Well, Summer Break for me is finally coming to a close. I didn't spend nearly as much time as I'd planned on Gamespot, but my Summer has been somewhat productive. I guess I don't really visit Gamespot daily like I used to. I haven't left, but I guess it's lost most of it's appeal. I still have a lot of friends here, though, which I why I return. Anyhow, I've really taken off with my photography and I've even started my own website. It's kept me busy for quite a while. I'm not sure if I'm going to post it or not, but I will post some of my photos for everyone.
Senior year!!!
. It's finally here. This will be my last year of high school and then I'll move onto another side of life. I plan on attending SCAD in either downtown Atlanta or in Savannah. I haven't decided which I would like attend, but I guess the first step would be getting accepted
. Once there I plan on studying Digital Animation and some other artforms. I want to work with Pixar, so this seems like the next step after graduation.
I was going to post about the letdown that was 'E3', but I'd rather keep the mood positive. I've got two new Sonic games on the way
and Animal Crossing. That should hold me over for a while I guess.
Well, I hope everyone is doing well and I hope you have enjoyed your summer. If it's still going on for you, enjoy the duration of your Summer Break
! Live it up. I've still got two weeks, so there's still plenty of time for more fun, sleeping, and eating.
Remember. All of my photos can be viewed on my DeviantArt account HERE. If you're a member, 'watch' me and just say that you're from Gamespot.
Looking back at some of my older photos, even from previous blog posts, I'd say that I've come a long way. Stay safe and see you around!

Tomorrow is the last day of school!! I'll be released of my duty to go to bed, do homework every night, and so forth. I'll finally have enough time to balance GS, Photoshopping, and other sites I visit, plus having a life outside of the Internet. I can finally stop neglecting you all and really post on your blogs as much as I'd like. I appreciate those of you who have stuck with me through this time of leaving and coming. It's been rough, but the summer is full of fun as well as the days where you do absolutely nothing but sit at home.
I'm going to have some summer asignments since I'm taking several AP classes next year, but they shouldn't take too long if I don't procrastinate. My sister graduates tomorrow which is why I say that you all might have to wait until Saturday. Anyway, here are more photos. Enjoy!:
I titled this photo "Woman". I don't really have any meaning for it. You, the viewer, have the responsibility of taking your own meaning from all art that you see anyway
.
This is titled "Watching...". Whenever I take and see photos such as this I always wonder what flowers would do if they had eyes. Naturally they would always watch things throughout the day since they cannot get up and walk, but it's still interesting to think about.
This photo is titled "Taking On The World". It's a bud getting prepped for it's adventure out in the real world. No longer can it stay nestled and protected.
This one is called "Mr. Squirrel". One of our local squirrels caught taking food from our bird-feeder (not pictured). We bouht the birdhouse so that I could get shots of some nice bids, but I have yet to get any. We get birds all the time, but I've yet to get a good shot. They're too quick.
I hope you all enjoyed the photos.

Hello everyone! I hope you all are having an exciting holiday. No school (for those still attending)! Anyway, this is just another blog post with more photos for everyone to see. I'm getting better with every shot and I'm learning how to utilize my tripod. All of my shots, save for two or three, have been done with me just holding the camera. My hands aren't the steadiest things in the world, though. We got a really cool bird-feeder so that I can get some closer shots of our local fliers. I got a shot of a Robin, but it moved and blurred the photo. Oh well, it's part of the experience, I guess. My mom said that she's going to enroll me into some photograpjhy classes over the summer so that I can learn more about my camera and how to use it. I'm sort of excited. Nothing they can teach me isn't already available online. But anyway, one to the photos! I've included the caption from deviantart as well. Thanks for all of the support guys:
One of our new solar-panel lights. It's Biology and Technology working together efficiently.
"To Bloom In Adversity Is One Of The Best Accomplishments Of All."
Our only yellow rose.
One of our tables.
Another table.
Thanks for taking the time to view some of my photos! Feel free to comment/choose a favorite/etc.

Sorry I haven't been around that much. I'm still hanging on to Gamespot, though. I refuse to let it go just yet. GS is my first Internet home. School has been kicking my butt, though, and I've been having a hard time in math. Anyway, I've wanted a really nice digital camera for a while now. I've asked my mom, but she never seemed to really pay that much attention. Well, little did I know that she was paying full attention and she and my grandmother both purchased me a Canon Digital Rebel XT, an SLR. It's 8 Megapixels and I'm in LOVE with it. I've only been taking pictures since Sat/Sun so I'm still learning. They also brought me a macro lense, allowing me to get closer to objects that I've ever been able to. So, without any more talking, I'd like to present you all with some of my photos. They can all be viewed on my DeviantArt profile. If you're registered feel free to 'watch' me!

The one with the woman looking down on the travelers is just a photomanipulation. I did not take any of the pictures used, but instead used ones found around the Internet.

It's finally Spring. Completely and fully. No cold days and no more freezing nights. I usually love the Winter, but I'm so glad that it has finally left us. I hope that everyone is doing well in time for the new season. I haven't posted as I'd hoped because I've been pretty busy. I was in North and South Carolina just this weekened on a trip. Plus, exams and testing have come and gone. I passed my GHSGT. These tests dictated whether or not we graduated or not and were relatively easy. I pass-plussed Math, and passed English and Science with Honors. Anyway, standardized testing is officially over for my Junior year. Now all I have to do is deal with these teachers of mine
. Now, in honor of Spring, today we'll have a nice sig shower. I'm posting some of my images for you guys. Hope you like them. They are watermarked, but it shouldn't get in the way too much. I don't expect people to use any of this, my name is plastered over it, but I've been hearing about it a lot recently. Anyway, here we go:

Sorry some of them get cut off. I try to use the same size for them all and it's just my luck that it's too big for GS. I've started a DeviantArt profile for those who use the site. I haven't uploaded much of anything, one image, and I'm not sure if I'll continue to use the site at all. If I do, though, you can find me HERE.
One last thing. You guys might have noticed the new quote on my profile:
"Around Here, However, We Don't Look Backwards Very Long,
We Keep Moving Forward, Opening Up New Doors And
Doing New Things, Because We're Curious...
And Curiosity Keeps Leading Us Down New Paths."
~Walt Disney
It got it from "Meet The Robinsons". I just watched it today and I'm re-sinpired to become an animator. I never lost the ambition, but movies like this make me remember why I want to do what I want to do when I get older. I'm going to animate! I just did a project on Walt Disney, so I thought it was lame that I found such an amazing quote now that I'm done with it
.
Anyway, I have more to say, but I'll save it for later. Happy Spring!

Hello all! It's me, the rarely seen STKR. I've been around GS, but only lurking. Sorry I haven't been around for all of the blogs and happenings with everyone. I'm trying to make a return, though, and reconnect with the friends that I still have here. I have a rather large friend list, but I don't recognize a lot of the users so if you're seeing this feel free to introduce yourself (unless you know I know you
). I said I'd be back in my last real post, but that amounted to nothing. I left GS because I was bored. The only board I ever posted on, the OT, become monotonous and I was pretty tired of doing requests. But, now that I've taken a break, I think I'm ready for a return to GS. I'm going to finally change my banner and everything! If I do start requests, it will probably be just for unions I've made a commitment to. For those who care, I've been away, but i've still been online and I've definitely kept Photoshopping. I've done some pretty cool things, but I'm not ready to post images just yet. It's great to really be back and hopefully I'll get to see some old firends again
!
