Things are pretty warped at the moment. Had a fall out with a hanger on who thought we were friends. Its a shame really. We could have been. But alas. It is time to move on.

I think I might write something. I haven't written anything in months. Shameful, Shameful.

X-Files 2 came out today!!!!!

For some reason we got it on the 24th. Bwahaha Australia rocks. But I'll only see it on the 26th. Bugger. I've made reservations with my sister, Smeagol & Keren, Alex and Steph. The paper gave it an evil review and I wanted to slap someone. But I had to go school.

I had such a random day today. Firstly, it was three degrees when I had to walk to school. Then when I got to school we had to wait outside for the stupid substitute because my teacher is getting her tooth fixed. She also constantly tells us random information about herself. And then Su (who stole my book ) was annoying me by asking the time every two minutes and copying my work and Jake was badgering me about some crap and Jack kept throwing things into the bin over my head. And he got whiteout on me. And that was just English. Lol I'm ranting again. Sorry.

I got no work done in maths because Julian and Razi were arguing about who invented ripping people's legs off. Yes I'm friends with a lot of crazy people. But at least I got a lolly.

Steph wasn't at school because of an "incident" involving a scary guy from her dance cla$s From what she told me he sounded like a pedo, although this whole thing sounds a little blown out of proportion. Steph has spent too much time in private girl schools. Moving to a co-ed public school must be what its like to move from a small country town to New York City.

Bones is on, but I've seen this one. It's the exploding soccer mom one. Smeagol got it from Thailand. People are alweays saying how Bones is like the X-Files, but it ain't. Admittedly BB is a little MSRish. Just a little. But the show is different. It's funnier and there's no conspiracy. I will always love The X Files more. ALWAYS. Don't kill me Smeagol.

I am freezing my tuchas off so I am going to turn on the heaters.

Thats better. Oh look SVU is on. The one where Elle Fanning sets fire to Beck's place. Now Elliot just got stabbed with a pen. Poor baby. I wish Olivia was there.

I've just gotten into Dexter. YAY DEXTER! There's a book too, which I am currently reading. It has Michael C Hall on the front. There are another two.

Is it just me or does MCH look funny when he's not David (Six Feet Under)? I have a strange urge to shave him and force him into a suit, and I close my eyes whenever he kisses Darla. Er... Rita. *sighs* I miss SFU.

I'm tired so I'll watch the rest of SVU and go to bed. I'm sorry about the extreme randomness. Really.

I got the results of my Exams back last week.

And I didn't fail a single thing!

(Although I could have done better in Maths...)

Maths - 60% (although the average was 65)

Geography - 75%

English - 94% (Damn right b!tches. Top of my cla$$. Stupid principal thought you could punish me for no reason...)

And for some reason I haven't got my science one back. My teacher is withholding information. I really can't think of any reason why, because last science lesson all we did was name as many Mr Men as we could think of.

But Smeagol is in Phuket (Lol Phuket) and I promised I'd see it with her and now Keren is bugging me and sending threatening messages via my nine year old sister... Yes I live in Crazy Town.

Next week we have this dodgy Reach workshop. They already went to Smeagol & Keren's school (my old school) so I know what to expect. Apparently its these dodgy randoms telling us to "improve our high school experience with positive thinking." *Shudders* Please, Kill me now.

All the girls at my old school were getting all emotional and crying, except for Smeagol. She's heartless, like me. I'll share the disturbing details later.

Well that was fun.

Bones is on so I'm off to watch.

I just spent six hours of my life doing an assessment task for art. For the second time. My a$$hole teacher lost the first one, and therefore decided that I should be punished. Now the highest grade I can get is a 50%. Those bastards...

The task was to write a response about this art exhibition we went to see last term. It wasn't even a good exhibition. It was boring and repetetive and I could think of a hundred things I could have been doing instead.

I will never have those six hours back. They are gone. Forever.

I just got home from teh airport. As I said in my last blog, I went to Tassie.

I would post photos but my camera is being screwy.

We also stopped in a little town called Sheffield and had lunch in this Scottish diner. And there was a stag head on the walll!!!! It was watching me. Sheffield itself was weird enough. It was like... every cliched country town you have ever been to. It reminded me of the town in that X-Files ep; The Post Modern Prometheus, and a bit of Our Town thrown in too. (chicken, anyone?)

For the first three days, we stayed at Cradle Mountain. And there were possums. On the veranda. And they ate mandarins from my hand. So nebbish.

Then we stayed in Launceston in a hotel by the river. It was so pretty....

Back to school last week

But on Thursday I'm going to Tasmania. w00t w00t! It may seem strange that I'm going on holiday right after I go back to school, but technically its the government's fault. *Nods convincingly* My sister goes to private school and I go to state. This year our holidays are different.

Today we had to fill out this random Government Survey thing about our school. My teacher said that its just statistics that the government collects, but I'm not so sure... Last term we had to do fitness testing, where they wanted to know our body mass index and crap like that. This information, as I was told by our sports teacher, also goes to the government. Why does the government need to know our BMIs? I'm open to theorys.

On a lighter, less paranoid note, I think it is cause for celabration that I managed to buy and watch all nine seasons (201 episodes) of The X Files over a period of five months. Muhaha! the collection is complete. *blows popper*

I feel I should also include a belated Happy Birthday to Smeagol, who still forbids my to use her real name. She's probably not going to read this for a while though because we bought her all the seasons of Charmed. But anyhoo...

My one year anniversary was... 10 days ago. I was busy with school.

In my 1 year here I have made some great friends, who I will thank for making me feel welcome.

I have read some wonderful stories and had some...odd...conversations.

Ultimately I have to thank the Tate thread for all the fun we had.

Now I'm level 9 and feelin' fine...

I have been seriously neglecting my Blog. I feel so bad... Well not literally.

Anywayz... I just went back to School. I'm in year 9 which is a Good Thing. I get to take electives this year. Since the're not offering Biology for some strange reason, (And I really wanted to do Biology ) I'm doing four art subjects instead. This semester I have Art and 3D and next semester I have Ceramics and VisComm. VisComm is Visual Communications. Its mostly drawing and stuff which is good.

Over the Holidays I didn't do any blogging (shame, shame) So I'm going to do a big one now regarding... everything. Starting with movies. I saw Juno which was really good and had an AWESOME soundtrack. I'm going to download it. I also saw 27 Dresses which wasn't that good. Funny though. I saw National Treasure 2 which rocked of course, and last weekend I saw Sweeney Todd. Now that was an awesome movie. Classic Tim Burton, twisted as hell and just as brilliant. Its going to win that Oscar. Heres the poster.

Heres what I did. At around 7pm my family and Smeagol went to the beach. It was like 42C degrees so we were walking in the water. Then later we were collecting sea glass.

Pretty. Me and Smeagol walked up to the end of the beach, but then we had to go back because the tide was coming in. Smeagol nearly stepped on a ginormous jellyfish. It was purple.
Late we were just sitting around eating these chicken pie things my mum made. Mmm chicken.

We went home at about 10pm. Then at home we were watching Charlies Angels and eating like a million icypoles. When we ran out of icypoles we just ate ice blocks.

At 11.3o when Charlies Angels was over we went outside and then Keren called (Shes in Israel ATM) to say Happy New Years even though it was 3.3o in the afternoon there. She said she got me a Tzahal shirt so I was going a bit nuts. Maybe it was also because I put Scotch in my drink bottle. Then we were running around with sparklers until 11.5o.

At like 5mins before the countdown we went inside to watch. Pretty fireworks.
The first of January is also my dad's birthday so we said Happy Birthday to him. Then me and Smeagol went on MSN to say Happy Birthday to this other dude whose birthday was Jan 1, while still on the computer we had a very strange urge to play The Sims 2. Yes we're crazy.

I love the Cheshire Cat.

Then at about 2am we started watching PotC 3.

Best one if you ask me. At the end after the credits you see Will's son, and it's the same kid who played Carson in Lost And Found (NCIS) but his hair is long.

At about 4am we decided to go to bed, but because it was so damn hot we only got to sleep at like 5. Now its nice and cool though.

Yay! School is finally over!

We didnt even do anything this past week. Most of the time we were watching movies. On Thurday we had a dodgy activity day. The only highlight was that my hot art teacher was walking around in a vest. I know that sounds kinda wrong but he looks like a cross between Damian Lewis and Jesse Spencer.

Hmmm. Pity I wont have him next year.

I'm bored. Today was our last day of normal classes so we did no work. When I got home I spent fifteen minutes looking for a picture that for some reason I had deleted. So I had to spend another 20 minutes trying to find it again on Worth1000. I needed it for my art class. When the paintings done I'll post a picture.

A Rant:

JAN IS NOT HAPPY!!! stupid writers strike! stupid channel 10! House isnt on anymore and neither is Life! and WHY DONT I HAVE MY S4 OF NCIS YET?!?! And why can't I find Sunflower seeds anywhere?!?!? I WANT SUNFLOWER SEEDS!!!! And I want to watch X-Files but STUPID BLOCKBUSTER only has S1 so I have to wait till I go out and buy it. And the EVIL weatherman said it would rain but it hasnt. And my stupid English teacher made us wait 20 minutes in 35 degree heat. For all you Yanks, thats ALMOST 100 degrees!

I knew it was a joke so I went along with it. Then Gabi said the whole "April Fools!" thing. Thats when I noticed. The baby monitor. The other one was downstairs. In the diningroom with the relatives. I was laughing for 20 minutes.
