  Human centipede simulator 2013 and why i hate censorship

  I turned 18 one year ago, so now officially i could play all the "big boy games". 

  The rating system is a brilliant invention, it helps parents deciding what games they should let their kids play. 

  As far as i know the US rating system goes from E to M and there's a special adult rating if its really naughty. the one they have in my part of the world, Northen Europe, goes from 3+ to 18+. I really like the "18+" rating, this means you have to be an adult to play the game, ADULT as in making your own decisions and paying taxes etc. I can now rent a movie about a bunch of people being stiched together mouth to anus without anyone giving a crab. But i will bet my left kidney that, if GTA V have that feature it will never see the Gamestop sign. Unless they remove it of course, unless it gets "censored" 

  here's an example: i preordered the latest twisted metal cuz i liked the demo, but on the day i wanted to pick it up:

  Me: "hi im here to pick up my copy of Twisted Metal, that i have preordered"

  Chick in the shop: "Oh right, i think that game has been delayed, something about it not being approved for an 18+ rating"

  Which means that im not allowed as an adult to see and do specific things, in my games. I can watch a bunch of people doing the Centipede thing as mentioned earlier, but i can't do the stitching myself. Human Centipede simulator 2013 will never see the steam sale

  in my oppinion: the 18+ rating should mean the jungle, it should be the final frontier of censorship. 

  throw on the 18+ sticker and you can make Manhunt 3 as gruesome as you like, Rockstar. (hopefully someday) 

  I live in  the first country that ever legalized porn, maybe someday i will live in the first country to see video gaming as an artform like film, and not a high school massacre training program.
