  Xbox 360 is still calling me

  Like my recent blog about why would people not want to buy a ps3 and actually save money, i have a counter post to my own blog sadly. I am going back to xbox 360, picking up the elite and getting halo 3 and fable 2 in the deal. I know it sounds completly crazy but it just has to be done. I have had ps3 for 6 months now and really enjoyed playing it and will enjoy the future games that they will have, BUT no one actually owns a PS3 the online isn't bad but i want to play halo 3 online and cod4 online is better on 360 along with fable 2 and gow2 the games are just more of my type. The new jasper chip is also such a big plus for me having my 360 break so many times. My PS3 has been sitting in its box for about 2 days now unplayed and i just feel its about time to give it up and get a system i know i will play every single day because of one game (halo 3).

  Playstation 3 can more people buy this amazing console??

  So i'm curious as to why more people do not buy PS3. Now i understand the price of the system is maybe $100 more than a 360 but everything a ps3 has is better than a 360 and with the extra 60 bucks you WILL be spending on xbox live why not just get a ps3 and be happy 24/7. PS3 never has problems like the dreaded "red rings of death" and the online is free and the console runs very smooth and you cannot hear it at all. It also has a bigger hard drive plays blu ray movies and plays most of its exclusive titles with better graphics and a faster processor than 360. I was once a 360 owner myself bought the xbox live the battery packs for controllers (no one likes AA batteries lets be real) thats about 100 dollars right there for my ps3 online's free and the controller comes with a charger wire. 360 has mass effect, halo, gears of war, fable, all those great games i know but the thing is you can get the same type of games on ps3...the only one out of those games though that i miss playing is halo online, gears of war isn't bad but the multiplayer sucks to be honest and fable was pretty nice but on ps3 there's uncharted drakes fortune KILLZONE 2, resistance, little big planet, and many more. All the other games you'd play on 360 are games that you can get on both and believe me THEY WILL PLAY BETTER ON PS3. A lot of people i know pay 60 bucks a year and play cod4 online...on ps3 its free to do it and the online is always fast and can be wireless. I really have not found a negative about my ps3 yet. Resistance can compete with halo slighty with its incredible online play. I have recently become obssesed with it and would almost put it on the same level as 360. I am in no way a sony fan boy, i have always stuck by microsoft and xbox but as a gamer i was looking to expand my games and my play something with a little more power and i was nervous at first to see what playstation could do, and to be honest it never disapointed me i just wish more people i knew had a ps3 so online could become more fun but most of my friends have already established their 360 with a year of xbox live and a massive game collection. I hope within the next few years people will see the power of the ps3 and it will start expanding further.

  E3-My thoughts and whether PS3 really impressed me or not

  So i decided to do a little blog about my thoughts of E3 since the week just came to an end. This christmas i decided to give my 360 to my brother and buy a playstation 3 and really see what it was about and the possibilty of games that i can get. Halo was really the only reason for me to stay on XBOX so i wanted to see what else was out there and i always heard mixed reviews about the ps3 so i bought one. I played resistance and loved it along with uncharted 1. I loved the controller and just how the ps3 looked and didn't sound like a dying animal when its playing games. I was very interested in seeing what ps3 would bring to the table to e3 this year especially because the last few years i never really cared what sony did cause it was normally just big $$ stuff and lame games. To be honest sony did not disapoint me this year as i'm sure they didn't for many ps3 fans as well. Uncharted 2 looks incredible, god of war 3 ratchet and clank ff13 AND 14 (online). And that motion controller is really a nice compliment to compete with the wii and it should be really cool when it comes out. All in all i was very happy with what sony showed off and how they talked about what they plan on doing in the future and having the ps3 be a 10 year console will be awesome. Xbox360 had an amazing press conference too ODST and REACH will be amazing games but other than those games crackdown 1 sucked so a sequel to a **** game shouldn't be anything to brag about ms. I also bought assassins creed 1 and other games i had for my 360 to play on my ps3 and they all play better on ps3 and after seeing the game demos for codmf2 ac2 bioshock2 batman and a whole bunch of other games i'm happy i'll be getting them all on my ps3 instead. E3 was back this year and deffinatly better than ever i really enjoyed all the coverage and even the WII did some big things but really there's nothing the wii can do now but pray kids still need more wii's and d.s's because now MS and SONY both have some sort of free moving cameras and motion controllers to really compete against nintendo on all markets and because their consoles have a better processor and all that good stuff they can make motion games with incredible graphics with more frames per second. The WII's game lineup did impress me though with the announcement of Metriod Prime: Other M along with golden sun, new super mario bro's, zelda, bowsers inside the list goes on and on. If i had to pick a winner of this years console wars not to be a front runner but i'd go with sony, yes their conference wasn't as "flashy" as xbox or had any stars but then again we want to see games not guests i don't care that tony hawk showed off RIDE i care about what the games look like and sony was straight and to the point and delievered the games they got and the products they want to sell. Microsoft just seemed like they were trying to hard to put on a good show and showed off some pretty nice games but besides Bungie and i guess Alan Wake there was nothing else that Microsoft really has going for it that Playstation also doesn't have ya digg? Nintendo's conference was easily the worst one out of the big 3 because all it was, was big ol' Reggie talking about the same crap for the past 5 years. Well can't wait for next years! And to really see what sony can also add.
