I'm back!
Please review my Submission Guidelines before submitting to any of my guides.
After over a year away from TV.com, I'm back (and surprised to see that my editorship wasn't removed)! I wonder if any of you actually remember me? I see a lot of old faces are still around.
I've had a good year and changed a hell of a lot. I haven't been watching TV as much, just my favourites. Over the last week, I've watched the three first series of Desperate Housewives (which is still my favourite show) and it made me think of this website so, here I am!

I don't really have much to say so I'll wrap it up now - It's good to be back!

High Hopes #2
Please review my Submission Guidelines before submitting to any of my guides.
This will be the final part of my high hope blogs. It seems everything I have been hoping for recently has blown up in my face so this time, I want things go my way and we get ourselves some snow! As you may have heard, England is about to start its
worst snow storm for a decade in just a few short hours. I love snow. It's one of the most magical things that the planet has. I love the feel you get when holding it (not the cold one)! But seriously, it's great and because we rarely get it here it makes it even more fantastic!Tonight, Bang! finnally airs here in the UK which I'm sure everyone is anxious about. It's quite scary though because my parents seem more excited than me!
In other news, I am now Level 14 and I have a spiffy new emblem for posting 500 messages on the boards. Also, I've decided to write some reviews as I haven't done very many and I love writing. I don't know which show for yet but I'll probably start next week as we break up from school on friday!
Finally, because of some upcoming exams, I've started going to extra English lessons as my teacher thinks, with enough effort, I will exceed my target and be in a higher set next year! The downside to this is that starting Febuary 20th I won't be on here as much 'til mid-April.

High Hopes #1

I'm really looking forward to this year TV wise. We are getting some fantastic, brand new shows here in Britain from across the pond. I am most excited about Dexter! I've been reading about it a lot and
have seen some clips of it on various websites around the internet and it's really making me anxious. I just hope one of the channels over here buys the first season and broadcasts it. Another show which is getting me all hyped up is Heroes. I'm sure I don't need to explain what it's all about as I've seen it's very popular in America. I'm very impressed with Lilies this week. It's a shame that you guys can't watch it over there because it's really good drama. I missed Skins which I'm not very happy about. From what I've read, it was much better than the Pilot so I've got high hopes for the rest of the season. Desperate Housewives was really intriguing this week. I think Laurie Metcalf is quite a talented actress. She plays the part of Carolyn Bigsby (Alma's friend) who thinks that Bree's new husband Orson is a murderer. Best of all, she goes all serial killer next week in Bang!
In other news, Bird Flu is being felt here in England as it broke out in Suffolk in the South-east. It can be fatal if it is passed on to humans but experts said the outbreak was being contained and posed little danger to people. It has already killed over 2,000 birds this week and now another 159,000 others must be slaughtered to prevent an outbreak! A three-kilometre protection zone and a 10km surveillance zone will be set up around Holton, which is approximately 27km south-west of Lowestoft (Suffolk). Just hope it doesn't come and get me here in Blackpool!
