  Alas..I am home.

  Well, I've returned home from vacation! It was fun. We camped until Wednesday, because Tuesday night it poured all night and out tent flooded. Oh well. We went to my grandparent's house for a visit and came home Saturday morning.

  We came home to find that Yoda, my White's Tree Frog, had died shortly after we left. She was at least 6 years old, but since she was full grown when I got her I'm guessing she was probably more like 7or 8. I miss her. We buried her out in the back yard, under my swing set that Dad built for me when I was like 8. I miss her..

  Vacation Time!

  I'm going on vacation! My parents and I are camping all next week - from tomorrow (8/10) to next Saturday, at least (8/16), so I won't be on at all between now and then.

  How in the world?

  Hello! I'm alive!! Wow..it's been a while. Well, not much has been going on. I'm sure Fwirrel filled you in on our ordeal with our second set of foster pups (so sad!).

  I've been really busy lately helping the shelter to organize a fundraising event. It's exciting. Usually I'm just recruited to volunteer at the events, not organize them. I get to be backstage on this one because I brought the idea for it to the shelter and helped find media to help cover it. I'm very excited. Hah..

  I had my last orthodontist appointment yesterday. He checked to make sure my teeth still looked good, then tightened my retainer (I woke up with sore teeth!). Well, my jaw's been doing this thing where it pops (sounds like I cracked my knuckles) when I open my mouth after it's been closed for awhile. Anyways, we asked him about it and he said I sprained my jaw. Sprained my jaw! How is that even possible!? Anyways, I have to be careful not to eat really big sandwiches, not to chew gum, and to avoid eating apples. Hmph. Who knew spraining a jaw was even possible? I don't know how I managed it...
