I get their reasons, but I don't think it makes that much of a difference. I was counting down the days until November 21 until Half Blood Prince would come out. I was so anxious to see it because I've heard good things about the actors, especially Tom Felton who plays Draco who actually became my favorite character in HBP and DH because I began to understand his depth and there was another side to him. David Yates said that Draco really brought that part of the character to life, and I couldn't wait! Plus, I was disappointed with Order of the Pheonix. Visually, it was stunning, but the writing of the plot stank! So I was anxious and I had high expectations for HBP to redeem the Harry Potter movie franchise. and then this. Nickelodeon is the new Dolores Umbridge!(for those of you who don't read Harry Potter, that means they are evil pretty much!) After all of the devotion we avatards have shown to the show, Nick is just going to blow us off after many months of (sometimes) patient waiting throughout the series. They have decided to shove all of the episodes into one week (July 14-19) and the series finale will air on July 19, not even considering about if some unlucky avatar fan like myself will be gone and probably not have any access to a tv or cable that entire week!! Maybe they think its supposed to be a week of epic proportions, but I completely disagree! There have been so many times I've missed Avatar episodes airing due to school events, and I thought that my sisters and I were going to get to watch Avatar episodes when they first air in the US together AT LAST!! but no, they have to go and screw it up!! I could possibly be home on the 19, but I miss the whole entire rest of the week!! I'm really unnerved at this...Spread them out Nick! That way, a really good thing lasts longer! but nope thats not what they want, heaven forbid they take up time for their oh so precious spongebob and other shows-they always put them before avatar. I can't believe some of you guys still remember me anymore! I have barely been on all year and this place feels ancient! Its been even longer since I've been on the forums for Avatar-how are those nowadays?

Now that schools over I have much more time to myself and my sister is home from college! yay! I am anxiously awaiting Harry Potter and Twilight movies, as well as July 14th for new Avatar episodes! (By the way, I think its 318 or something is called Monkey steals the Peach or some odd stuff like that-got that from fierymonk on dA) Unfortunately, I will be gone a lot this summer too, including the July 14th Avatar rest-of-season-3 premiere tis sad, but can't be helped. I'm gone next week, and then also I'm not home from July 6-28 (yea no comicon this year either, theres a family wedding...gahh)

So I'm sure you all know that somehow the Avatar finale book was recently distributed months before the actual episodes air. I must say, I am extremely disappointed in whoever's oversight this was. But whats done is done. I did not want to read spoilers but some stupid idiotic sister of mine decided to post a journal and Oh crap I know whats gonna happen. I am in no way ticked at what happens, I'm just mad that I know whats going to happen before it happens once the episodes come back on!!!

So being involved in any way in the Avatar movie has been my hope and dream since July 2006, which is over half a year before it was even announced! (I had an idea they were going to do the project as a live action film trilogy) Anyways, my sister and I have been searching everywhere for information and found out the casting agency and stuff three weeks ago. I emailed them with some questions and got no response whatsoever. So today I decided to call the agency and I asked about what they are looking for in a video audition, because it was said that there were no "open casting calls" The man I talked to said that they do not accept unsolicited entries which means basically, if you have no agent who can recommend you to the casting agency, then your hopes and dreams (like mine) are screwed and over. So what I think thats what they mean by no open casting call, which is disappointing really because I've wanted to have the opportunity to participate in this for so long, and I really am a talented actress. My parents just refuse to allow me to be represented by and agency because we live in Ohio. But also they have refused the idea of moving to LA or NYC. rather a lose-lose situation for me. I have no idea about extras or whatever....and man I just really wish it wasn't this way. I mean they said they wanted fresh new talent, so why does it have to be talent that has an agency? How about talent who has never had the chance or access to an agency because their parents decided to plant them in the middle of nowhere? haha come to think of it, my sisters and I wrote a letter to Shyamalan like last Feb/March asking just that, that he make this an opportunity for talented fans who really want to take a part in this. I have no idea if he got the letter. But even so I'm sad Yea I'm quite silly in the measures I take, but I want to be an actress and I think a fitting start would have been to be involved in the production of something that is really close to my heart and hits home for me.

Only a few days later was traveling across the country for SAN DIEGO COMICON 2007!! One of the BEST WEEKS EVER!! haha Saturday-cosplaying for the avatar panel, the panel itself, seeing Bryan and meeting Dee...what a day!! especially because my parents let me walk around the city and stuff without them Freedom!! That same vacation, we also went to USC, UCLA, etc, Burbank to see some family and visit old friends.

Let me explain my gift to you. As most of you recall I went to comicon in San Diego this past July. On Saturday I saw the masquerade and thought it to be really blah, but after it was over, a bunch of martial artists and trick teams came and performed a skit...a really long skit,but it was sooo funny!! If you really like Naruto, Pirates of the Carribean, theres a little Avatar and Star Wars humor in there too...300, Matrix, etc. Its super hilarious!!! The martial arts they do are incredible too!! And my favorite part, Gaara!! I have no idea why XD so please, take the time to watch these videos of the performance, it is really funny and amazing!! my sister is home now until mid-Januray woot! I'm so happy, we're having a blast!! So you know how I'd thought that never again would we ever watch the premiere of an avatar episode together? well we sort of got to for some reason, yet again, 312 aired on YTV already in Canada. We all got to watch an avatar episode we've not seen yet, together!! It really made me happy! Also I went christmas shopping today and I'm really pleased with everything I picked out

We're supposed to get tons of snow today/tonight/tomorrow, so heres to no school on monday!!

And Avatar is back on top!!!

After squandering out of sight from the top 40 cable shows ratings-wise ever since season 3 started, the Day of Black Sun was the 13th most watched cable show last week with 3.8 millionviewers!! Yea Go Avatar!! And I'm so glad that a lot of people got to see that amazing episode ((see review in previous blog))

wow that was FAAANTASTIC!!!!!!!! the animation was SO ON!! I had chills almost the whole episode, it was just the best episode ever! First of all I'm so proud of Greg Baldwin he was wonderful! and Jack(Sokka) WOW You could feel the anger and pain in his voice when Azula started taunting him about Suki, it was so real and I just felt so much for him I wanted to cry. I really loved seeing everyone from the first couple of seasons come to fight with Aang. Although I could not hold back the giggles whenever I saw Haru....the goatee, is waaayy too much Sokka is a genius to say the least, he designed those freakin subs! SWEET! It was so frustrating though knowing how well the invasion was going but knowing also that Azula already knew about the invasion since Ba Sing Se so you knew that she would have something up her sleeve. The action was truly breathtaking throughout the whole movie! especially with Hakoda and Sokka.

I'm suprised the shippers haven't gone totally crazy yet..Aang and Katara kissed!! I actually loved that part I told you before that I do not ship certain pairs when it comes to Katara, but the scene was done perfectly, I couldn't have asked for it to be done any differently! The whole episode was so full of drama and aangst....and OMG the MUSIC!! The Track Team really has outdone themselves this time!! I loved hearing the music because it reminded me of that wonderful day I got to sit in the presence of so many wonderful people at SDCC and be completely struck dumb with awe by that amazing Season 3 trailer! You guys, I seriously think this is the greatest episode in the history of Avatar.

I KNEW IT I KNEW IT I KNEW IT!!!! Zuko finally did it for good! I was so proud, proud mama right here XD But when I first saw that scene of Zuko putting on his hood and turning around in the original Avatar trailer from comicon I poked my sister and I told her,"OMG OMG OMG Zukos leaving, hes going good AHHHHH!" hehe no joke thats a true story right there! He put into words perfectly what I wished I could have told him all along about his situation when he was talking to his father. And OH when I saw him lightning bend I shrieked with joy, as did my sister and friend sitting in the room, my mom didn't. (It was a great atmosphere to watch the movie in b/c everyone was so pumped to see it) IROH PWNS ALL!! Nuff said I'm so excited for the rest of the season! I think the situation of all of the kids now going off, including Theo, Haru(hahahahah), and The Duke is going towork out great in the long run! I can't wait to see what goes down once Zuko catches up to them, there might be a slight smackdown between him and Katara, Ok fanfiction writers, plot away! you KNOW theres going to be tons of Zutara ones coming in...XD Yea but anyways back to Zuko...he done good

Suki-Where is she??? I'm so worried about her ....I hate Azzie.....(Azula) I really do. She won this round again...but in the end shes going DOOWWN!

My sister came home this weekend for only a few days, she leaves tomorrow. But she brought news from Tandokucon and we watched some videos from there. Looked SO FUN I'm so jealous that she got to go! I was supposed to...but you know, my luck. so anyways yea she brought me and my sis back a NOTE FROM AARON DISMUKE!! Yes the one and only! You might know him as Alphonse Elric from FMA, Ion Fortuna from Trinity Blood, or Hiro/young Akito from Fruits Basket. I was so excited Believe me, that is getting framed and put on my wall! She also told me that she talked with Vic about Fiddler on the Roofbecause he had been in it before, so he sang Miracle ofMiracles for her because he wasMotel!! LUCKY SIS!! Also Lex Lang, most of you guys would know him as Fire Lord Azulon, he signedthe inside of my sisters collar on her Beach Azula costume sweetness! So many more amazing VAs whom I admire, Collen Clinkenbeard (SP?), Liam O' Brian, Chris Ayres, Kyle Hebert, Johnny Young Bosch (whom we met in San Diego) We decided that we want to go to Ohayocon in January, I'm pumped

Also, lately I've been watching more anime over break, and I am LOVING Trinity Blood, its so clever and beautiful, and also DNAngel. Whats amazing about the opening song for DNAngel is that its the same in Japanese and in English, Vic sings it! So ya Happy late Turkey Day!!

Ok so this was the first PLAY I've tried out for at school in a loooong time!! A while ago, I found out what it really meant and felt like to act, surprisingly it was after my trip to California and Nick studios. I studied a lot of voice acting in cartoons and anime as well as live action, and stage shows. So I went into the audition fully prepared and confident! I knew if I didn't make it, it might mean that I need to reconsider my future career dreams of acting/voice acting. No worries however, I made the play!! I got a really good part and I'm so excited! I'm also not nervous about not having any talent at all, because everyone tells me how well I do at rehearsals and that I'm the funniest one on the stage I have to have an accent too, its quite fun I'm so psyched for college! even though I'm only a junior

Naruto- Oh what is going on with the manga? its boring me to tears. same with bleach, and slightly a bit with FMA. I think the only manga I enjoy reading anymore is Fruits Basket, even though I've read it like a million times I just like to watch the anime now. I like the shows, but more so I'm interested in studying the acting. My parents think its just an excuse, but seriously I learn a lot by watching the shows and listening to the voices

Parents-driving me insane! With my sister gone (although she comes home in 4 days!!!) all the pressure is being put on me! They seriously need to leave me alone! I got grounded for trying to help out a friend with a problem and then not telling my parents about what the problem was. They also told me I am not smart enough to handle serious situations that my friend might have been in. EXCUSE ME? I can handle ANYTHING! Mind over matter baby thats all it takes! If you think it through, you can do exactly what you want to. Its not a normal day at my house if I don't argue with my parents. But the other night my dad really lost it. He has a temper problem, and both of my parents have control issues. So we were arguing and he was being ridiculous and I think the topic was still about my friend who had a problem, and I called him stupid, so he chucked the tv remote at me and it hit me in the neck! I was so schocked....The thing with my friend was a month ago and this incident was Thursday night...Isn't that considered abuse? I never thought I'd say that....I mean a few times we've argued at the table and my dad loses it and throws his water in my face....I know its not serious abuse, but its still abuse right? I don't understand, hes a christian...I want to call the police, but I know I can't do that because its not serious enough, and I don't want people to be all up in my personal family business. Is there such a thing as emotional abuse? like when you're parents say stuff that makes you feel worthless and depressed on purpose....I thought I had good parents, but this past year more or less, my eyes have been opened. I have strong opinions and I don't EVER back down when I know what I'm fighting for is right.

This situation with my parents has effected me greatly. I don't have my sister to talk to here, my other one and I fight due to all the pressure from my parents, and I am so angry with my parents I haven't said I love you to anyone in weeks. I'm moody and emotional, and its affecting me at school and with my friends because now I'm always either depressed or angry....Somethings got to be fixed....its not right...

I am extremely disappointed in some of the members of tv.com. A few of them have found Avatar episodes 310 and 311 and viewed them illegally, and tried to spread the word. This is just dispicable! The staffs at Nickolodeon and in South Koreahave worked so hard to produce this epic third season of avatar, and what do they get? Fans viewing episodes ILLEGALLY on the internet which will definately hurt the already down ratings. PLEASE PEOPLE PLEASE! DO NOT CONDONE THIS PRACTICE!! If we want more Avatar related things in the future, do not watch these episodes online, watch them when they are supposed to air, on NOVEMBER 30, 2007!! Plus it just kind of ruins the effect of the show don't you think? I might sound like I'm being a total Mom on this whole issue, but it is unfair to the creators of the show, the animators, artists, writers, directors, actors, everyone involved in making each episode!! PLEASE support Avatar the right and LEGAL way, and report any more of this activity!!

EDIT: ok after getting over my initial reaction, I realize I might be being a a bit overly sensitive and harsh about this. Maybe it will be good for the show in some form, who knows? I just really do hope that all of you who have or will watch it also watch it when it airs....come to think of it, I'm still angry that the date got changed for the airing and I can't see it with my sister now....hmmm..I'm rethinking my whole stance on this....maybe I'll watch it now or sometime in the near futuer....nah either way I'm having a little Avatar Season 3 movie night with a few friends, so that should be fun, and we'll all watch it together on the 30th ciao!
