 minutes. The good thing was i got to leave school early on Friday because i didn't feel well. The nurse said i didn't have a fever, but i looked pale and i barely go to the nurse anyway so she let me go home. I was worried though because when i told her what was wrong she said a few other students came in with the same symptoms and a few days later they had the chicken pox...and they had the vaccine. Then the nurse told my mom, my mom took me home, my dad came home from work, my mom told my dad, then my dad came to my room and started clucking like a chicken. But i feel better now. awe...now i have to go to school tomorrow.

I'm considering it. There's this chick that's been PMing me and saying rude things because I commented on a thread in the off-topic forums saying i liked to shop at Hot Topic. She called me goth and emo. She also said Teen Titans was babyish. i PMed her back asking if it was necessary and said just because i shop there, doesn't mean i'm goth or emo. Which is true. She thought i was making a big deal out of it and kept calling me a loser and immature. and she called me hun. i hate it when people do that. she also put a message on my "Birthday!!!" blog. she doesn't even know me and she's critsizing me. i don't feel like being bullied by her anymore so i might leave unless someone can give me a good reason to stay.

Weird thing at school on Thursday...well, not really. It just didn't make sense to me. We have a bowling league at our school and 2 of my friends are on it and thet're on the same team. Every Wednesday i go to watch them since my seventh grade home room teacher is the head of it and actually let's me go. well, this week i actually got to play since it was kind of a practice thing i guess. I was actually doing pretty good too considering i haven't bowled since last year. The people on the team write their scores and my seventh grade teacher added mine. don't know why. Anyway the next morning they always announce the top scores for boys and girls on the bowling team. So when they made the announcement, the said my score was one of the top girls scores. and the pronounced my name wrong. I was yelling, "OK first of all, you pronounced my name wrong. second, I'm not on the freakin' bowling team!" I was so confused. it was kind of funny though.

Tomorrow is my birthday! I'm so happy. Tomorrow my friend is taking me to the mall to help spend the birthday money i got from my party. To Hot Topic! Then my parents are going to take me to my favorite resturant which is Olive Garden.
My party was a lot of fun. We played Wii and my friend brought his Guitar Heroes game that i really want, but sadly didn't get since my parents already spent a lot of money on my video iPod and my haircut, We also had some funplaying a game when you stick a doughnut on a string and try to eat it without using your hands. We got a lot of powdered sugar on our faces. I was really happy because my crush was there. I didn't think he would come. We talked a lot and then he and my other friend Amber locked me in the back room when i was trying to get a soda! It's freezing in there. Then he finally let me out. All of it was going great until my mom had to start dancing in the living room. Can you say embarrassment? I tried to keep all of my friends in the den when they heard she was dancing, but no luck. I went in there and yelled, "MOM YOU SAID YOU WOULDN'T!" Then she just said, "well, i was bored." I ended up dancing with her and my friend Amber anyway.
So...yeah awesome party and it'll be an awesome birthday. Later =)

No school! I'm so happy. I don't have to deal with my evil science teacher. but the sad thing is...this isn't the snow you can play in. it's snow with a thick layer of ice on top of it. It's very slippery. We were also supposed to have off on Friday and that might be taken away. The dance that was planned for tomorrow might be cancelled too...So i don't if i should be happy or sad.

Did you have have a teacher that hated you for no reason? Well, I think I do...and it's my science teacher. He always chooses me to answer a question even though my hand's not up and don't know the answer. and i seem to be the only one to get into trouble recently.
Today was the worst though. He totally embarrassed me and i got into trouble. I thought we were finished up with everything we had to. So, i started to talk to my crush and our friend Steven. A lot of other students were talking too. Then I hear my science teacher say to , "move over here." So i moved and heard my crush say, "Bye Dev." Then when i sat down, my teacher said, "Sorry i had to move you away from your new interest." And he didn't whisper it to me. Oh no. He said it so everyone in the room could hear it. Then i started thinking, Was that really necessary?
I'm not mad at him for moving me. I deserved it. I was mad because i was the only one that was moved and nobody else. He also had no right to embarrass me like he did.

I had such an awkward moment with my crush...You probably don't care but here's what happened: Me and my crush sit right next to each other in homeroom. I dropped my pen so i went down to get it (duh). My crush was looking down and said, "You dropped your pen," when i was about to pick it up. I looked up so I could throw a sarcastic remark like, "Thank you Captain Obvious," but i ended up not saying anything because our faces were like, inches apart. I quickly turned away muttering, "Yeah." oh...smooth move. I swear i was blushing. I was telling 2 of my friends about it and explained how it was so awkward. They said, "Oh come on. You know you liked it." I told them to shut up after that.
So...yeah. Awkward moment. Later...

I now have 2 evil friends. One was the original one. She's back to normal. I knew it wouldn't last. She was mean to one of my best friends. My friend Amber has a crush on a guy that's on the bowling team at school. She's on it too and was watching him play and she was doing really well because of him. My evil friend knows Amber has a crush on that guy and happened to notice the glances Amber gave him. My evil friend ended up saying, "You know you 2 are never going to happen." Amber began getting gutter balls after that. She said she felt like crying and she was so confused because her crush is always so nice to her and talks to her. After Amber explained this to me, i asked, "Can I yell at her for you?" She said, "Gladly." Yes! I am finally able to tell my evil friend off! ok that was mean, but still!
I also have a new one. One of my friends has a crush on the same guy i do. (i have a much bigger crush on him though. Way bigger,) That's not what bugs me though. It's the fact that she's been a total b**** to me lately. Everyone has noticed the change in her. Nobody likes her anymore. She's also starting to act like me. In homeroom, she's always reading, so i start talking to the guys in my class (including my crush). And no i'm not boy crazy, i just have a lot of guy friends, andshe was ignoring me. Anyway, I was talking to the guys, laughing with them, stuff like that. So they talk to me too. My new evil friend started to notice this and the next day, she starts talking to them and laughing with them and tries to lure my crush away from me. I can tell she is by the look in her eyes and her facial expression.
so yeah, i am very very very annoyed. hopefully everything will get better. Later...

Winter Break is almost over. Tomorrow is the last day, then...school. I had homework over the break and I didn't even start yet. And tomorrow I'm going to the movies with my mom, then I have to go to my aunt's house. I'll probably be up until mignight trying to finish it. Shows how much of a procrastinator I am. I can't help it though...it's a bad habit. Hmm...maybe that should be my New Year's Resolution: Don't procrastinate. Pfft...like I could pull that off.
I still can't believe break is almost over, though. I barely did anything over the break. Everybody was busy doing other stuff. The only excited things I did was go to the movies (which I do every week) and get glasses which, by the why, are pretty cool looking. So...yeah. Later...

I officially need glasses. I knew I needed them, but I didn't know I needed them this badly. I went to get my eyes checked today and I was told I needed to wear them all of the time. I thought I just needed them for distance. (I can't see the board at school.) So i get my glasses tomorrow. The guy that was checking my eyes was really funny. He said that i needed them for the past 3 years. We get our eyes checked at school and i was fine for the past 2 years. I told him this and he said, "Who was checking your eyes? Stevie Wonder?" I cracked up.
So, yeah. I'm kinda looking forward to getting my glasses. I will finally be able to see. But then again, some of the guys in my homeroom will make wisecracks about them. My dad already did. He was joking though. When I got home he said, "Don't run into that wall." Oh well...

Does anyone else think we're not allowed to have opinions anymore? Seriously, everytime I say what I think, people say it's wrong. Like here at tv.com on the off-topic forums, I mentioned how I thought Jennifer Love Hewitt was a pretty good singer/actress. Someone else thought I was wrong to think that. They said, "Apparently you haven't seen I Know What You Did Last Summer." And no i haven't, but i still think she's a good singer/actress. I have some of her songs on my iPod and she's great on Ghost Whisperer.
Even my friends don't let me have opinions. *coughevilfriendcough* I mention a tv show, movie, actor, actress, or person that i like or don't like and why. They tell me...or rather she tells me...why i should or shouldn't like the person or show, or maybe says that my reasons are weird. An example: My friend and I were talking about Greg Cipes at lunch. The evil friend was there. We mentioned how we thought he was cute and really funny on the show Twentyfourseven. The evil friend saw the show and she said something like, "He's not cute at all. He's got that weird looking hair and stuff. I don't know why you guys like him." I rolled my eyes and ignored her, but i still don't understand why she had to think our opinions are wrong. This is starting to annoy me.
