hi all sorry for the whole disappearing act recently i was having a tough few months and 37 hour weeks in work but i appear to be back on an even keel again so to say. since i have been gone a lot has happened

- i turned twenty one

- got hit by a car (im ok now)

- passed my exams

- bought a new bike

- finally got over my problems in general.

so as you can see it has been a very weird time and busy time and hence my reasons for not talking/ blogging/ commenting etc but i will try seeing its summer to get on a little more. i wish all well and hope all has been well. here is a peice from a concert i went to on my birthday to keep all entertained.

hi everyone i know i dont do long blogs and in general they are not overly informative and would like to appologise for that. anyway. back to college now and have setteled back into the rhythem of things. a few more earlier mornings then i would like but other then that. anyway in other news i managed to get away over the week off and went down to cork and saw my baby cousins for the first time. that was great and in general it was a very relaxing week as i was not in work and just spent time re organising. im currently looking for work experience in my area of study for the summer which will mean leaving my job in the cinema temporarily but so far i have had no reply to any of the emails i have sent off. im hoping to get experience outside of dublin, possibly in galway, cork or donegal. a bit of freedom one might say. anyway i have a coupple of assignments to do so i hope to blog again soon. if anyone has any suggestions on what they want me to blog on or talk about or anything like that within reason pleas let me know as you can see im hopeless at this blogging malark

hi there everyone. i feel really bad after not blogging in such a long time. i have been working really hard at the cinema and am usually not home untill after 01:00 am and by the time i wake up the next day i feel like doing nothing because it starts all over at 18:30 that day. but now im back in university in second year and have a timetable that will somehow let me use the internet once or twice a week so ill talk again soon. gotta legg it to chemistry now on the other side of campus.

hey all just back from a two week holiday in germany. had a blast was with a few mates. ill put some pictures up once i figure out how to do it any suggestions just let me know...

Yesterday was not my day at all. After having record temperatures all week it rained like nothing i have seen in a while. I gotta admit i knew it was comming, i live on an island so plenty of water to go around. anyway after the first shower of rain in the morning i said ok ill open the window for a while. not the small one but the big one. i end up having to go out as im house sitting for someone and they have a cat that needs to be taken care of. i cycle to the house and find that the cat's not there. on my way out i hear thunder and i should have been wise enough to stay indoors but i said no i want to go home. i get on my bike and about 30 seconds later the rain came and it came hard. im now getting concerned because im no a human lightening rod on my bike but i have 15 more minuets cycleto go and so i say i might aswell go on the rain will last no longer then 5 minuets. the rain just got heavier and heavier and i got wetter and wetter. it is still comming down really heavy when i get home and to be quite honest i look like i took a dunking in a pool. when i put my bike away i go inside head up to my room to get into dry clothes. my mam catches me at the bottom of the stairs and starts telling me that the gutter is broken again and there is a miny waterfall of water cascading down right outside my bedroom. i say ok, my window is closed or so i believed. i go upstairs with my family laughing at my humility of being absolutly soaked. once i get into the bedroom i find the big window that i was sure i closed, wide open and the rain and the mini waterfall of rain fromm the gutter spilling into my bedroom, onto my bed which lies right beside the window. i start cursing to myself and get to repairing the damage and cleaning up. everything was soaking wet including my douvet and the matress and some clothes that were on the bed. when i pulled the bed out to remove my douvet there was a very large pool of water on the floor which just made me angrier. i said to myself. what a crappy day. i end up sleeping downstairs in my sisters room that night so i could dry out my bed...

today i got up and sorted out the aftermath of the mini flood in my room and again the weather is a little crappy but not as bad as the other day. i had to return to the house this evening to see if the cat was there and also to put out the recycling bin. the cat never showed and again shortly after i left to go home the heavens opened again and i got equally as wet. i arrived home dripping wet but thankfully no one to make fun of me. i went to my room and was glad to find that my window was closed. i currently hate the rain. i am now paying for geting wet twice, stuck in the house with the beginins of a really bad cold. so you see floks lightening really does strike twice.

Hey all, or anyone who reads my profile for that matter. i have a very strange hobby in that i write poetry when im either depressed or stressed for that matter. much of it has been destroyed no as it came from a very depressing time in my life, but i have prevailed and have finlly started writing stuff because i feel like writing it. Its mostly based on books that i read or dreams that i have had so here it goes, my first publication of a poem...

to be taken in mind and in body

that future scientist, doctor or teacher.

taken so abruptly from this world.
