"He is not here, for He has risen, just as He said. Come, see the place where He was lying.

    - Matthew 28:6 (NASB)

As Easter approaches, may we all remember our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ who, being God, was sent to earth in human form being born of a virgin. He came to spread the Good news. To set captives free. To restore health to the afflicted, to win souls to the kingdom and to help establish the first church's foundations. He more importantly came, and this you should all remember, to pay for my sins and your sins on the cross. He was born to die. His birth was foretold and his crucifiction was prophecied. The blood he shed on Calvary's cross paid for our transgressions. He was beaten and wounded for my mistakes and yours and by the shedding of his blood we are healed.

This easter take time to reflect on the true meaning of the celebrations, away from a fictitious rabbit and all the chocolate easter eggs. Take time for the man who sacrificed his life for you out of love this easter. He did so, so that you won't have to spend eternity in hell. He did so, so that one day you could spend eternity with him in his home way up in paradise.

Friend, the time is now, the door is still open and the master still calls you to himself, while you hear his voice, do not harden your heart. Jesus longs to have a personal relationship with you. Don't leave it for too late, for one day the door will close and his voice will be heard no more.

If you would like to receive Jesus as your personal saviour, you can do it right now. You don't need to be in church to do it, you don't need any special words, just open your heart to the Lord and admit your sinful ways to him. Confess that you have been going the wrong way but are turning from them and are making the decision to follow Jesus. Ask him to come into your heart and tell him that you are making him the lord of your life.

Here is a prayer guide to help you in case you need assistance:

"Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen."

If you have just praid this prayer, let me be the first to welcome you into the family of God. Get into a good Bible based church, read the bible daily and pray. The christian walk is fun and exciting. Put God first place in your life and he will take you places you've never even dreamed of.

'Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me.

    - Revelation 3:20 (NASB)

I went and played laser skirmish at Timezone today. It was fun and when the memberships are released and the centre is completely finished, I plan to take up a membership.

    Also...

the other day... I went for a drive from Birregurra to Beeac and from there back to Winchelsea. My friend Sean took me for a few hours driving...approx 80km's. I really enjoyed myself driving around in his Red 1988 Ford Laser Hatchback.

NOTE: This of course is not his exact car but a representation of the car thanks to somebody else's 1988 Ford Laser Hatchback photo.

I love watching Stargate SG1 and do so whenever I feel motivated, but there are a handful of episodes that bore me and a few that I don't like. For example, I don't like watching the episodes that include UNAS and episodes that I find a bit less than interesting (which are not that many). Examples of the types of episodes I dislike are the episode where Col. Jack O'Neill ages fast and the episode where a guy from another planet creates a tv show "Wormhole X-Treme".

However, I like how Nareem of the Tolen has voice activation in his house. He has good taste too. He has chosen to use Major Carter's voice.

I also like the Ion Cannons that the Tolen people have that can shoot down Goa'uld mother-ships in orbit. They look pretty sweet.

I like episodes that include suspense and a fair bit of enemy fire. I enjoy them a fair bit and enjoy seeing the Goa'uld Jaffar soldiers go down at the gunfire of SG1.

It is a thrill to watch and en enjoyable source of entertainment.

I don't really have a favourite character. I guess all the SG1 team are favourites of mine.

The Stargate is fascinating. How that event horizon appears and how it looks like a horizontal pool of water is incredible.

The special effects used in Stargate SG1 are really remarkable.

I currently own Seasons 1-8 and look forward to purchase Seasons 9-10.

When I have finished watching Stargate SG1, I will move on to Stargate Atlantis and in time, when the series comes out, Stargate Universe.

I wish TV.com would find a way to fix the bug on the TV.com website that keeps temporarily resetting the levels. It is frustrating.

On a lighter note, I have been busy watching Stargate SG1 lately. Fun times.

Lately I have been getting into my movie box sets and have finished watching them. I have watched Star Trek, Rocky, Back To The Future, Lethal Weapon, Die Hard, Beverly Hills Cop, Herbie, Karate Kid (Except 4) and Home Alone (Except 3 & 4). I have Lord Of The Rings and Star Wars but I rarely feel like watching those (If ever). I have also gone through my dvd collection and have watched just about every movie on dvd that I have in my collection.

I have also just started to watch Stargate SG1 again on DVD and have the first 8 seasons on dvd. I look forward to getting the remaining 2 seasons and what seasons come out of Atlantis and Universe.

Speaking of Stargate, I look forward to the movies that are due to come out soon. I alson look forward to the new Star Trek movie which is set to be the prequal to the others, set back in Star Fleet Academy days, around the time when Jim Kirk was still a very young Star Fleet Cadet.

By the way, I have the Stargate SG1 board game and don't know how to play it and have nobody to play it with. Does anybody know how the game works? Can anybody explain the game to me? I would appreciate the assistance. Thanks everyone.

Anyway, that's my update for now. Till my next installment, take care everybody and bye for now.

I thought the movie was great. It was an educational movie that goes to show that you can become anything you want to become no matter what your limitations or your circumstances. You can overcome the odds and any adversity through perserverance and faith.

In a nutshell, the movie is a biographical depiction of the young 'Pistol' Pete Maravich, whobecamea pro basketball player in his later years. He lived between June 22, 1947 - January 5, 1988 and died at the young age of 40 of a heart attack.

My Deepest Sympathies To The Ledger Family

It is with great sadness, that as of 22nd of January 2008, we say farewell to a true Australian legend and a great ambassador of our great nation. He was a wonderful man who was multi-talented and loved acting and loved people. He was unique in his own special way and he will be sorelly missed, the world over.

    Australia will miss you Heath!!!

    Rest In Peace!

I been learning to cook lately. I been puting my hand to work baking cakes and have been baking up a storm...I have really impressed myself. I have made my cake and have eaten it too...

Man, I love cooking. I am slowly, slowly starting to build my confidence in the ki.tchen while learning to follow recipes and discover the different ingredients and appreciate and get a feel for tastes and how each of them compliment each other.

What's going on TV.com land? Hope everyone is well and enjoying the day the Lord has made. Anybody catch the latest episode of Bible Man shown on'TBN'? Good episode...Don't forget, I have Christian Satellite, so I have a few unusual channels. Also I really like 'Miss Charity's Diner', 'The Gospel Bill Show', 'Faithville', 'Bibleman'and The Dooley and Pals Show' on 'TBN'. Of course, theses are just kids shows and I just watch them to entertain my inner child. Sermon-wise, l like the preacher Joel Osteen and Rev. Billy Graham. Also Kenneth Copeland, Joyce Meyer, Greg Laurie, Dr. Michael Youssef, James Robison, Beth Moore, Rev. Benny Hinn, Brian Houston and Charles Stanley. I also like the Christian music video shows, especially the ones on JCTV, as long as they don't play heavy metal clips. Not very fond of heavy metal. I have ordered the new book 'Become a Better You' by Joel Osteen and 'I Dare You' by Joyce Meyer. I have paid and everything so when payment is processed, all I have to do is pick up the books from the store. I am really into spiritual development. Becoming who God wants me to be. The ideal me. Becoming like Jesus more and more each day, dying to myself and being reborn and made alive in Christ daily.

(Pictures From Top to Bottom and Left To Right)

    1. 1.Joel Osteen's Book 'Become A Better You
    2. 2. Joyce Meyer's Book 'I Dare You'
    3. The Dooley And Pals Show
    4. Bibleman
    5. Miss Charity's Diner
