So track is still going good. I throw discus and shot most of the time, i hate running. I ran 4 miles yesterday. We were supposed to have our first meet on tuesday but it got cancelled. So our actual first one is in about 2 weeks. I like throwing but it's really hard. I suck at it but hopefully i'll get better.......

So school is going ok. I got my grade in english up to a B-. We had to take a lit term test and i actually passed.. with a 100% See the only reason i had a C was because i wouldn't do my lit term journals because i hate them. But on monday my school had conferences and my dad and i went so he could talk to my english teacher. An dyeah she said i was not a C+ student, that i was a B student, and that i could do better and i need to be more responsible and more organized. I am responsible, i just choose not to do my work, although i guess thats not very responsible is it? so she said i could get my grade to a B by geeting about an 84 on my oral presentation, we had to read a fiction novel, and pick an enduring understanding and connect it to that enduring understanding, Basically i had to do a speech in front of my english class about the book i read. And if you dressed up you got extra credit. So on wednesday, i dressed up and presented. I got a B+. so yeah.

So now we are on spring break, well i am not yet, i still have track practice. goodie. I have to ride my bike. its a 15-20 minutes bike ride, give or take. Not bad i guess. So last saturday, i learned a very valubal lesson, never ride your bike and text at the same time, you might run into a car parked on the side of the road so theres a lesson for all. Bike+text=very bad.

Well this is also an update blog. I am now in track and it's ok. It's tiring and painful. I run mid distance and i throw shot put, i have to alternate between the two everyday. I hate running. My coach makes us run the 4 mile run with hills. I call it the death run.

school..... is ok. My future in english is not looking too bright, however. Oh well. I'm almost done with my book i had to read for it though although i was supposed t be finished by now. We had to do an outline for our presentations that we're doing, she gave me a C. I got up at 3 in the morning to do that thnig and it took me 2 hours. *sighs*

Wow, it's been like 3 months since i've last posted a blog, and i haven't been on here much. So sorry, i've just been really busy with school and what not. And on monday i start track so i'll just be getting busier. So school is going ok. I have a C in english, only because i don't turn my work in on time. I have 2 huge tests tomorrow. One in english on Macbeth and one in health. I hope i do ok.

I'm reading this book called crime and punishment right now for english, we have to read a fiction book. It's ok, a little hard to understand but i like it. I haven't been up to much, actually i really haven't been up to anything lately other than the ocasnal hanging out with friends and the occasianal driving. And hanging out with barbie and monica. O i am sharing a room with monica now, barbies daughter, my dad bought bunk beds. She sleeps on the top i sleep on the bottom. It's not too bad, sharing a room with someone 7 years younger than you. I only have to share every other week.

So i have been a little under the weather the past couple days, at first i thought it was a cold because i had a scratchy throat but i think it's just allergies, the weather here in michigan is going crazy so thats probably why. I hate it, i get these headaches and i have a runny nose and sometimes it feels like its on fire, my nose i mean. And there the occasinal times where it feels like death is upon me.

Hello everyone.

I know i haven't blogged in a while, sorry. I've been really busy with trying to keep my grades up and everything. And i've been spending a lot of time with my dads girlfriend barbie and her 8 year old daughter monica. And i've been busy with christmas shopping. I can't believe that christmas is only a couple days away. I love christmas, i just love the feeling you get around this time of year. Although not everyone has christmas spirit, which is sad but i guess not everyone finds the holidays as enjoyable as a lot of us and that's ok.

So last weekend i went to my first high school dance. I dressed up and everything. I went with a group of friends. Now normally dances just aren't my thing, i am not very social but i had a lot of fun. And then the week before that i went and saw The golden compass with my best friend alicia and monica, barbie's(my dads girlfriend) daughter. I though it was really good but a lot of people find it offending. I have been staying after school a lot. I've had to retake math tests. I failed my last one. I also took on a job, well sorta. I am the alternate stats person for our basketball teams. Thhey have this book that they keep track of the scores and stuff from the game that i have to record in. They have a person who does it for the boys and a person for the girls. I take their place if they can't go for some reason. And you get paid $40 a game. I have done it twice, the first time the girl who originally said she couldn't make it, actually could so she came with me to sort of teach me. That was like two weeks ago. Then on tuesday i went and this time had to do it by myself. You have to stay for all three games (freshmen, JV and Varsity). It is really hard. I messed up a little. The Varsity game is hard because there is so much screaming you can't hear the anouncer or the ref. O and both times i did it, it was for the boys team.

I had a snow day on monday. And now i am on vacation for a week and a half. I wish it were longer. Well thats about it. O and i had a choir concer the other night. It went really well. Well, Merry christmas everyvody. I hope everyone has a safe and Happy christmas.

It's 4:50 and i have been up for an hour and a half and have gotten 4 hours of sleep so far.

I couldn't sleep so i'm making this. I feel like crap. Worse than crap i feel dead. I have a runny/stuffy nose and a really really bad migrane

Hey everyone! I'm really sorry i haven't been on much, i've just been so busy. I was doing backstage crew for my school's musical and i had to be there untill 8 opening week and then the last two weekend have been the performances so i've been there doing that. And before that i was doing drivers training,asyouallknowbuti finished and i actually passed my exam and everything and i now have my learners permit. I've also been really busy with school. It's going ok. I'm still getting A's and B's. But my life is back to slow and easy for now. So how have you all been?I apologize that i haven't been commenting your blogs. But i've been to mostly everybodys blogs todayand i commented many of them.

So Happy earlythanksgiving!I havetherestof the week off of school. What's everyone doing for thanksgiving? I'm going over to my dads girlfreinds mothers, and meeting people i've never met so it should be interesting. Yes, my dad got a girlfriend, they've been dating for about a month. Shes really cool. And she has an 8 year old daughter who is pretty cool. She aslo has a dog, who is so adorable. I know this was like a month ago, but i hope you all had a happy Halloween. I was at home handing out candy until i met some old friends who i hadn't seen in forever so i eneded up walking aroundand hanging out with them.

So yeah now i'm just taking it easy, as well as trying to log in all my hours for driving. I have to have 40 day hours and 10 night hours in order to be able to take my road test when six months have passed. Well before that i have to wait 3 months and have logged in 30 hours 2 of which are night hours and take segment 2 drivers training. Of course my dad is being stubborn and won't let me drive because he is scared of my driving. Heh. Well my dad isn't very good in a car unless he is driving so it's not really just me. Barbie (my dad's girlfriend) has to sit in front with me when i drive since my dad is a chicken.

I just put that as my title because i didn't know what else to put, heh. Well i got my science test back yesterday. I got a B-. Grrr. Me not happy about that. Then my last driving session on monday went ok.
We drove on the highway. He passed me. He said i know how to control a car and my turns are pretty good but i'm still shaky and have a lot of work to do. So i passed the driving portion of drivers training. I still have two weeks left of drivers training. Next weeknd is range which is where they set up lotsof cones and we try and park and back up and all that good stuff and try not to hit the cones. That should be interesting. They are also going to teach us how to change a tire and how to jump start a car. Goody.

Today we were supposed to have a pep assembly but it got cancelled. Apparently some students took apples from the lunch room with the intent of throwing them (probably at the fresman). Stupid people. Although half the school found it funny i found it stupid and idiotic.

Last night, we had a tornado warning until 11 PM. I heard sirens. I went into my dads room and told him i heard the sirens, apparently he didn't hear them. He told me that the storm wasn't even here yet and left it at that.

Theres a football game tonight but i'm not sure i'm going. It's our last home game so i should go but i do not know. Hmm.... not much to say. I guess that's it, hope that wasn't too boring.

I know it's been awhile since i've blogged but don't worry i'm still alive! I've just been busy with school, drivers training and life. School is going good. I'm still get A's and B's. I had a science test yesterday. Hopefully i did not fail. Drivers training has been going ok. I had a drving session on thursday. It went really bad. I went over the speed limit twice, almost missed a red light, had trouble doing lane changes, had troube answering a certain question and had trouble paying attention. Blah. It was my worst drive, we have driven 3 times and that was my worst drive. Our last drive is on monday. On wednesday i got my pink slip which allows you to drive with a parent or guardian while your still taking drivers training. The classroom instuction has been going good too.

My mom is in town this week untill monday. Shes come up so she can help out with my grandma who is sick. I went with my mom to see my grandma yesterday. Well not much to say. I've just been busy. I've had plans like every weekend. Except this weekend.

This week was homecoming week. We had three assemblys. We had a class games assembly on monday, a assembly on wednesday that introduced and told us more about the top ten for homecoming king and queen and a pep assembly yesterday. Wednesday the choirs did a hall march. It was ok. It was hot and i think people were laughing at me and my friend said she had to resist the urge to throw stuff at me and our two other friends chloe and alicia. Isn't she nice

On wednesday i injured myself. I was trying to get my pencil case back from chelsea and my finger nail got caught on the squish board in the back of the room and it bent my nail back. Painful. But i'm better now. Last night i went to the homecoming parade and game. Freshman won the float building! WHOO! The theme for floats was musicals and we got hairspray. Ours was so awesome. Which is why it won. Then we (me and my friend chloe) went to the game. It was crowded. I eventually was able to sit somewhere that was by my friends, my marching band friend katie made room for me to sit. But anyway it was fun and we won. Tonight is the dance, which i'm not attending. I just don't like dances. My friend chelsea kept bugging me about it, beeing me to go. I'm just not a dance girl. Well i mostly try to avoid all socials, i am not a people person. But i have plans so it's not like i'm going to be sitting home all alone, my friend alicia is coming over. We both decided to just skip the dance this year and hang out. My other friend chloe isn't going to the dance either. Shes not coming over, she has other plans. But yeah so.

In other news i hate science. I have a C+. Grr. On Tuesday i start Drivers training. I think thats about it. Have a good weekend everyone!

Ok well i won't bore you with the details of my first two weeks of school since it was pretty uneventful. I lost my id on the first day then somebody founf it 5 minutes later and gave it back to me.

I had 2 quizes, last wednesday was pictureday. I auditoned for a musical and didn't make it. I'm unbothered by it. And thats about it. The first two weeks were pretty good except for a hard time in math. I got very frustrated and went off the deep end. That same night i found ouy that my grandmother was in the hopital. I went and saw her last weekend and shes now out and fine.

As for now here goes. I have a stupid B in science. GRR. I have two tests this week. A math test tomorrow and a science test on wednesday. Both which i should be studying for hehe. I finally talked my dad into letting me take drivers training. SCORE!!!!Thte class starts in two weeks. And yesterday he took me out driving and i got doughnuts. yumm... I went to a my highschools fooball game on friday. We won 45-7. WHOOO. And both Michigan and Detroit won in football this weekend. YAY! Homecoming week is next week. goddie. I get to march in the hall ways with my choir next wednesday singing our highschools alma mater song. Then friday is the parade and game which i will be going to. Saturday is the dance (and i'm talking about next week not this week) which i probably won't be going to becasue i hate getting dressed up. And dresses are expensive. Anyway thats about it.

Well i got today from my little trip which i very muched enjoyed. On friday we left at like 10 and we got there about 2 in the morning. its wasn't that long. Plus it was ok, me and alicia talked and had fun annoying her borther. We stayed at a hotel in mackinaw city and it was only like a half a mile away from the bridge. There was a beach right behing the hotel andyou could see the top of the bridge from the beach. Then saturday we went to this meusam, well its just a ship but a really big ship. We got towalk on it and tour the inside. also me and alicia went and checked out the water park (the hotel had a little kiddie water park and a jacuzzi)

mine and alicias room or as we called it our "solitary confinement" becasue it's a bit isolated and is between two other room and has no tv But i had my laptop which is sitting on the desk in the corner. I was on it every free minute i got(that was not spent at the beach and such) I found a wireless internet connection

On sunday we drove over the bridge and into the upeer penisula and drove around then drove back over it and went kite flying. I flew this one kite and the spool thing was spinning so fast it hurt my hands so i let go and it nearly got pulled away by a motor home.(it was like super super windy out) Then we went shopping! I got a t-shirt, a glass dolphin figurine and of course FUDGE!

O saturday me and alicia played in the water park for a bit(hehe, i know we are very mature) and we went to the beach and swam in good old lake michigan. There was like a clay like substance all over the lake floor. And lots of rocks. And we tryed to make sand caves.

So after we got back from shopping on sundaywe hung out in our room then later went to the pool and then to the water park so i could take pictures and then we went down to the beach even though it was getting dark out. But the beach at night is just so relaxing and calm. Then we went to go see a lazer show but it go cancelled.

Then.. Today we got up at 5:45 and left to go to the bridge walk which started at 7. It was really fun. It only took us an hour and a half to walk it. There were lots of people. It was the 50th anniversary.

Well i'm sure all of you are aware that this weekend is labor day weekend then monday is labor day. How fun. No not really. Well i am going away this weekend. one lst vacation before i have to go back to school. Lovely. Where am i going you ask? Up north. I'm going with my friend alicia. We are going to Mackinack(or mackinaw). If you don't know what that is then shame on you. lol. jk. It's a bridge and long bridge and on labor day we are going to walk it. Sonds fun doesn't it. Well theres also macinack island which i've been to before and mackinaw city. We are just going to walk the bridge we are'nt going to the island but i don't know aobut going into the city who knows? We might. I'm leaving tomorrow night. I have to go to a football game tomorrow also, our team is playing and my friend is marching (she is in marching band. We are leaving after half time then come the long 6 hour trip. I know i'm going to be bored. well not completely. They have a built in dvd player intheir car and i just got 5 books from the library, most of which are mentioned in Gilmore Girls. Right now i'm reading Anna Karenina. Its really good. I started reading the fountain head but it's hard to understand. Anyway we are going to saty in a hotel up there and walk on monday then come back on monday and then the next day its back to prsison(school). And this year i'm starting highschool. Fun eh? Not. I don't know if i'll be able to get on this weekend. I will try if the hotel has a computer that i can use. I might bring my laptop but i don't have wireless capability.

But school wise i'm ready. I got all my supplies and i got my clothes and a new backpack that already ready to go for tuesday.

So on wednesday i got my shedule for school. Let me just say that i don't know if i like it or not. Not sure how i feel about it. I'm undecided.

So yeah. Both my first and last class are up stairs. We get to pick our lockers, i put mine up stairs. Well first i had it down stairs but then after i had located my classes i relized up stairs would be more convienent(for first semeter. 1 thing i do like about my shedule: I don't have english till second semeter. YES! And i even have some classes with my friends. I have two classes with my best friend alica, both semesters a classwith my other friend chelsea. O and i don't have gym till second semester too, haha.

So we had a major storm blow by. It only lasted like 10 minutes but we managed to lose power 3 times in 5 minutes not to mention my neighborhood is a mess. After the storm was over everyone came out to look at the damge which was branches everywhere and there were even some trres that got kocked down. My dad got worried because a tree branch was lying on one of our power lines. Soi he called consumer energy and learned that he was worried about nothing compared to the 60,000 people without power. Yeah.

Ok so after posting my long blog about the first day of camp i think "ok you don't need tell them every detail like what you ate and when you got up" so i'll just do like an little overview and include things i think you might find intetresting.

Well you all know about tuesday. k well heres the daily camp shedule we'd get up,get dressed clean our cabin and get it ready for inspection. There was a chart with all of our wristban nunmbers and each day i'd have a chore i;d have to do. My chores were pretty good too i was pleased with my chores. Anyway then we'd go to breakfreast then we'd go to our spot and have tribe talk, which is just our tribe and we'd talk about the verse of the day and what it means. yeah we had to memorize verses. one each day then sunday we'd try to have them all memorized. I memorized them all. Anyway after tribe talk we'd have morning free time for like an hour or two abnd then after that we had morning chapel, which we didn't have to get dressed up for then lunch and then cabin time which is where we go to our cabin for an 1 and a half and do nothing unless someone had cards or something. O and thats when we'd say our verse. For the most part i would either read or write letters or work on my gimps. Then we'd have afternoon free time which is longer than morning free time. Its three hours long. O in the morning free time you can do rilfery, archery, go to arts and crafts/trading post or go boating. and in the afternoon you can do all that plus go swimming andn go to the blob which is a big blow up thing. One person sits on the end and another person jumps on it propelling them into the air and into the water. Then theres dinner then ambush then night chapel, in between we get ready for chapel. The we go back to our cabins and go to bed. So wednesday i went to the waterfront during afternoon freetime, it was hot out. I had to take my deep water test before i could go to the dock in the deep part of the lake. on the dock is a high dive and a diving board. I also went on the blob for the first time. Well i had a little trouble. So i'm excited and i get my life jacket on i get up there and relized, wow thats a high jump. I was really scare. I'm like i can't do this and nate, the blob guy was like what are you talkingabout of course you can and so he goes ok on the count of 5. And then once he got to 1 (he counted down from 5) i couldn't jump and he goes "you broke the deal thats so not cool" lol. I'm like "sorry" so i climbed back down and went and jumped off the high dive then went back to the other side and got back in line for the blob, but i was pushing it becasue i had a soccer game i had to get to so finally i got up there and konwing i had no time to waste i just jumped, well i screamed too. And i landed on my back like you're supposed too but then i eneded up rolling off into the water. I was late to my soccer game. The seond time i went i stuck the landing but i got so excited i fell off. But eventually i got the hang of it and could jump and land no problem. I like blobbing better than being blobbed becasue my legs smack into the water and it hurts but there were a couple times where i went up and in no problem. O we had two soccer games and a volley ball game that week, we won all of them. Sometimes i went to the trading post. Wednesdays ambush was ultimate tug o war. it was a 4 way tug rope so 4 tribes could go, the winningtribe got to go and face another team in the mud pit! It was an actual mud pit. When we went in although we lostall of our tugs but they made sure every team go to go in once.It was ice cold. It wasn't much better with the fire hose. I made sure i didn't fall in the water becasue i didn't want to get dirtybut when ambush was over and i went through the mud pit to get to my cabin just for the fun of it i eneded up falling in.

On thursday we had our overnight which is when all tribes boys and girls go and camp out in the woods for a night. We leave about dinner time so we have dinner out there. Each tribe has their own site and thank god ours wasn't far becasue not only do you have to carry your own stuff but other stuff to like tarps and a crate and a water bottle. Anyway we had beef stew. its good. And we had to set up the tarp tent just in case it rained. Then a tarp to lay on. out away from the tarp tent. We have our own ambush. It was fun. But you have to make a potty hole to go to the bathroom in. Then we had chapel in the woods with just the girls and the speakers wife speaks to us. Then we go back for smores. Well all was well and we were talking and eating our delicious smores when we see lightning and hear thunder. No rain just lighting and a little thunder. This one girl got so freaked out. Me on the other hand i weirdly calm, cheery actually. We eneded up going back to our cabin when another tibe came to our site to see what we were gonna do. So we went back taking just our personal stuff leaving everything else becasue we had to go back for breakfest. Anyway we headed backat 10and spread our sleeping bags on the floor. We were roughing it. Then we wennt down to the soccer field to watch the lightning and see the stars. it was amazing. Then friday, my birthday. ON the way back to the woods i was talking to my counslor and i reminded her it was my birthday and she was like wow i forgot and was like we have a birthday over here and so my tribe sung me happy birthday and were extra nice to me all day. They joked that when ever they saw me they had to buy me like a candy bar or something, i was like no no. At lunch i had to stand on a chair and everyone sung and the head cook guy brought out a piece of the cake that i later found out was for dinner and he put a canlde in it and lit it so i got to blow it out. It was kinda embrassing. Ok that was long i'll post some more in another blog in a couple days.

Well, i got up at 7, left at 7:45, got to the bus stop about 8ish. Then came the dreaded decision of what bus to get one since there were two to chose from. First i went to the back one but then changed my mind and went to the other one. Then about 8:30ish we left. It was pretty boring. I had the seat to myself for awhile but by the time we left the next stop the bus was packed. I sat next to a technician, a girl who was going up for two weeks to work at the camp. She was pretty nice and she was 18. But like i said the trip was pretty hot, pretty long and pretty boring. Except the last hour when our bus attendeant got into a sort of discussion/debate with one of the technicians. Very interesting and entertaining. We got to the camp about 2:30ish and dropped the little kids off at the westside. Once we gotto the eastwe went to the dining hall for a snack then the girls were taken near the medicin cabin to get sorted into their group or what we like to call a tribe. I was in the yellow tribe with 8 other girls, who were pretty cool and nice. Then our counslor Elise showed us our cabin and we claimed our bunks and went to get our luggage and get all settled in. Then we spent some time getting to know each others names and each other. Then we went to the chapel, watched a video and played a game called ask the expert. Ok well there are a whole bunch of activities at camp that include mountain biking, trading post, archery, the blob (which i will explain later), riflery and arts and crafts. Well the people who run those for the week(one person for each) sat behind a like table and one person frome each tribe would come down and take a seat in the front and brent the dude hosting it would pick one person to pick one out of 10 buckets and whatever object was in it, the people from the panel would explain how the object was used in their job. Only one person would be telling the truth or maybe none of them were and the chosen representitives would try to figure out whos telling the truth. that went on and on.Then after that we went to dinner where i had pizzia doritos a salad and milk.

So each night we have ambush which is where all the east siders get together and play like a game. Tuesdays game was tuga tuba. There was this big mat thing in the middle of the soccer field and on it were a whole bunch of tubes and everyone in each tribe was given a number either 1, 2 3, 4 all the way up to ten and when brent called your number you'd run out to the mat and try and grab a tube and bring it back to your cone but you could end up playing tug o war over it. The first couple of rounds the big tube was worth the most points and then he changed it to where both the biggest and smallest tube were worth the most then he put bauble balls in and someone could take a ball and throw it across your tribes line and that would get you negative points. My tribe was winning for a while but once we got to the round with the balls everyone came for us becasue well we were winning. I one time got into a tug o war over the big tube with this one girl and more girls came eventually but i did not do so well. Lets just say i got dragged across the field while hanging onto the tube for dear life. It was funny.

Ok, lesson of the day is judgementalism, well sorta. I will now proceed to tell you all what i learned in chapel last tuesday and who knows maybe you will take something out of my little lesson.

Its easy to be judgemental. The person who does the most religous things like i don't know going to church and praying all the time assumes himself the most holy

Its eay to offer lip service. Your lips may say one thing but its all about whats inside your heart and god listens to our hearts and what goes on internally. Sobasically you may fool someone else but god knows whats going on.

Here a quote which i find both interesting and true

And lastly

Its easy to lose sight of biblical truth.

Then we went back to our cabins to get ready for bed and reflect on what we heard in chapel and then we went to bed. And our counslor would read to us.

Hey everyone. I am back from camp. its good to be home although i do miss camp a little. it was a lot of fun. I'll post a detailed blog about it either tonorrow or sometime this week. I'm too tired to do it now. i've been up since 6:15 and i got back about 3:30ish but then i went right to my godparents house with my dad and i was there for awhile then i came back home around 8 and then i had to go to the library to return my library books then i came home around 9 and here i am. thats all for now. o and my birthday was friday i am now 15.
