Footage from a documentary called A State Of Mind, about 2 North Korean girls preparing to perform in the Mass Games, a huge event. Sure it may look amazing at first, but think about the many hours these kids are forced to pracstise, and practise and practise, just to please their dictator. And the event is massive, it looks nearly impossible to notslip up and make a mistake. As a fellow Asian, I for one take pity on those poor boys and girls training so hard non stop. Today, it's the 6th anniversary of the 9/11 - or 11/9 as it is here in the UK. If, like me you live outside the US, when and how did you hear about it? TV, Radio or someone told you?

Also, did anyone notice in the 1992 film Home Alone 2, there's a direct view of the Twin Towers and immediately after, it cuts to a sign reading "Airport Security". Isn't it ironic? Speaking of which, I'd like to also dedicate the song Ironic by Alanis Morissette in this blog relating to the 9/11 attacks.

So last Friday I was taking the subway from Convent Garden with the neighbour kids I babysit, and this old woman comes up and says to me, Aren't you a little too dark skinned and different to be their mother? I was deeply offended, but simply swore in her face and said These arent my kids, I babysit them! The old woman said I was just asking young lady, calm down!. I said Don't start that s*** with me, who do you think you are, my mother? and walked away. Honestly, I still feel p***ed about it

Anyway I also hate racial stereotypes on TV. The Asian ones are the ones that affect me the most

Anyone feel the same way???
