Waiting and Being Cheap Is Not Always A Good Idea ( A Playstation 3 Story)
Late December my 360 finally bricked. I decided that I didn't want my blood pressure to go any higher and decided to purchase a PS3. However, as most people know $499 dollers is a lot of money and although I did have a good 700 clams ready I wanted to go for the best possible deal. At the time Walmart (yes I know they are evil) was offering a Christmas Deal which involved a PS3, a game of your choice, and a glowstand. Downloadable Content For Games Could Become Abusive
For the most part, I enjoy the thought of downloadable content, extra maps for Gears of War, extra songs for Rockband, heck maybe in the future they'll have extra characters for fighting games like Guilty Gear or Tekken.However, there is some reason for concern. What is going to keep developers from "holding back" certian features they would have otherwise added to the game.
