OMG! What an improvement! Xbox 360 had one unveiling! Too bad Microsoft couldn't have kept their project more of a secret before the actual unveiling, otherwise it would have been much more of a stronger opener on MTV and CITY TV. Well anyways, the lineup so far is looking awsome. I don't know about you but even though im a ps1, ps2 fan I might actually get xbox 360 if sony doesnt start sharpening their ps3. For me, nintendo right now is just out of the dust. I have no idea what the h3ll they're trying to do. Backwards compatible is pretty amazing if the N5 is going to use another media format, but the built in wi-fi seems pretty useless to me. You still need a wireless modem, wihch means if your going to use the build in wi fi that is has you need to buy a wireless router.

Anyways, the games for x360 are shaping up quite well in my opinion. So far, even though its quite early, the system has a good balance of game genres except for the absence of a good fighting game. Test drive unlimited has some pretty sick graphics (if you havent i recommend you see some of its gameplay footage) and the character designs for Lost Odysee look awsome. Also the fact that Akira Toriyama will be doing the character designs for Blue Dragon is good enough to get me Xcited cause Chrono Trigger was one of the best RPG's by Square and now some of that taste will be moving to the xbox.

Hopefully the games as a whole will have a wider genre for its audience...guess we have to wait till E3 (OMG ITS THIS WEDNESDAY!!!!)...

Well who else is hyped about e3??? Probably everyone but anywayz I really want to see what Sony will show to counter Microsoft's big unveling....

Man...SquareEnix I think has just turned...well....you know. In my opinion, I think Squaresoft should never have merged with Enix. Games like Final Fantasy XII (not that I'm offending anything or anyone) doesn't look as good as other Final Fantasy games used to be. Everything up to Final fantasy X was square soft's (except the greatest hits version of Final Fantasy X says SquareEnix on the box, but still says SquareSoft on the load up screen, so its still a SquareSoft Production). Not only that, but everything upto square softs' Final Fantasy X was just flat out amazing. Final Fantasy XI was/is okay, its just that they could have improved it a bit more before importing to North America. And like I said before, Final Fantasy XII (again no offence) doesn't look or have the usual squaresoft taste in it...Well that's just MY OPINION...I'm not saying the game's not good or anything, but I guess we will all see by the time it comes out...

Anyways, I just wanted to know all your opinions on this? Do you agree with me or not? Or do you think merging with Enix was a better idea? (not as a business deal but in terms of gameplay quality of their games)...

Yeah...well anyways school is okay now...(BTW im in Grade 10). There was a lot of stress between and on the March Break. I had 2 essays to write on the March break, tons of pages to read, and a dum Unit Test to study for!!! Yeah well at least all that is over...all I have for homework now is to study for Part II for my Math Unit Exam, and read 90 pages of a book. Good thing its a four day weekend so I have tons of time to read ...

Lol my last journal post was in october! So cut up in school lately...Man this semister for me is so boring...i hav artz - which is okay, math - borin, tech design - it seems fun, but with my teacher its just ridiculous, and engish - boring ....Cant wait till schools over

jeez school is really starting to pis me off: so many assignments and I have a literacy test comming up soon that descides if I graduate or not from high school. Well yah so is anyone looking foward to mgs 3? I sure am and same with prince of persia 2, Final Fantasy 7: Dirge of cerberusand devil may cry 3. And just another comment: For the first time I'm actually not looking foward to the next final fantasy game which is ffxii. It doesn't have that look to it and there isn't even a samurai or a warrior. I also heard the main chacter uses a warhammer as a weapon lol so what do u think?
